We stayed at the Presidentail many years ago when it was the Marriott. Little has changed. The location is perfect on the bus routes directly to the airport and Old Town and opposite the Central Railway station to all the major Polish cities and even to neighbouring countries.
The room on the 38th floor had the best view over the Cultural Palace Złoty Terasy Mall and the surrounding district including a view of the Old Town and Castle all the way to the coutryside.
The room itself could do with a refresh and some of the fixtures could do with some maintenance. The bathroom was small but functional with some amenities.
Breakfast was plentiful varied and decent quality. The freshly squeezed juices especially good.
Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded.
Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise.
Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings.
Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The first thing that struck me was the size of the rooms. The room were spacious, beautifully furnished, and gave me plenty of room to relax after long days exploring the city.
The staff truly made the stay special. Every interaction, from check-in to housekeeping, was met with genuine friendliness and attentiveness. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and even offered helpful local tips that made my trip smoother and more enjoyable.
Cleanliness was another highlight. The room and bathroom were spotless, and it was clear that the hotel takes hygiene seriously. Coming back to such a pristine and well-kept space each day felt like a small luxury.
Overall, Sheraton Grand Warsaw combines comfort, top-notch service, and meticulous care. I left feeling well-rested and appreciated, and I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Warsaw.
Had an excellent stay at InterContinental Warsaw by IHG. The location is fantastic—right in the city center with easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transport.
The room was spacious, modern, and very well-maintained, with stunning views of the Warsaw skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all amenities were top quality. Everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully designed.
One of the highlights was the swimming pool and spa area on the upper floors—great facilities with an amazing view, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a wide selection and high-quality options.
Staff were professional, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the stay. Overall, a luxurious and memorable experience—highly recommended when visiting Warsaw!
The staff were friendly. The food was good and my hotel room was clean. This hotel was very comfortable and I loved all the additions the room had... such as a heated floor in the bathroom. I am a bit concerned about my deposit being refunded as they could not give me a receipt but overall my stay was wonderful and I would do it again.
Hotel is just across the airport, perfect location. The room was not fully prepared for the guests of two while the reservation was done in advance .When arriving at night and needing to wait an hour to get towels, isn’t best experience. Appreciate the help of the receptionist who in the end took care of everything.
As one of the ”100 Luxury Hotels in Europe”, the decoration and service level of Raffles Warsaw are definitely satisfactory. The location of the hotel is very good, and you can walk to attractions or museums related to Chopin. The surrounding environment is satisfactory, quiet and safe.
The room size is satisfactory, and handwritten cards, welcome cookies, and turndown service are provided. The room facilities are very new, and a built-in sound system is installed, so you can play your favorite music by connecting to the TV. The bedroom is well lit and presents warm tones, while the bathroom is cool tones and solid materials. The room is also equipped with a control panel for the lighting and curtain system, which is very modern. The only drawback is that there is no bathtub in the large bathroom, and there is obviously enough space to place a bathtub...
The breakfast is semi-buffet and semi-ordered. The dishes are exquisitely presented on the plate, exquisite and delicious, and the staff is also very service-conscious, which is satisfactory.
The stay was nice overall. The staff tried their best to accommodate our requests, and the housekeepers were friendly despite having some difficulty communicating in English.
However, there are some points that disappointed us:
- There was bottled water labeled ”still water” in the room, but it was in fact sparkling. We had to call the front desk every day to get actual still water.
-The kettle wasn’t working and actually gave my partner an electric shock. It could have ended very badly.
-The shower water was either boiling hot or ice cold; there was no in-between, so we couldn’t enjoy a relaxing shower.
- I know that the hotel values sustainability; however, I accidentally spilled some ketchup on the bed. I placed the card stating ”if you want the bedding changed, put this note on the bed,” but to my surprise, the sheets were not changed after housekeeping, and the stain was still there.
- The heater/AC was VERY LOUD
- And our biggest deception was the fact that the pool was closed and we didn’t get notified at all about it, we chose this hotel over another one because we wanted to try it.
The hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.
The overall experience at this hotel was excellent. The spacious rooms, equipped with sofas and bathtubs, were very comfortable. The glass elevator was not only fast but also offered panoramic city views, creating a sense of expansiveness.
The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options and excellent taste. In addition to a variety of yogurt desserts and fresh fruit, there were also freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and orange juice, which were healthy and energizing, making for a great start.
The sauna and fitness room on the third floor were perfect for relaxing, especially after a long journey.
The hotel is centrally located, making transportation very convenient, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business trips.
Overall, this is a highly recommended accommodation option.

Very Good
Llalalalal5The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

Amazing location
Building with great history « grande dame » of the city
My suite on the 7th floor was very spacious and cozy
Concierge / reception / bar staff , everyone was trying their best !
For Marriott bonvoy members they were soo reactive on the app messaging
-
The carpeting of the suite needs to be refurbished “it’s the time”
Hotel bar is constantly busy , they should keep 2 tables at least to hotel guests , suite guests.
Late turn down doesn’t provide same quality as cleaning in the day.
Solid hotel , I love it , just mentioning places where it could be improved.
