Very nice hotel, cleanliness needs improvement, especially under the bed, towel dryer not working, average heating.
Breakfast: don't expect a large buffet; it's the bare minimum.
Little staff at reception.
Overall, we slept well, the value for money is good; however, the bathroom could use a bit of a facelift.
Quite far from the center. Room is beautiful, clean, cozy and large. There were problems with communications in English - when we called and asked to help to organize excursion nobody could understand us. Also the day of arriving we called in order to aware of the late arrival, the receptionist said something in French and hang up the phone.

The loft room is clean, well-located, very well-equipped, and has comfortable bedding.
If you don't mind the eaves and tram noise, it's a great place to stay, and you'll be warmly welcomed, plus there's free parking.

<Location>Right in front of the tram stop. It is recommended to buy a ticket at the train station and take the tram. (It takes about 20 minutes on foot from the train station, the map app is not accurate, and there are many obstacles such as stairs, so it can be difficult and take a lot more time.) It takes about 20 to 30 minutes on foot to the Comedy Square. <Facility> It is not fancy, but it is equipped with almost all facilities, and there is also a bathtub, terrace, kitchen and tableware. The room is also large, and the common space is also large. (Gowns and slippers are not provided.) <Service> actively trying to help, and are very friendly. The room is clean, and they do not require a deposit or cleaning. There is a 24-hour front desk, and you can drink coffee and tea for free in the common area. <Price> It is cost-effective. <Comprehensive> It is perfect for practicality.
Good location in downtown. Supermarket is just nearby and 2 restaurants. The staffs are friendly and supporting. The shower is quite hot and instant which is good.
Only the hotel also next to the train station so some noises during the night. With earplug should be okay.
Fabulous! A warm welcome from kind and efficient staff. Good sized room, comfy bed and decent shower. Then there was the breakfast! Wow, it was fantastic. Everything you could possibly want. To finish up there was a shuttle service to the airport. Couldn’t ask for better.
Great hotel but the brown girl at customer service desk did not show friendly vibes when I was checking in at the evening. She did not open the door for me despite having a reservation. She even doubted I was the person on my ID. Apart from this judgemental person, everyone else provided excellent service.

GGuest UserOutst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

GGuest UserThe location is very good, 8 minutes walk from the subway station, two stops to the city hall, nearby shops and pharmacies.
There is a refrigerator, induction cooker, stove and cup bowl, and also comes with detergent.
RRewadeeLocation is just across from railway station and near bus station. The staff was nice and helpful.
We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights in a comfortable room with kitchen. We enjoyed the breakfast.
GGuest UserWe will definitely come back 😍♥️ we loved it.
It’s just 10 min walk from the airport. We had a big room at the ibis style. Every thing was spotless, nice comfy beds ( I would suggest to add an extra pillow but I’m sure I would get it if I asked 😅). The room was very quiet even if it is in a industrial area ( we would prefer a little warmer room, we tried to bring it up a little bit but unsuccessfully, we gave up cause we had 2 nights only). The breakfast was too good, not busy at all, even at the last moment, the food was enough. Everything is high quality, artisan bread, bio butter and cheese, fresh croissants and pain au chocolates, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh boiled eggs, etc. Its just 20 min walk to the tram station, 15 min journey to the rail station. We visited another beautiful sea side town, Sète, 30 min journey from Montpellier.

GGuest UserNever disappointed with the Campanile, impeccable and well-stocked room, in addition to a superb view of the fireworks in the city, swimming pool, breakfast with a very wide choice of products
Excellent evening meal and the price is very reasonable
If there was one thing to say it would be terminals for electric vehicles but the Tesla charger is not too far away
GGuest UserI sent an email because I had to check in late, and they confirmed it and responded quickly. It's very close to nimes station. The price is cheap and the room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also clean. Even though there was a kitchen, there was no smell when I first entered the room. When I first entered the room, the sofa bed was spread out and comfortable. It's a pity that I can't upload a photo right now, but I really recommend it👍
PPh.D MHidalgoOur room was normal. The window looks like never clean outside so if you open it to breathe the pure air you can see it. I suggest, Manager hotel 's would must pay attention to it. The bathroom was poor in services to be a three star hotel. A tower per client, a small savon for hand and dispenser savon inside the shower. Most unconventional was doesn't find a telephone to contact with reception if you need it.
Bed was so soft and comfortable to sleep and breakfast was completed and varied with good products.
Really, I felt a beat deception with room cause in my selection before booking it I took care of the details I like it
OOlgaI really enjoy to stay in this hotel, located in the historical part of the city just below the castle (10 min walk to the gates). The room was very clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine- which was a very nice surprise 😃. The hosts are very friendly, giving recommendations on the restaurants and cafes nearby, always welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast is good! Breakfast location is so nice and cozy that I enjoyed just to sit there)) There is a bell tower nearby, so every hour you hear this time-bell, but it tolls only during the day and +100 points to the atmosphere
Definitely recommend!
