This is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

I am currently staying at the hotel and it has been a great experience so far. I have a neck/back issue and as requested for differenr pillow, they promptly offered me so many options. Also, when I inquired about some techniaclities in the room, never did I get someone from maintenance so fast as I did here, someone immediately came to support me. Moreover, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff is so friendly and the room is really modern and functional, nothing like depicted by previous reviews. As a Platinum IHG member I am used to having great experiences and they offered the same high level of service.

This was my second trip to Peru and I am so happy that I decided to treat myself to the JW Marriott in Lima. The facilities are BEAUTIFUL- especially the gym and sauna. All of the staff are also wonderful, but I was really impressed with Andrea at the front desk and Jose in the restaurant. These two were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to provide the best service possible and help make my stay comfortable and perfect. Thank you JW, I will be back!

The hotel is very close to the big supermarket, good location and complete facilities. The room on the side of the big supermarket is relatively quiet. The hotel breakfast is very rich. You can see the city view of Lima above the 5th floor. Recommended!

I really like this hotel. I had a room with two queens and the room was huge! This hotel is in the financial district. The tourist area is called Miraflores. This hotel is in San Isidro, a quiet affluent neighborhood. We walked to Miraflores (to and from the hotel is a long walk but we like that). Taxis are economical if you’d rather do that. The service is awesome and I especially want to call out Cesar who was extremely helpful, patiently explaining things to us and gave excellent directions in English!! The hotel has a breakfast buffet and it was a good spread. I recommend this hotel.

The service attitude of the hotel staff is very friendly. There is a problem with the room I booked. They will not be impatient because of the language barrier. Had a great stay at the Pullman Hotel while travelling with the national team. As someone with a food allergy it can often be stressful with what you will be able to eat. Gabriel took great care of me all week to ensure I had meals I could eat, and made accommodations for our group the entire week. He made my week stress free and always made sure our group was well taken care of/all of our needs were met. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is always welcoming and kind. This in my 5th time in this hotel and definetly will be back whenever coming to Lima. Ocean view rooms are amazing the rest too small. Delicious food in all restaurants, roof top has a nice view and a great atmosphere to be in.

To be honest, this hotel has a big gap compared to Cusco Marriott. The waiter's attitude is a bit arrogant. Without Marriott's kindness, patience and fast speaking. There are also many cost-effective hotels in this area.

We had stayed at another Hilton the previous time we came to Lima, but after staying at the Double Tree, we will only return to this hotel. The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful, and it has a full gym you can use that provides you with water and a towel when you go. And what really sold it for us was the outstanding customer service. Everyone was incredible, but three people went above and beyond for us. Angel from the hotel restaurant provided top-notch service every morning to us. Also, Alondra from the front desk spent so much time with us, helping us set up our tours to ensure we had a fantastic time. She always had a smile on her face and we never felt like she was bothered by us. On the contrary, she was always happy to help and willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Also, the person that provided service to our room was terrific (unfortunately, I can’t remember his name). Every day he wanted to make sure we had what we needed. We had an amazing experience and we will be coming back to this hotel over and over again as long as we continue to get the same experience.
