I recently had the pleasure of staying at Haitian hotel , and I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality I received during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches. The hotel's facilities, including [the gym, pool, restaurant], were excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail and commitment to quality. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, I would highly recommend Haitian hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay. Thank you again to the entire team for making my stay so special

The hotel has a grand exterior The interior decoration has a classical charm The lobby has a high ceiling The front desk lady provided good service The only drawback is that the room hygiene needs improvement. In the first room, I found the nails cut by the previous guest on the carpet, which was a bit disgusting🤢 Later I changed to another room The breakfast was average, with everything, but the taste was ordinary, and it ended at 9:30, which was a bit early Overall, I felt that the decoration, appearance, environment, etc. were well thought out, but the overall professionalism needs to be improved

A slightly older hotel with a lot of luxury charm. The service at the Pullman is second to none, with attentive care by the room cleaning team, the door people and lobby attendants helping with luggage. The amenities are plentiful, with an adequate gym stocked with barbells, smith machine, a number of muscle specific machines, along with a nice pool.

Can the faucet switch bounce back by itself? I actually think it should be like this? 😄 is it? Very good hotel, can't deny it is really clean! If you can have two pillows, watching TV will be more comfortable! It's delicious early, but how much can I eat? 😂 There are several more that I want to eat without food 😄😄 Clean, comfortable and quiet, that is, the twin room is on the dark side, no sunlight! I didn't upgrade the sunny room, so I lost a point for the service 😊😊

The hotel as a whole gives people a very grand feeling, the hygiene is good, every service staff I met greeted me with a smile, the bedding in the room is very comfortable, there is a big bathtub that I like the most, taking a bath after a busy day is very refreshing! I had breakfast, Chinese food and Korean food, the taste is quite good, and the welfare for guests staying in the hotel is full: free tickets to take a bath, free swimming and fitness, after eating to digest the food, run and sweat, take a bath, it is a perfect experience!

The location of the hotel is amazing, right by the sea. Just a few steps from the east gate of the hotel, you can reach the seaside park. You can walk along the long walking trail after dinner, listen to the sound of the high tide hitting the shore, and breathe the breath of the ocean. There are often groups of urban walking groups here, fortunately they don't occupy the lane. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, with reasonable furniture configuration. The sea view room can really enjoy the beautiful sea view. The service is satisfactory, the towels do not have a bad smell, there are welcome fruit snacks and drinks, and the breakfast variety is quite good.

Had an enjoyable stay in this hotel which is located very near to Weihai Station. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks & big compliments to Li Miao for her passionate service & prompt help with our requests during night hours after we were back visiting Weihai attractions. The concierge & guard are very helpful, taking initiative to load up our luggages. Will definitely choose this hotel next time back in Weihai, lovely services.

I have booked MGM hotel , I check in the morning and my room was not ready and was upgraded to Diaoyutai Hotel by the reception Miss Lver, a nice lady. This is my first time knew about this hotel under MGM management. They have one in Beijing but only for Chinese officials and foreign official to stay. This Brand of hotel is  fantastic. The staff are beautiful and good service. Very attentive I will stay there again.

A particularly good stay was when I came here to participate in the Yantai Marathon. When I checked in, the front desk prepared hot pear soup. Yantai was particularly cold that day and the temperature suddenly dropped. The hot pear soup they prepared was particularly good👍 Special praise for Xiao Fei at the front desk. He was very attentive when checking in and introduced the hotel's early breakfast time specifically for the marathon. He added my WeChat considerately and asked if I needed a cup of hot milk at night. It was a very good stay experience. I will still choose this hotel when I come to Yantai next time👍

On the way back to Beijing from a self-driving tour, I found a five-star hotel to rest for one night. The price was not expensive. I booked an elegant twin room, and asked the front desk to upgrade it to a deluxe twin room for free. There was also a welcome fruit plate and a rich breakfast. The hotel is very large, with a lake view when you go out, and the location is slightly off. The proactive service awareness is still a bit poor. The hotel did not provide children with slippers and toothbrushes, which is not like a five-star standard. When I left the hotel, I complained to the front desk, but the front desk said that I had to ask the floor attendant for them. There is no children's playground, only a small outdoor slide and swing. A newly built five-star hotel, there is no swimsuit pool. The overall feeling is still very good.
