The room are very clean and nice. I will surely repeat again to stay at here. The receptionist and bell boy are very nice as well. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Hotel Tanjong Vista in Kuala Terengganu and had a mixed experience. While the location was excellent—close to eateries, laundry services, seaview room and KTCC Mall—the overall stay left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the room had a strong smell of cigar smoke, which was quite unpleasant. The cleanliness of the room also needs improvement, as it didn’t meet the standards I expected. As for the breakfast, it was very basic and not up to standard. There was limited variety and the quality could definitely be improved. That said, the hotel’s strategic location is a major plus, especially for those looking to explore the city or run errands nearby.

The service was great. The hotel WhatsApp in advance asking what time I wanted to check in. The location was above Tanjung Jara’s area. It was quite serene & peaceful. It’s a 15 mins drive to the Dungun town. The hotel is quite new hence it was very clean. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

The room is clean and the bed is comfy. I saw a lot of comment that the room is quite small thus we book Deluxe Queen room so got plenty of spaces. I love the way they decorated the room despite it’s spaces. Most importantly is that it’s just beside Pasar Payang which is my main purpose of booking it there. Only 1 downside is the air conditioning cannot be properly control and it’s quite hot. We already adjusted the temperature to 16 as minimum but it’s not that cold.

I stayed here once with family. Previously in apartment with 3-4 rooms. Really spacious. This time it is studio room so don't expect it to be glamorous or stylish. It is functional room. The only downside is lack of plug. Not even plug at the bedside table. But otherwise water pressure or aircond is good. Just the hot water does not really felt hot. My room at the top most level 9. Previously has some problem with lift. It was slow. But not having those issue during this stay. Either because lack of guest or the lifts are upgraded. Breakfast is good as always, the spread is not that much variety but enough to fulfill morning needs. The ultimate plus is the location opposite pantai batu burok, walking distance to hospital sultanah zahirah, stadium, akuatik centre and shopping malls like KTCC and mayang.

The host was incredibly warm and attentive. They added me on WeChat beforehand to explain all the details, and communication in Chinese was seamless. The room was clean, and the location was great. Right downstairs, across the street, you'll find restaurants and a convenience store. Excellent value for money.

Staff Shu Yee was very friendly and promptly answer to our queries. Your room is absolutely comfortable and clean. Mattress and pillow were comfortable. Ample Parking Space. Only one issue, since it is located adjacent to Kuala Besut Fish Complexs, unpleasent fishy smell during walks at hotel compound.

The place situated in the deep forest which is around 2km away from the main road . It was a rocky ride but we surely enjoyed the adventure! The room was sparkly cleaned...the swimming pool is even better..clean and the children love it.. the surrounding was nature.. so it was indeed pleasant☺️this kind of place is suitable if Ur are looking for calming and rejuvenating escape from the city!

Cleanliness could be improved, old school style budget hotel with some modern twist! Provides carpark behind the hotel but need to pay just rm2.20 for a day of parking! Receptionist is super helpful and friendly
