GGuest UserI’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the service has always been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had difficulties in China, the staff have gone out of their way to help me, whether with translation or practical problems. They even helped me recover laundry I had forgotten at another hotel in Shanghai, and on another occasion, when I lost my wallet, they helped me contact the driver. They are extremely competent, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very well maintained, the view is great, and even the robot service is reliable. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in China, this is easily the best in terms of service.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and decorated in a calming blue, and it was pretty quiet. Being on the 20+ floor, it felt quite high up. In the lobby, there were three types of complimentary tea. On the second floor, there was a connected Jiangxi restaurant. However, both in the lobby and the restaurant, no one greeted us upon entering; it seemed to be a self-service kind of place. It's relatively close to the airport, and you can take a public bus to reach the Wudian City area.

DDamunanThe bus station is at the entrance of the hotel, the station name: Qiyi Road Station. You can go to Jinjiang Second Sports Center by taking Z6, which is the last bus at more than 18:00. It is also very convenient to take the bus to the station.

SSam - HangzhouThe hotel was really nice and clean one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Receptionist helped us a lot. the service is really good. The room was very clean and quiet big for me and my son. The bad and the mat were high quality.
Around the hotel you can find lots shops to buy different type of food.
The only thing for the expats is the breakfast i want to mention can be more western stuff. and No forks. Only chopsticks which even after living in China for 8 years is not easy for me to use.

Overall, the dining and lodging were very convenient, and it was quiet for sleeping, despite being near the airport. It's a popular spot for groups, so mealtimes can get a bit crowded. It's just okay.

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel service is very good and all requests are responded to promptly. The room is clean and tidy. Although the hotel is a bit old, the tables and chairs in the room look good and there are no signs of aging. The only thing is that the toilet is a bit old. The breakfast is delicious, the breakfast is rich, the food is fresh and clean, and the taste is also very good.

生生茶茶Pros: Great location, there is a BBQ restaurant open until 4am and many other shops nearby. The front desk service is very good. They will try their best to meet all the needs and will also help with the courier.
Disadvantages: A bit old and not very clean, but it's OK. The only unbearable thing was that the bathroom door didn't close tightly. After taking a shower, the whole toilet was flooded, making the room, which didn't seem clean to begin with, look even worse.

GGuest UserThe hotel was alright, but the soundproofing wasn't great. They even provided earplugs on the nightstand, which was a thoughtful touch. It's really close to the Sunshine Night Market, and we were a bit bummed we didn't go because the weather was too cold.
