I was attracted by the golf in the hotel. Registered members can try it for free, and the equipment is also provided for free. The children like it very much. It is also the first time to play shuffleboard and they have a lot of fun. The overall decoration of the hotel is very good. It is backed by the Wetland Park, making it easy to see the scenery wherever you move, and the environment is elegant. After arriving at the store, we were given a free room upgrade. The small courtyard of the courtyard room was very comfortable, and there was a small breeze at night, which was very pleasant.

Extremely delighted with the 24-hour front desk concierge service from the moment I arrived at 4 AM until I left on the last day at 10 PM. There were some delivery hiccups that the front desk were very helpful in resolving for me. I like how thoughtful all the staff are from the front desk to the housekeeping and the food service during breakfast times. Not one but all of them were very attentive and detailed (小马,小杨，张瑞? and 王建荣are the names given but there were another 10 of them who were just as exceptional). I quite like the local breakfast variety that comes with fruit and salad selection. Each floor has a complimentary 500ml water bottles fridge (room temperature) that you needn’t have to buy from outside. Housekeeping even offered steam eyemasks for tired eyes! The fact that they also offer airport and train pickup/drop off services definitely are an added plus on top of the tour offerings. You just need to inform and pay the 30 yuan amount for foreign travelers per trip. They have a set time for pickups and drop offs at this rate. Outside of the set time, you can expect to pay more. The location is convenient despite not having a driveway but plenty of bicycles to rent and tourist attractions are at a walking distance. Definitely a 12/10 and will make a return when I visit 西安 next time.

Great location just a stone throw to Bell tower and Muslim street . Subway is at hotel downstairs. Plenty of eateries around . Opposite hotel is shopping street . Rooms look newly renovated and bed is so comfortable. They provided 2 different pillows for individual likings . Reception service was superb and was very delighted that they go an extra mile . We booked total 4 rooms and as our flight is early morning we booked an extra day . However we found a day tour to kill time and decided to check out at 1pm . Reception insisted to call trip.com to help us cancel the extra day . Instead of making us wait for confirmation he tell us he will settle. After an hour I received a call from trip.com to confirm my cancellation. We are super impressed with their service !!

The hotel was lovely and the location was great. We might suggest that on your site you mention a different name as it is not really in the bell tower xi’an yonginman … in fact we never saw that name, tho the address is correct. It’s a few blocks from the bell tower circle and there are several more hotels of the belt tower . There is nowhere on the hotel that says Xi’an Belltower, yongiman, elegant hotel. on the door is Mehood elegant hotel (see picture)- but this is a barely noticeable sign and the entry is really tricky. there is an elevator that says lobby elevator 1 … but in fact you need to press 5 and get up to the 5th floor to find the lobby! and the elevator floor signs (1-5) do not indicate this … Our suggestion is to put a much larger sign on the hotel and to better indicate that hotel lobby is on the fifth floor! the pix below is a small sign on a small door with only name we saw. there are many other doors in the area.

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

Passing by Hanzhong again, I encountered a very pleasant hotel again, which was the happiest thing on the trip. Facilities: The room facilities are very new, clean and tidy, and the lobby has the grandeur of a five-star resort hotel. Environment: The geographical location is excellent. You can get to the hotel not far from the highway. There is also a gas station nearby. It is in the Hanjiang Wetland Park. Although it encountered sandstorm weather, the hotel was still relatively humid and the air quality was much better. Service: Warm and thoughtful. It happened to be my birthday. The hotel was very attentive and gave me a cake. I was very touched. Catering: Catering must be mentioned. I had two meals in the hotel. Whether it was dinner or breakfast, it was very delicious and maintained local characteristics. There was no need to go out to find a restaurant. It could be solved in the hotel. The breakfast variety is particularly rich and tastes very good. It can meet different needs. The hot noodles are simply delicious, and the Roujiamo is also very solid. The seasonings are all fine. You can taste that the chili oil is fried with ingredients. I bought a few bottles before leaving. You can feel that this hotel is just doing things seriously from guest rooms to catering. Highly recommended, it's worth making a special trip to Hanzhong just for this hotel.

First of all, why did they change the order without my knowledge? Afterwards, I found this message a bit hard to understand... Secondly, I thought the deluxe room and the special room would be different from each other after looking at the hotel room type introduction. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they were the same. It's hard to describe...Finally, the deluxe room I booked a long time in advance was more expensive and worse than the state guest room the day before. After I questioned it at the front desk, there was no reasonable solution, and my mood fell to the bottom... After checking in with an imperfect mood, the rumbling sound in the room caused me to feel uncomfortable. Fortunately, the room renovation department and a male staff member of the engineering department actively helped to solve the problem. Finally, around 10 o'clock in the evening, after about an hour, the exhaust noise of the bathroom was slightly reduced.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and the front desk was very enthusiastic to upgrade the room type. The room was located at the 4 corners of the floor, with 2 large floor-to-ceiling windows, which was a pleasant surprise.

This place is pure luxury. The moment you walk in you are greeted by a team of people. The rooms are large and comfortable with amenities in case you forgot something. There are separate rooms for the toilet and shower, including a full sized bath tub. You will find cold drinks in the refrigerator and snacks on the table. The food in the restaurant is incredible, with many selections for the breakfast buffet, and the staff make sure you are pampered in every way. They remember your name and the beverage you prefer. The location is in easy to access and just a few minutes from the subway. There are also a few street vendors near by but not in front of the hotel. They also have a great car and driver. He was aggressive but safe. He gave me the impression that he wanted to make sure I got to the right place and on time. Special thanks to Rongrong. She helped me on many occasions with translating, communicating and making sure I was well taking care of. She went above and beyond my expectations of good service. She made my stay extra special. The place and staff are top notch and made my trip to Xi’an most memorable and happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
