Check in no problem. They have a storage room for safe keeping suitcases, etc. The rooms are new, and clean, with multiple bunk beds (open-drape a sheet over it if you want more privacy). They have an open area and 2 adjoining roofed areas where a ton of guests with lots of couches, chairs, coffee and hot/cold water machine (pancake breakfast if paid), ping pong table, foos ball, basket ball net, planned games at night where 40+ people gather to have fun...painting night, singing night, ___ quiz night, etc. All good. Super good location just 1/2 block from the ocean and the Waikiki drag. The price is right around $50 a night

Stayed for 2 nights. Very good location to the beach and shopping area. Easy access to take city busses. Staff are friendly and kind. Better to make the bed a little cleaner. Can recommend.

Staff friendly and helpful. I had trouble booking online rate, one of the staff indicated that gave a discount for Ex-military/Military, assisted and booked the room for 3 more nites. Service was very good. Extra towels available and amenities provided as needed. Location was great, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and more.

Short walk from the bus terminal. Very friendly, dedicated staff. Pancake breakfast was a nice bonus, though not particularly delicious. Live Volcano TV and a nice lounge. Unfortunately, there are no outlets by the bed, limited space in the room, and it's noisy due to the street. Bathrooms aren't always clean, showers are too small, and there's no room for clothes or shelves. Outlets don't work for large adapters.

The Waikiki Agua Aloha Surf Hotel is a hotel close to Waikiki Beach, with convenient food, shopping, and public transportation. This hotel is very good. There is a McDonald's downstairs and next to it, as well as several other restaurants. It is a 7-minute walk from the airport. There is also a free shuttle bus. I personally think it is better to walk there. When I left, I also walked to the airport, which is very close.

I booked through a third-party and thought I was getting a really good deal then a check in they charge another $30 for the resort fee this is common scheme to add value to their income and I will never ever book a hotel that charge of the resort fee because what the hell is that for.? This trip was for medical diagnostic purposes and not a vacation to Waikiki would never vacation to Waikiki. So the aqua hotel it's a little deceptive so my advice to travelers is to make inquiries about resort fees before you book good luck. I booked a room on the city side with no view and by doing that the room was much quieter than room is it face face Ala Moana Boulevard

Complete facilities, excellent location, beautiful environment, dense vegetation before and after, there is a large garden behind, a wide variety of plants, good service attitude, the front desk clerk is very warm and polite, breakfast has cake or bread, hot coffee and milk, Fresh and juicy Hawaiian papaya kitchen utensils are complete: 4 stoves, various knives, dishes, detergent, etc. There is a free parking lot behind. The only downside is that after dark at night, there is an unknown bird concert until dawn. Still, we were very happy with the night and highly recommend.

The best location in Hawaii, less than 5 minutes from Waikiki Beach on Oahu Island, where shopping, sightseeing, and activities are the most popular, is the big venue of this hotel.
