I was invited by a friend to stay at a different hotel, so I decided to stay here because the price was reasonable. The pets are allowed out through the wall. The sound of the club on the first floor was not so much of a problem. I was leaving early in the morning, so I could hear the people having fun. The shower wall was a little dirty, but there was no problem with the water pressure or temperature. It took me a while to figure out that you had to push it up instead of just turn it. The shower is removable, so it's easy to wash. The air conditioner can be turned off manually, so the ceiling fan was enough when I went to sleep. The front desk only speaks English, but the Japanese translation on my cell phone is fine. I'll be relieved if the deposit digital pot is properly refunded. I paid by credit card, so I wonder if it will be later? There were enough bath towels for three nights. Also, the window does not open. There is a towel rental service to go to the beach. The front desk is unmanned at 10pm, so I was given the key to the entrance, but I couldn't open it properly, so a black woman who was staying at the same hotel helped me.

Surprisingly great memories at this accommodation.
We started with four women in one room, but a broken toilet led to us being moved to a different room. Luckily, for the remaining two nights, I had the four-person room all to myself. The staff were incredibly friendly, and their warm interactions with guests were a pleasure to witness throughout our stay. The location was also a major plus, being very close to Waikiki Beach.

There was a problem with no hot water, but they gave me another room and I was able to take a shower without any problems.
I was able to spend a comfortable time.
Short walk from the bus terminal. Very friendly, dedicated staff. Pancake breakfast was a nice bonus, though not particularly delicious. Live Volcano TV and a nice lounge. Unfortunately, there are no outlets by the bed, limited space in the room, and it's noisy due to the street. Bathrooms aren't always clean, showers are too small, and there's no room for clothes or shelves. Outlets don't work for large adapters.
Front desk service was excellent. Priscilla was extremely helpful.
I did eat crap not noticing the door had a 3-5 inch lip at the entry in the dark and bashed my eye, but I don't blame your establishment for that, it was a major issue though, like 1/4 in h gash. I was c Erying a couple bags and just got bashed.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they’re a very deep sleeper. The road noise is impossible to sleep with. I’ll be complaining soon and seeking a part refund. Even with earplugs I couldn’t sleep enough. (There was also no bottled water. Even in countries with drinking tap water, hotel rooms get theirs from tanks so it’s not recommended.)
Overall, the hotel is decent. Friendly staff. But, their air cons are relatively old, so do expect sound. If you’re light sleeper, do bring a pair of ear plugs!

The hotel is in a good location, with Walmart next to it. It is very convenient to the attractions. There is coin parking on the roadside, and it is free on Saturdays and Sundays. There is a mini swimming pool. The washing machine and dryer require coins to use.

GGuest UserExcellent location for the price. Hotel is mid but I got a real good deal out of it so not gonna complain. Great view if you get one of the upper floors
GGuest UserI booked through a third-party and thought I was getting a really good deal then a check in they charge another $30 for the resort fee this is common scheme to add value to their income and I will never ever book a hotel that charge of the resort fee because what the hell is that for.? This trip was for medical diagnostic purposes and not a vacation to Waikiki would never vacation to Waikiki. So the aqua hotel it's a little deceptive so my advice to travelers is to make inquiries about resort fees before you book good luck. I booked a room on the city side with no view and by doing that the room was much quieter than room is it face face Ala Moana Boulevard
NnutchaphuThe location is great! It's near the ABC store. We love it. However, we booked the pool view, at first we thought it's gonna be a glass window that could slide and see the view, but it was not.

JJoseph St. EsparzaStaff friendly and helpful. I had trouble booking online rate, one of the staff indicated that gave a discount for Ex-military/Military, assisted and booked the room for 3 more nites. Service was very good. Extra towels available and amenities provided as needed. Location was great, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and more.
