Airconditioning was not working in the room and breakfast just Chinese style. Overall the hotel and location was great

Came to visit during low season, hotel price is reasonable. The hotel is nice, great view, all staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially my room manager ike 小張, who provided excellent services and made my stay very pleasant. Breakfast has a wide range of selection. Hotel is right next to one of the beaches, and is about 10-20mins drive from most famous sightseeing areas and qingdao railway station. Hotel also offered a complementary ticket for the sky observation at the next door building, it is quite interesting and worth a go.

The best part of this trip was hotel. Some reviews mentioned about room was humid and air conditioning system was weak, however, my room’s atmosphere was perfect. Able to modify the air conditioning system easily. Even most of the employees are not able to speak English, everyone has their translator. No worries to have a conversation. Since it’s in the Jimo ancient castle town, safe to walk around during the midnight.

The room at Valley Wing was spacious. We had a room with good sea views. The lobby on the ground floor is huge but we would recommend the hotel to adjust the temperature higher up as it was freezing cold and consumed energy to keep the low temperature. We had all our meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner inside the hotel as there was some variety to suit our tastes. The Yum for breakfast is a bit congested but there was plenty of food to eat. Lunches and dinners at Shang Palace were good although we had to wait a long time for our food at our last night there. This was perhaps due to some banquet at the same time. The Flyer Catch served Mediterranean food. The sea food there was great and the desserts were delicious. The hotel is conveniently located. Public transportation is convenient as the hotel is just above Line 2 and Line 3.

the location is best. you get to the hotel right at subway exit, across Shangri-la hotel and you can walk to Qingdao landmark in just 10 mins. the room was huge and nice and clean. the bathroom was separated into bathtub, shower room and toilet. it's a shame that we could only stay for a night and missed breakfast.

We came from overseas and rooms were well-equipped with UK-type plug chargers which was an added convenience. Noticed most of the staff are fluent in English as well. This hotel is tip-top with its cleanliness, and staff are always helpful and are willing to step out of their way to help assist you, especially Amber and Sherry who helped us check in. Hotel is near Inzone Mall and Fushansuo Metro Station, and the main Xianggang Middle Rd Area! Great stay at this hotel and would definitely consider staying with them again!

Travel with business partners, all are happy. Love it, my partners feel warm that guest might be facing related. Amplifier chasing away birds is a norm in airport, nothing to complain. Subsequently my business partners extended their stay due to flight cancellation fm typhoon n got another room facing a different direction that felt much better. Will stay at this hotel again.

This place is everything you’d expect it to be. Staff were very attentive, friendly, helpful and they spoke English too. The hotels location is very close to a metro station and Lion Mall. The rooms were very clean and everything in the room looked brand new. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Thank you for Pullman it is one of the best destination for Yantai downtown, and one of the best food and the best service. The hotel has nice location with beach view , rich breakfast, big size room . But facilities are not so new already , and lift runs forever.

We are Koreans. The accommodation for our trip was the best. This is Yeontae's best hotel. The staff's attitude is kind and always smiles. They gave us a late check-out. It feels good for a comfortable trip Especially Molly and Lisa was very kind. I'll visit here again.

My friend stayed here one days and they have a seven months baby, Dennis Wang is very nice and considerate for they, especially for my baby, he supplied a baby cot and a toy for my little baby. We will stay here again for next holiday.

Overall happy with the stay, service was somewhat good and where we asked for things they would do it quickly. I have an allergy to gluten and milk and I asked the manager and then the next few days they would bring out special bread and ham for me. On the downside the hotel offers a pool table inside but when we went to go on it they were charging 40RMB per hour which is very steep. Should be free considering it’s a 5 star hotel, plus they have mini carts outside which you can rent but they wanted 300RMB per hour!! I almost fell over when they said that. They had about 30 of them outside and not a single one was being used, should be much cheaper or affordable. Just a note if you speak Chinese it helps as you can haggle on price for pool table and get to use it free. Only one or two of the staff speak some English, most do not so just a warning for the English speaking, just use translate. Location is ok but quite a way to get to a more busier part for relaxing at. We were there for business and location was good for this. Breakfast was too busy every time we went down we had to go looking for a table if there were any free so that’s a downside. If you go in the busy period in July then be warned.

