GGuest UserOverall, I would say the stay was not bad, but there were some issues with communication. I was woken up in the middle of the night by other guests and I’m not sure why there was no control over the noise, but this was quite disruptive. Another issue was the breakfast arrangement. Our package included breakfast (not we chose to have breakfast), but we were not given any reminder or clear information that the breakfast venue was located somewhere else. We only realised before checking out that we had missed breakfast for several days. We then had to discuss the matter with the staff, who agreed to provide breakfast for two days, although we had missed it for three days. The boy at the front desk was extremely helpful but not the lady. Only after we raised the issue were we asked to sign a check-in form stating that breakfast was included. I’m not sure if other guests experienced the same situation, but we felt that the communication and coordination could definitely have been better.

GGuest UserLovely quiet hotel/hostel with clean rooms. I stayed in a dorm with 4 beds. The bed have lights and curtains and inside the room are lockers, a fridge, microwave, electric kettle and a table. Opposite the room was a bathroom and toilet and throughout the building are filtered water tap points and even on the kitchen there's a tap with filtered water so you can wash your fruit and vegetables with filtered water if you want. The only thing I missed was hooks in the room to hang the towel and a small shelf next to the bed for my phone and such. You have to take off your shoes to enter the hotel and you can use these singel use hotel slippers which are thrown away when you leave. This creates loads of unnecessary rubbish which is a shame.

AAnonymous UserWe initially planned to stay in a yurt, but with temperatures dropping to -5°C at night, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a more comfortable room — one with a queen bed and another with three single beds. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, including a bidet in the bathroom. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and the staff’s flexibility and attention to comfort made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserPerfect place for a family. Everything was clean and neat. There is a microwave and washing machine which was vry helpful. Do note that a deposit of usd35 is needed which will be returned after check out. Although trip said to prepare cash in usd it is better to prepare the notes in kyrgyz som. The landlord is vry kind and understanding as we checked in late and had trouble paying via bank transfer. The maid there is a friendly elderly lady who is vry helpful. We enjoyed our stay and when we come to Bishkek in future we will definitely book our stay here again.

YYehexinggeThis is the best hostel in Bishkek, part of a chain. I stayed here when it first opened in 2024, and two years later, the service quality is still excellent. However, the occupancy rate is now very high, and rooms are often scarce, so you need to book in advance.

GGuest User立地が非常によく、清潔でとてもよかった。 入場はわかりづらいが、他の人の口コミで番号を知って入った。ベッドは広く、他の人が動いても揺れないもので助かった。 また、こまめにシャワーに清掃が入ってるようでとてもよかった。これが1番嬉しかった。スタッフも親切。 ただ、他の客がうるさかった（ホテルは悪くない）のと、特に鍵などないのでセキュリティ面でどうなっているのか？はやや不安。

ぴぴろりんりんOverall it was very clean! There is also a workspace and a kitchen. You can drink tea or coffee whenever you like, and there is a water purifier so you can drink drinking water at any time. I don't use it, but there is also a washing machine so you can wash it. The inside was very clean because it was a style to take off shoes!
