The hotel's cost was reasonable and the location was good. Breakfast wasn't great, but it was good enough. The room was clean and well maintained and I was able to stay without any inconvenience.
I was really tired from 13 hour flight when I got to ATL. Took a shuttle to the domestic terminal where hotel shuttles were. Driver took me to the right hotel (apparently there are multiple holiday inns near the airport).
My room was really nice, bed was soft and smelled fresh. Breakfast was really good too. Staff were really kind and friendly.
I'd recommend this hotel to my friends.
The room was very clean. However, the bedding was a bit unusual; instead of a duvet with a cover, it was just a blanket sandwiched between two sheets. The air conditioning was also a bit noisy, and no complimentary drinking water was provided. On the positive side, there's a free airport shuttle service. Overall, it was still pretty good.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.

Flat-screen televisions with cable programming provide entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Bathrooms have showers and complimentary toiletries. Conveniences include desks and complimentary newspapers, and housekeeping is provided daily.
The location is good, Olympic Park, World of Coca-Cola, and the Aquarium are all within walking distance, which is convenient for visitors who don't drive to Atlanta. I couldn't find the TV remote control when I first checked in, and after contacting the front desk, the service staff brought it to me. The breakfast was simple and sufficient.
The service is very poor. There was a man at the front desk who didn't have hot water when I asked for it. The room was not cleaned for three days and I had to get the bath towels myself. In short, the service was not good. The other facilities looked OK and the breakfast was average.
It can be seen that it is a newly renovated hotel, so the price is relatively high, the free American breakfast is eaten according to the number of people who check in, and no one checks the room card. Free parking for cars, do not register. The location of the hotel is also good, there are gas stations and fast food around, but the hotel is just in a corner, so it is very quiet. I will stay here next time I go to Atlanta, not far from downtown, drive into the city for ten minutes.
A night shift worker was so rude , while she was handling us about stuff , she was on video call with her man and I seen that he was naked showing himself to her and she was passing throw some dirty words even me and my daughters heard that too , it’s shame while at work doing that disgusting things

GGuest UserWhen I went there was St Patrick's Day holiday, the annual tourist season, the hotel was about 300 yuan more expensive than usual. The hotel is not equipped with breakfast and slippers, and you can find food nearby. It costs $67 (about 490 RMB) to take a taxi from the airport here.
BBeatrixurIt has free connection to the airport. From international arrivals there is a free bus to the domestic flight terminal, where you take the transfer to this hotel. The staff is very nice and they help you with whatever you need. The only worst point is that the rooms are run down and need maintenance.
GGuest UserWas a good cheap hotel! Actually had a full size fridge, and a stove. I think it’s meant for more long term stays, I just stayed for one night. Not bad!

CCHARMAIN MURRAYI would not stay no where else in cairo,ga only at best western the others hotels is trash this one is the best in cairo good customer service everything work no bed bugs thank God that's my biggest fear but im impressed this is my always go 2 hotel my question about it.
QQIAOJUNGeneral hotel, the room is not big, there is a microwave refrigerator inside, because the price of the Super Bowl can not be set in the hotel, and the clothes are sleeping.
GGuest UserWhat’s funny I didn’t stay at this Hotel in the dates of the 7 and 8 due to at this point I feared for my safety. I accidentally booked to earlier that day due to my job assignment had changed.
But then they reassigned me to area so I rebook and was told I couldn’t cancel previously booking which I understand but since I had been a customer for week now I was still staying so I was confused of why the matter couldn’t be resolved better than it was through the Management telling me rules are rules and now I would of had to pay for 2wice for the same room because of Rules
WOW okay.
So now I can tell my friends AMD family don’t look or e spect Red-roof to be a Great Costumer Service experience.
O I actually slept in my truck that night due to not knowing the outcome of this situation between me and the management at this red roof location.
It so so sad due I Neva complained of the roaches and dirty bathrooms I had to reclean each time I stay there and the constant people knocking on the fire cause the drug dealers ruin the hotel in this area
And even their on Redroof representatives couldn’t convince this location to work me that day
But they will not have to worry about this Guy booking Red-roof AGAINS
GGuest UserSimple facilities, nothing fancy, but CLEAN and with staff that show CARE, CONCERN and an interest to do their best in giving SERVICE to their customers. Very impressed with the reaction time when a request was made, the enthusiasm to assist and the respect for the paying guests. Brick Lodge was a pleasant surprise that we will certainly consider again when visiting our daughter in Norcross. Thank you.
