Todo perfecto , el primer.dia no alojaron en una habitación que no nos.parecio correcta y sin problemas nos cambiaron a otra perfecta , todo es perfecto en este hotel
Beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities and services including private pools with plenty of sunbeds, a gym, spa, art exhibition room, games room with pool tables and football tables and TVs showing live sports matches. There are also organised daytime activities and evening entertainment. I loved the neutral and mint earth tone colourway theme throughout the hotel which is very calming and relaxing. I also respect the hotel's commitment to sustainability by installing water filleting machines to reuse bottles and refillable soap and shampoo dispensers.
My room was warm, cozy and clean with a nice balcony view and a variety of tv channel and movie selections including Netflix. The cleaning lady was kind to remake my bed from two twin beds into a large double bed with beautiful flower petal decorations and chocolate truffle treats which were delicious and I appreciated the additional touches. The breakfast was delicious ans very filling, presented in a buffet style with so much variety and choice of different stations within the dining room (cereal and granola; fruit, salad and juice bar; toast and baguette station; pattessarie station; hot English breakfast station with a section dedicated to different preparations of eggs).
Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location with stunning sea and mountain hill views and has direct access to Torviscas Beach which is less than a 3-minute walk. There are also many local shops, bars and restaurants including a mcdonalds by the beach.
I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely revisit in the future!

The issue of stars should be re-examined. Hotels packed with people at a rate of 400 euros/night can never be considered luxury. The sun and the proximity to the beach are not a merit of the hotel. Neither is the demand. The hotel is not luxury, 5 stars… rather 4 stars superior. Excessive price for what it offers (not counting the sun)
The room is large and the view is very good. Breakfast can be eaten until 11 o'clock, and it is very rich. The service attitude is very good, and the facilities are very complete, reaching the 5-star level.
The theme of the dinner buffet is different every day, with live music
I have come away from this break with mixed thoughts. There are many positives but also many areas of improvement needed. Booked a preferred club junior suite and had to be moved three times because the air con wasn’t working in the rooms. They didn’t feel special, they were nice rooms, but by no means did I feel I was in a suite. Small
Balcony overlooking the car park and just a standard nice room. Lovely big comfortable bed with great bedding. Wasn’t overly clean, hairs in the bath, used slippers in the wardrobe, stained mugs in the room and stains on the bedside cabinet. Food was awful except for breakfast; tough meats, undercooked meats and the snacks in the preferred club were pitiful with no explanation as to what any of it was. When one snack was black pudding on toast you kind of want the heads up! It was all nice enough but wouldn’t stay here again.

It's been 15 years since my last trip to Tenerife and the comments below are based on international five star hotel experiences around the globe.
So here's what I experienced on this reservation:-
Positives
1.Check in / out process fast and professional.
2.Direct beach access via the pool area.
3.Breakfast buffet with internal and external seating choices was excellent.
4.Evening entertainment between 21:00 and 23:00 Hrs was good.
Negatives
1. Allocated R3101 upon arrival and entered to find the bath tub was extremely dirty and required
solvent cleaning to remove large accumulation of water scale dirt around plug area (Approx 200mm
in dia).
Root cause of this problem is a leakage from the shower hose connection which remains to be fixed.
2. TV was on and could not be turned off. This was rectified by Maintenace changing the batteries within
the remote control.
3. Sink plunger mechanism was broken and I was shown how to remove the plug on a daily basis once
housekeeping cleaned the room.
4. Locking mechanism on the balcony sliding door is broken and extremely hard to open / closed.
5. Only one, yes one pool towel provided / guest at the pool via a plastic card that you are required to
exchange at the pool towel bar. If you forget this card it's a return trip to the room.
General Travel Tips.
1. Taxi from TFS Airport to hotel cost 25 Euro each way.
2. Hard Rock Cafe located next door (£££).
3. Great Italian, Thai, Japanese and British restaurants located on the second floor off
the shopping complex across the road from the hotel (££££)

Very Good
HHUIHUAVery suitable for parent-child vacation, the hotel has arranged a lot of programs from morning to night. The design details of the hotel are super beautiful and ubiquitous, perfect African style. There are 9 swimming pools, you can definitely find the place you want to lie down and relax. There is a long row of shopping festivals and small restaurants at the entrance of the hotel. The Tujiu restaurant is the most authentic and delicious. The Chinese boss behind the scenes is super enthusiastic about us every time we eat After sending a large glass of wine, take a 7-minute taxi ride from the center of the dunes
DDouglas JamesWe arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently.
Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch.
Definitely recommend
GGuest UserWe had a very enjoyable stay in Ritz Carlton, from our check in to check out. Friendly helpful staff, room very comfortable with all necessary amenities . Room serviced twice a day with very helpful staff. Staff in breakfast dinning room working very hard ensuring no one waiting very long for table. Excellent choices for breakfast. Nice bar and made good cocktails. Pool area had adequate beds and pool attendants ensured towels were made available. Noticed paint around pool needed attention and looked worn looking.
I left my phone behind me at pool and through the find my phone app was able to trace it to security with the help of check in staff.
All in all a good impression of our short stay in Ritz Carlton.
GGuest UserBooked a full board and food was up to expectations. However do note that drinks (alcohol, soft drinks and even water) are charged separately even under full board. The bed in the room was adequate and had a great unobstructed view of the coast.
GGuest UserSuper good! Exceeding expectations! Going out is the sea, and the balcony of the room is also facing the sea. Some additional travel activities in the hotel are also very good. Going out to see whales, hiking activities, etc. are very nice! I hope I have a chance to come again in the future!
GGuest UserThis place was absolutely breathtaking the staff couldn’t have been any more professional
It was my wife’s special Birthday and they laid on a surprise gift and display for her
The two of us were totally blown away by the kindness and hospitality shown
I would highly recommend the Lana’s suites to everyone

GGuest UserHard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.
GGuest UserThe room is large and the view is very good. Breakfast can be eaten until 11 o'clock, and it is very rich. The service attitude is very good, and the facilities are very complete, reaching the 5-star level.

GGuest UserVery, very good hotel, top 1, many swimming pools, many fun activities, snow top coffee yyds, breakfast and dinner are buffets, the hotel has many families with children
