Ficamos só uma noite, para descansar após uma festa de família, mas foi uma ótima experiência. Hotel de muita qualidade, atendimento cortês e gentil. O local de café da manhã é a cara da riqueza com um ótimo buffet e opções para pedir a parte na cozinha. Tudo delicioso. O quarto bem amplo e confortável. Roupa de cama gostosa. O banheiro bem digno. Voltaremos com certeza.

Hotel Pousada- It’s gotten pretty run down since we were last here 15 years ago. The food is very bad. Lots of leftovers from the day before. Mattresses are hard as a rock and pillows are basically very flat. The dining tables are not very clean. First thing in the morning the dining tables are still dirty from the night before. The park itself is still pretty nice. The wave pool is the nicest feature. Lots of snacks and drink kiosks everywhere but very expensive. The natural rock pools are nice to relax in- one of the few quiet areas. This is a family park so I can’t really complain about the noise. I think COVID took a toll on Brasil as the hospitality is not what it was even since 2018 when we were last in Brasil.

The hotel service is very good, the equipment is very new, and it feels safer than the other hotels in this time. The room is large, comfortable, and the location is good. It's not too far away if you drive.

I stayed in the hotel because it was the convenient hotel for my son's championship in the city, but if I could, I would choose another. I booked a triple room and paid in advance. And they gave me a double room, and only then they went to assemble the third bed, and I was tired, and I couldn't rest as soon as I arrived, because I had to wait for the bed, and the next day they forgot to leave the third towel. When I called the reception, they didn't answer the call, and the hotel is recognized by several guest friends because they didn't answer the phone at the reception. The hotel is full of bad service, lack of process and bad will.

Hotel well located for anyone who wants to avoid entering Anapolis and follow the journey next day. Good room, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, safe, spa, breakfast included in the daily is very good. The fact that you have a restaurant is easy, but the price is not an invitation.

The front desk staff was great as well as some, not all, employees of the restaurant. The breakfast was also just ok. I was expecting nicer jams and spreads because of this hotel reputation. The temperature of the room was warm the entire stay and could not be controlled from the room. The lobby was also very hot at all times. The bed was comfortable and the room kept clean although in dire need of remodeling. All my friends suggested us stay somewhere else next time because Goiania is now provided with many other options.
