Quite modern entrance hall and room (bathroom for disabled was not our choice). Reception friendly and provided good recommendation for late dinner. The first morning I woke up by very loud cleaning personnel. Walls are paper thin and door not soundproof. You hear everything. Breakfast terrace with nice view. Pool terrace too small and only available for some hours if slot pre-booked. Music, food and shisha on the rooftop club/restaurant quite okay.

The hotel reception is spacious by Europe standards. Checkin was seamless however we had to pay for taxes at the time of checkin. Took a little while to work out the lift as the doors don’t open automatically. You had to manually open the front door to get into a reasonable small lift that catered for 2 people and 2 luggage. It reminded me of an old school type lifts seen in movies. Rather cool. Rooms looked newly renovated and modern. Pod Coffee machine with illy pods, desk, a single chair and a wall hung tv. With this said, we had a room facing the road and whether the windows didn’t close properly or the windows were very thin with no sound proofing, but the noise from the road was bad. We were on the 5th floor and every car that went by, we heard. The heavier vehicles were worse. Does not work especially if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was average with comparison to many other hotels around the world however I would say quite sufficient by European standards. Precooked eggs, scrambled, boiled and sunny side up, basic cereal and fruit selection and bakery was a bit dry. Omelette made on order. Staff in restaurant were excellent and extremely helpful. Location was excellent for this hotel as it was walking distance from buses and train, restaurants and some markets. Communications with its reservations team was shocking. Even after 6 emails with regard to a future booking, I did not get a single reply. Eventually met the hotel manager and had the issue resolved so a big thanks to Ms. Maria. Overall, comfortable apart from the road noise. Would I book again, will not be my default hotel so I may be looking at other hotels but would not rule it out completely.

The hotel is located across the road from the airport terminal and adjacent to the enclosed walkway (bridge) to the Airport Train Station. From the Departure floor, you go downstairs to the Arrival level and exit Door 3 and walk across the road towards Sofitel… However, it can be a problem if it is a rainy day… I think the hotel should include instructions and a walking map from the terminal and also to and from train station..

This hotel is a hidden gem, amazing facilities, rooms, location, beech, water, food, etc. Surpassed all my expectations. The Spa is also incredible, ask for Sofia as a masseus (she is world class therapist) and book her for at least twice. Then make sure to chat with Frosina about anything. Elena is also very nice and will help you out.

Lovely hotel. Well situated and the roof top restaurant is amazing. Unfortunately the ladies at reception are LESS than friendly, to the point of being rude. I suppose we all have bad days, and maybe that was the case. However if hospitality is your chosen career, and front of office your position, ….:otherwise defiantly an amazing hotel which we are grateful to have experienced.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with restaurants, shopping areas, and historical attractions all within just a few minutes’ walk. The Premium Acropolis View & Balcony room is truly worth it. The service is outstanding — we were welcomed with champagne and desserts upon arrival, which made us feel very special. From the breakfast restaurant, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Acropolis of Athens, making the dining experience even more memorable. The fresh orange juice felt unlimited, and the staff were warm and attentive — frequently refilling water and juice. There was also a wide variety of coffee options available. The only downside was that the selection of hot breakfast items was somewhat limited. It would be wonderful if the hotel could add a live cooking or made-to-order station to further enhance the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Athens, Greece — you will definitely not be disappointed.

The last stop on my European trip was Athens, Greece. I booked this hotel in advance, not far from the Acropolis. They picked me up from the airport and took me here. The hotel's overall decor had a slightly vintage feel. The lobby was large, and the receptionist was a beautiful Greek woman whose English was somewhat spoken but still communicative. The rooms were spacious, with balconies and even a Nescafé coffee machine. The bathroom had a dryer and heated tub, convenient for guests to wash and dry their own clothes. Breakfast was in the basement, a large space, and a Western-style breakfast; Greeks must really enjoy sweets. This hotel is frequented by tour groups; tourists come and go every day. There are restaurants within a 20-minute walk, and a supermarket nearby. The Acropolis is visible, about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding area is a local residential area, very safe and quiet.

The room is spacious, comes with a sofa, and feels very new, likely recently renovated. It includes slippers and shower gel, but no dental kit. Overall, it's pretty standard. 1. **Location**: It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. The surrounding area is quiet. Other reviews mentioned a police station nearby, so it's safe, but relatively peaceful. 2. **Breakfast**: This was probably the best among the hotels I've stayed at. The Greek yogurt was good, but it definitely can't compare to hotels in China. If a Chinese person isn't particularly hungry, they might skip it, as there really isn't much to eat. 3. **Complaint**: Drilling noise started at 8:30 AM – so annoying! I called the front desk, and it stopped about ten minutes later, but I couldn't get back to sleep. 4. **Cleanliness**: I found hair on the wall by the toilet paper holder in the bathroom, in a pretty obvious spot. It seems cleanliness standards abroad aren't always what you'd hope for. 5. **Rooftop View**: The rooftop view is decent. You can see the Acropolis in the distance, but the cocktails were just so-so.