I had a big room to myself, felt a little underutilized but overall, very comfortable. The toilet is also very big and can be used by two persons at a time, so wasted and I am alone this time. Everything is good except perhaps lighting in bathroom especially the vanity area can be brighter so that I can see my make up clearer :)! One more comment about the power point at bedside, as I do not have international adaptor, so I have to charge my phone at study table area. It will be nice if they can also have the international power point like the one at the study table. Very good spread of buffet breakfast just that I found food (bacon, sausages and noodles) is not warm. Anyway, there are other warmer food available too. Above are my personal comments which do not affect the rating of the hotel. Of course, if those are being improved than this hotel will score 110% from me.

We stayed in the Brigh Radiance for 6 nights. It was a very nice experience. The front desk lady LanLan was helpful and super friendly. Other staff members in the lobby and the 2nd floor restaurant are nice too. The hotel has a wonderful location with the beautiful ocean view. The food and the restaurant in the hotel are nice too. The hotel provides water, juice, snacks and has everything we needed including the sewing kit. Great location, nice staff and good food!

During the Spring Festival, I drove to Shandong and stayed in a very satisfactory hotel. There is an underground garage, many parking spaces, and convenient parking. The hotel facilities are very new and the atmosphere is warm. In particular, the service of the duty manager W is very good. He is always responsive and will sincerely help guests solve problems. The room is very large, with a sofa and a dining table. It is especially worth mentioning that the breakfast is very competitive in this price range in terms of variety and taste. It is more than a little better than Biaoduo. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

It is a very good hotel I often go out to play with my children and have stayed in many family hotels. This time I returned to my grandparents’ house in Weihai and took a boat to Yantai to stay overnight. After choosing a hotel for a long time, I found this five-star hotel with no bad reviews. I originally only chose hotels in the group chain, but suddenly I was curious. Mainly, it fully meets my requirements Before checking in, I called to confirm and learned that I was directly upgraded to a parent-child room with my baby. The room is very large and newly decorated. The swimming pool is a seawater swimming pool and the gym also meets basic needs. There is also a mini children's playground with a laundry room and a microwave. Children's bed rails are also provided. The second hotel I encountered had a fence fixed to the bed with nails. Across the road is the sea. The sand is super fine and clean. I even think the experience this season is better than Sanya. I didn’t bring sand digging tools and the front desk gave me a set for my baby. The most important thing is that the hotel gave me the impression that the service was timely and sincere from the moment I parked the car. The concierge helped with luggage and guided me. After checking in at the front desk, I took him directly into the room and took a look at what was missing. It was brought to me right away. Any employee I encountered when I got lost in the hotel was kind and helpful. Returning to the room is very friendly to children. As long as any request is reasonable but not excessive, the hotel will basically meet it immediately. There are few places to eat near the hotel, and takeout is more convenient. If you drive, it’s beautiful to play along the coastline. The only thing that I think can be improved is the breakfast. The variety of breakfast is very rich. The beef noodles with tofu are delicious. There is also sushi, but some ingredients may not be so fresh due to the off-season. The bread and pasta are also a bit hard. Some dishes are not replenished in time. But the overall experience is very good. I just hope that it will be more perfect when I come again next time. In short, I will recommend it to my friends. I will also take the time to take my children to stay for a few more days. It is worth visiting again.

The air-conditioning did not work, and reception said they turned off since now winter time. But it was too hot (25c) to sleep and had to open the window to cool room down but now there was too much noise from the airport. With the window closed, it was quiet. The hotel was very clean and nice. There is no place to hang the towels up to dry in washroom and no place to put towels near the shower It is a new hotel but some little things are missing. The reception staff is professional but normal service, nothing special There are no restaurants nearby, and the hotel restaurants were closed before I arrived 9pm.

This a modern, well-managed, nice hotel. The staff were hospitable and very helpful. There was a language barrier but one staff member would come and translate for the others. The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished and well-maintained. The matres was very comfortable. Thank you. They have an indoor and an outdoor pool. There are green walking areas on the hotel property and across the street. The Breakfast and evening buffet restaurant can accommodate many people and it tastefully decorated. The Wifi in the hotel was strong and fast, unlike the place I was living in another part of Qingdao. Sadly there are only 3 airport shuttle buses running per day, many people will have to use another option.

It's located in the middle of nowhere, so even if you can't order takeout after 12 o'clock, there's no microwave in the hotel, and the room service chef is off work. When the occupancy rate is so high, the chef goes home after work^^ Even requests for ice were rejected because the chef was off duty. Was the ice machine taken home by the chef? There is nothing, even the socket adapters stated in the guest room manual are not available. If I had not turned to the manual and asked the front desk again, my camera would have starved to death 🙂 Fortunately, the hot water is hot enough to heat rice in the bathtub.
