Hotel entrance and Customer service was really good. Disappointed with the room though. It was very small, outdated and bathroom was the worst - it could do with a refurb. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Although the room was clean but as it was outdated and old, it felt dirty.
The view from the room was amazing!

This hotel was perfect for my trip. The hotel was very close to the station. I stayed for two nights but I could relax as my home. The room was not so large but everything was included in my room. And staffs were very friendly. They showed the map of this city and told me where to visit, how to visit, how long does it take and everything I wanted to know. I’ll stay there when I visit Toulouse again.
The location was good and the staff was friendly and nice. I am willing to visit again ~ There were group guests, but it was not enough to disturb prayer and sleep ~
This is a great hotel for a stay. First off, it's about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room size is decent, and it's well-cleaned with nice decor. There's also a shared kitchen, so you can prepare simple meals. It was a huge plus that they offer free luggage storage even after check-out.
This hotel is right across the Gare Saint-Roch station, also around d the corner is the tram station. Walk one block you will get to Comede. It is very convenient. There are a few stairs from the elevator to my room. This is the only inconvenience. The staff are very friendly.

We arrived in the late evening (~10pm) and received a very good service!
It was all clean and very good, we enjoyed it
They accept dogs for a 5€ fee
The breakfast has many options (salty and sweet)
The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.
Attention for the parking, with a 508 entry is made right when the outdoor place is occupied in front of the portal, we had a white car that parked too far beyond its line, then we had to do several manoeuvres to - Please.
The winter must be very careful because the car lost all adhession to the upstairs of the parking to the exit of building B, when it had a little glass or snow, the spreading salt did not help strongly, but nothing insurmountable for the experienced. We saw some of them with family cars gallering a little.

GGuest UserOutst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

B&B Hotel Toulouse – Review
The hotel is in a great location for visiting Cité de l’Espace. We were able to park at the hotel and walk to the attraction, which was very convenient. The staff we encountered were lovely, and the room was very clean. There was also good free Wi-Fi and a wall-mounted TV.
However, there were several drawbacks.
We arrived at 9pm and found there were no staff on site. Instead, we had to use a digital check-in system to obtain codes for both the building and our room. As there were two of us, the system required separate details and email addresses for each guest before issuing the code, which was frustrating after a long journey.
The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening.
The air conditioning was ineffective, it made a lot of noise but didn’t actually blow any cool air. We ended up opening the windows, but it was a very hot night, so this didn’t help much.
The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat.
Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person.
No carpets in the rooms.
GGuest UserI arrived in the evening after a long train journey. The receptionist whose English was brilliant immediately put me at my ease, giving me all sorts of useful information - including where to get a meal and how to get out from the garden side. My room was across the garden and largely unlit so it was a bit of an adventure getting there the first time. The decor and facilities in the room itself were a little 1960ish., though it did have an iron and ironing board so I was able to neaten myself up before going out. I did feel a little nervous using the shower as the bath was plastic and I’m a large old guy. I found getting in and out slightly tricky. Breakfasts were good though.Montpellier itself was strange - lots of grandiose architecture but not much shade. The old town was slightly disappointing somehow (but then I was only there for a couple of days). Leaving was complicated by another national day of (in)action. When I heard that the tram I needed to get to Montpellier Sud de France station had been held up by the demonstrators in town, reception came to the rescue and ordered me a taxi so I was able to get the train back. So to sum up a quirky hotel with terrific staff.
AAng_ieWe stayed at Hôtel Golf Fontcaude for more than a week during winter, and overall, it left a very clear impression of being well maintained and thoughtfully equipped.
The first thing that really stood out was how clean everything was. The rooms, common areas—everything felt spotless and well cared for. That sense of cleanliness immediately made the stay more comfortable and reassuring.
The hotel is also well equipped, especially with the many rooms featuring a kitchenette. For a longer stay like ours, this made a huge difference. Being able to prepare simple meals and settle into a routine gave the place a practical, almost apartment-like feel.
That said, staying there in winter came with one small drawback. The floor was quite cold, and without carpet, it was noticeable—especially in the mornings. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s something worth knowing if you’re visiting during the colder months.
Overall, Hôtel Golf Fontcaude felt clean, functional, and well suited for longer stays, particularly if you value space and self-catering. A warm pair of slippers in winter would definitely make it even better.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are average, with a small kitchen, a supermarket within 10 minutes' walk, and a 15-minute walk to the old town. Boiled water will have a lot of white sediment, and locals say that the water in the southern part of the judge has this problem.
GGuest UserExceptional location about 150m from the sanctuary, surrounded by many locals and restaurants. In front of the hotel you can borrow wheelchairs if there were people with disabilities. Good breakfast international. A friendly and available staff, I will advise you and I will certainly return to you.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a very good budget hotel. The hotel offers a good breakfast with fantastic yogurt. The room is equipped with a decent kitchen to cook breakfast if yoghurt in a paper recyclable container is not your thing. I do recommend arriving before reception closes or you may be left on the pavement wondering where you will sleep. Happened to me. Fortunately a long term resident arrived back to the accommodation after a late night shift at the local Lidl and was able to help my Son & I retrieve the room key from a safety deposit box on the inside of the building. So arrive early, have some yoghurt & enjoy the refurbished Nîmes train station located opposite.
HHokyiThe hotel location is not very close to the tourists spots. There are many restaurants nearby but it is a little bit dangerous when it is late. Hotel staff are very friendly there. Nice one.
GGuest UserThis is a great place, I always stay here. It's very convenient, right across from the train station and right in front of you. The room was spacious, larger than many French hotels. It was clean and hygienic. Highly recommended!
NNavinFernando🌟 Excellent Stay at Hotel Lutetia – Perfect Location & Comfort! 🌟
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lutetia in Lourdes. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a few steps away from the train station, making arrival and departure incredibly convenient. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and tidy, and the modern elevator access made it easy to move around, especially with luggage.
Another big advantage is the location—within easy reach of the Grotto and the Basilica, which made our visits smooth and stress-free. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, so you’re never short of dining options.
What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, a superb hotel that offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lourdes!
