Excellent hotel and location, but disappointing check-in experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, very comfortable and perfectly located. The facilities are excellent, the room was lovely, and overall the property definitely lives up to the InterContinental standard. Unfortunately, my impression was affected by the check-in experience. Check-in only starts at 3 PM, yet there was a very long queue and the process was surprisingly slow. After travelling, having to spend so much time waiting just to receive the room key was frustrating and not what I would expect from a five-star hotel of this level. Apart from this, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return — I just hope the arrival experience can be better organized in the future

Wonderful location, just few mins walk from old town. Hotel is neat and clean. Although have a tiny problem of the bathroom, staff are super helpful and offer instant solution and arrangement without any delay. A pleasant stay in this hotel!

The stay was nice overall. The staff tried their best to accommodate our requests, and the housekeepers were friendly despite having some difficulty communicating in English. However, there are some points that disappointed us: - There was bottled water labeled ”still water” in the room, but it was in fact sparkling. We had to call the front desk every day to get actual still water. -The kettle wasn’t working and actually gave my partner an electric shock. It could have ended very badly. -The shower water was either boiling hot or ice cold; there was no in-between, so we couldn’t enjoy a relaxing shower. - I know that the hotel values sustainability; however, I accidentally spilled some ketchup on the bed. I placed the card stating ”if you want the bedding changed, put this note on the bed,” but to my surprise, the sheets were not changed after housekeeping, and the stain was still there. - The heater/AC was VERY LOUD - And our biggest deception was the fact that the pool was closed and we didn’t get notified at all about it, we chose this hotel over another one because we wanted to try it.

The breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM? It's very close to the park, so you can spend a long time exploring and interacting with the animals.

The room was great, and it's super close to the airport. I stored my luggage on the day I checked out, and the service was excellent.

1. Check-in The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They didn't check my passport when I left my luggage, which made me wonder if they'd hold bags even for non-guests. (Just kidding, maybe!) 2. Location Getting here by train is a bit inconvenient. There are only about two trains per hour to and from the airport, and it's a 12-13 minute walk from the nearest station to the hotel. The city center is also about a 10-minute walk away. I didn't use it, but there was a bus stop nearby, so bus travel might be more convenient. 3. Room The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Soundproofing wasn't an issue. The Wi-Fi might be a bit weak, though. 4. Bathroom Both cleanliness and water pressure were excellent. There's a bathtub, so you can draw a bath and relax. Amenities included shampoo, body gel, and cream. I couldn't find a toothbrush, razor, or hairdryer in the room. (They might be available if you ask?) 5. Facilities & Services The gym was amazing! They had dumbbells up to 26kg, and plates including four 20kg plates and two 10kg plates. There were also machines for legs, chest, and back. It's quite rare to find a hotel gym with such a good selection of heavy weights. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with an egg station and salmon, so it was easy to get enough protein. There was also a wide variety of fruits and desserts. 6. Staff The staff were consistently kind and smiled throughout my stay. The service at the breakfast venue was also very attentive. 7. Value for Money The location, which essentially requires using Uber or walking, is a slight downside. However, even taking that into account, the breakfast, gym, and room satisfaction were so high that I'd definitely want to stay here again.

I really enjoyed my staying in the hotel. The stuff was so friendly and helpful. Complimentary water in the room, breathtaking view, shampoo and hair conditioner in the room (!) Breakfast was nice but could be better. There was no nuts or cottage cheese. The rest was very good
