Cleanliness quite good. Location is strategic. Breakfast delicious and affordable price. Just the receptionist staffs not really friendly and pleasant, can be improved. Otherwise quite good, worth a repeat

Big room. Comfortable. Bathrooms are all clean. Limited breakfast. Gotta go down a little fast. Overall everything is okay. The hotel is really close to the payang market.  in the middle of the city. Can be reached on foot. In front of the hotel there is a white mosque. Muslims can pray near there.  Only this is an old hotel. So the furniture is all old. Receptionists are all friendly. Really satisfied. School holiday fully book. Must book early.

Rooms & toilet are clean. Staff are responsive to our needs. Location is good, In town centre. Better to have a car to go about, cheapest is rm80 a day from airport car rental providers. Room service protocol: No service unless you request by depressing the RS Button on the wall. Meaning, coffee sachets and water bottles get no replacements if you don’t request. Hassle of using watsapp to communicate your requests although they are generally very responsive and polite.

I stayed in this property for one night, during the transit to visit Perhentian island. I stayed in a single room, which was small but served my purpose well. Enjoyed the amenities such as gym, which is well equipped and well maintained. Breakfast was ample and tasty. I will visit again if there is a chance.

Everything was fine but the room service (cleaning service in the room) could be improved as some workers did not put in any effort into making the bed. 10th floor also has a very strong smoking smell outside the rooms which was quite unpleasant. Breakfast was still acceptable. Overall a 6.5/10 experience.

The hotel located in the heart of kuala terengganu.. walking distance to pasar payang and chinatown.. tv has lots of channel.. parking limited and first come first serve especially during peak hour.. no pool provided..

Overall, my experience at this budget hotel was a mix of pros and cons. I had booked a standard room, which I found to be small but decent. However, there was a noticeable smell in the room and the bed was not very comforting. The cleanliness of the room was okay, although the toilet had a lingering smell. The amenities provided in the room were basic but sufficient, including a small ironing board, slippers, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. There was no complimentary water bottle, you can buy your own at 7eleven or at the reception. On the positive side, the hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated near a drawbridge, food restaurants, a self-service laundry, a 7-Eleven, a Secret Recipe outlet, and an Ayam Geprek restaurant. This is a decent accommodation at an affordable price, still a practical choice for travelers looking for a convenient stay on a budget.

The hotel is clean and accessible to nearby restaurants. I was there on a sudden emergency trip and this place came in handy.
