So glad I stayed at this hotel instead of the Ghetto Hampton Inn right behind it. If you're a professional that's looking for rest and relaxation without the ghettoness, this hotel is it! Staff was great and attentive.
I love it here! The rstes are so reasonable i like the self check in rooms r big beds r comfy walk in shower is great. Bottled water in room pool and hot tub r beautiful love having 2 hot tubs! And no kids allowed. Pool lights up so pretty at night. Nice long hours for those facilities. Elevators r plentiful and quick love the food the deli is great very good salads and paninis and muffins. Also they r open late and early. The bar had some great bands and has a margarita machine. Drinks r pricey thats the only thing i can note. There is always vacancy which is nice. U can check out on the tv
We stayed 2 nights. Outdoor pool was closed and the water in Indoor pool was so cold.Just continental breakfast, they have a nice restaurant, but it was closed too.
The room is large, clean, the bed is soft, the condition is OK, the breakfast is quite comfortable, it is a hotel relatively close to the University of Notre Dame nearby, and it takes less than 20 minutes to walk through the grove to the school.
The hotel is suitable for self-driving tourists, the room facilities are relatively new, quiet, and you need to drive out. There are large supermarkets in a few minutes drive, such as Wal-Mart. The surrounding dining is mainly American, and there is a panda chain for Chinese food.
The price is OK, the room is quite large, a little old, but the sound insulation of the room is more general, the morning is a bit noisy, the health is OK, the price is OK, it is decent.
The rooms are quite clean. There are no toothbrushes or disposable slippers.
Breakfast is okay, there are several options

Service: quite enthusiastic
It’s that location where it’s inconvenient to take a taxi.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They gave us complimentary toothpaste, toothbrushes and even mouthwash. Refrigerator in room. Fantastic breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, French toast, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereals, juices, coffee, teas. Very clean facilities and nice quiet room for good nights’ sleep.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived we were greeted and provided with water. We had two rooms booked and was told if we wanted to be close, we would need to wait for a room to be cleaned. We opted to wait. We continued to wait and then had to get checked in to make it to the concert we had tickets for. So we all went into one of the booked rooms to get ready as the room was not ready for us. I found this not the best customer service as we had booked the rooms in the same reservation so they were aware that two rooms were needed and should have been ready for this at the noted check-in time of 4pm. At 4:30 the second room was still not ready so was not utilized until after the concert (12:30 am).
GGuest UserEveryone who worked at the hotel were nice and polite. The rooms were fairly clean but the fold out couch had really dirty upholstery. A good cleaning or replacement is overdue. I paid 200.00/night, which I thought was too high and received one-ply toilet paper that your fingers just torn through. Did not appreciate that at all. Tissues were a bit better but not much. Bedding was passable but pillows were pretty flat. The room itself was small. I feel that these things may sound picky but for the nightly price, I expected more. The hotel also does not do breakfast which is not reflected in the higher cost. I really liked the location which was the high point of the stay.
GGuest UserOverall, the lobby and general bedroom were clean and nice. The workout room was first class. The problem was the bathroom in our room was unclean. The floor had several hairs, tissue in the corner, and the shampoo dispenser pump was broken. Also, our door deadbolt did not work. I did not discover this until late that night. I informed the front desk the next morning. Instead of waiting until we checked out, the repairman came and repaired the lock while leaving our door wide open and tools in our bedroom..........kinda strange in my book.
GGuest UserThis has been a local getaway for over 30years for me and my family. Everyone is so nice I love the big old style luxury. It’s a great place to stay
BBeedawnI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a wide variety of great restaurants just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals during my visit. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.
SSHUQINGThe location is not bad, one kilometer from the city center, within walking distance. The hotel is connected to the adjacent Marriott and another hotel, and can be reached indoors. The hot water in the lobby is gone. It is convenient to pour hot water directly through the corridor to another hotel lobby. Room clean and comfortable, breakfast ok
SSmithGabrielleWonderful experience! Great amenities, everything was very clean, breakfast was tasty, and the room was comfortable! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel!
