This place was very nice,I would say best in the town,good value of money,a bit far from haram however they provided shuttle service,that was my 2nd stay in this hotel,definitely will be staying here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Memorable and Fun Stay! Stayed at Emaar Taiba Hotel in Madinah for one night and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and very close to the Masjid e Nabawi – super convenient! But the real highlight was the night receptionist 😄 At first, he totally scared me by saying there was no reservation under my name and made me wait for around 30 minutes. Then he said I needed to pay again (even though I had already paid online)… and suddenly burst into laughter! 😂 He was just joking the whole time – such a funny guy! Definitely a stay I won’t forget. Highly recommend this hotel for both the comfort and the laughs!

Had a good experience. Would recommend esp for the elderly ladies since the ladies door for haram is just 3 mins walk away. Overall a nice experience in this hotel.

Tge hotel location matters a lot, especially for commuting to Madinah. In terms of rush, it also reflects the popularity of the hotel and the busyness of the surrounding area. If there is a rush even on normal days, it can be a positive aspect for the hotel but it may need better planning in terms of guest comfort.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and truly lives up to the Pullman brand’s reputation for quality and comfort. The staff were polite and attentive, making the experience smooth and pleasant from check-in to check-out. Rooms were spacious, tidy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming, perfect for a trip to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

One of the better hotels in Madinah for sure. Everything was top top tier.. The location was good, wouldn’t say excellent (6-10 minutes to Gate 5/4 depending on the lifts and how quick you walk, better for the women to their gates compared to Pullman Zam Zam). Breakfast and styling was great.

Check-in was fast and efficient. The guy over at the counter was superb, friendly and welcoming. Well done to him. Room was big and was given a bigger room. Thank you so much. Very short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi. And there’s plenty of food options and shops right below the hotel. Very strategic hotel.

The staff were fantastic, especially Ferdous, Shanto and Arif were first class service minded and catered to all requests. Wonderful hotel & fantastic service. If we visit Madinah again we will definitely stay here again.

Bad start when they told us parking is not available(full), when it is clearly listed as an amenity provided by the hotel. It was also very annoying how they told me it's not available then waited to see how I would take that news, meaning if I made a huge deal and threw a fit they would probably have found me parking. Which means parking is full with people who maybe don't have the right to use the parking but made a big fuss and got the parking. Location amazing, too good. Bell boy was awesome and hospitable and provided amazing service. Both phones in the room were broken! Pillows were maybe the best pillows I've had in any hotel ever. Front desk told us hotel was fully booked, which was not true. I wish they put in more effort into helping with booking extra nights. Cafe/room service menu was not all available. Service overall of all workers was very courteous.

حجزت الفندق لشخص من العائله الفندق يستحق درجه ممتازه من حيث الإقامة النظافه وايضا قريب من الحرم جهه البقيع الاخوه والاخوات متعاونيين جدا. في هدا الخصوص اشكر الأخت فاطمه مسؤله علاقه النزلاء على روح المبادره الإنسانيه التي قامت بها ونتمنى من اداره الفندق ان توجهه الشكر لها نيابه عني وان تكون في محل تقديرهم شكرا لها
