Hotel Santa Maria was the best hotel during my stay in Peru, which included not only Cusco, but also Lima and Aguas Calientes. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi worked well and reliably, and the serice was excellent in several ways. For example, when I requested an airport pickup at 10 pm after flying 28 straight hours, a friendly driver picked me up. Ruby was particularly helpful and very friendly and wanted the best for me as a tourist in her country. She asked follow-up questions about my experience at Machu Picchu after getting back from Machu Picchu Pueblo. It waa great Spanish practice! The men front staff were also gentlemenly willing to help. In addition to the very hospitable demeanor, the tour service also saved my trip. I booked a separate city tour with a different company on Trip.com, but that tour never happened. However, the tour services of Santa Maria gave me exactly what I wanted from their own tour booking service managed by Edith. So, rest assured that service, too, is reliable. Be wary of online city tours done online in Cusco. No need to worry at this hotel, though. I used it also for the Rainbow Mountain excursion. With Hotel Santa Maria, I wouldn't have truly experienced Cusco, Peru! Mil gracias for helping me realize my dream trip to its fullest extent!

Staying at Hotel Andian Dream was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a picturesque location, the hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The rooms are well-appointed and provide stunning views, making it a serene getaway. A special shout-out to Rocio, the receptionist and tour seller, who truly made our stay remarkable. Her warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for our visit. Rocio went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed, from check-in to recommending local tours that perfectly matched our interests. Her knowledge and passion for the area made exploring a delight. Thank you, Rocio, for your exceptional hospitality and for making our stay at Hotel Andian Dream so special! 36 US dollars a night, clean, breakfast included, very satisfied. But there is no air conditioning. I don’t know if it will be cold if I go there in winter.

The room is large, spacious and bright, the bathroom is also very large and bright, and it can be locked. I live alone in a large room. It is beautiful and lighter than a single room. Hotel location is very good, 4 minutes walk from the train bus station, very convenient to take the train to the hot water town, 8 minutes walk from the Sun Temple, choose the best time to visit, breakfast, restaurant and rest hall design warm, also arranged Christmas tree 🎄, the door has an electronic lock, easy access, The front desk chefs and health staff are very friendly and answer all questions.

I got a room in the courtyard but it was small and noisy as I could hear every single word of the people chatting in the courtyard. I asked for changing to another room but the hotel was full. At that time, Diego suggested that they had another hotel called ”Ninos Hotel Fierro” nearby and there were few rooms available. After I agreed to have a look at the rooms, he called a taxi and went with me to check the rooms in Fierro. I picked a very nice, quiet room with two beds (one double bed) and the room size is more than double of the previous. There is a also a window towards the big courtyard. After I was fine to change to stay in Fierro for the night, Diego led me to walk back to Meloc (also showed me the directions) and got a taxi for me to transfer my luggage to Fierro. They didn't charge me any taxi fees and the room price was the same. Fierro is just two blocks away from Meloc and it takes about 5 minutes walk only. Both are about 15 minutes of walk to the main square centre. I had a very pleasant stay and good sleep in Fierro that night. Thanks Diego for such a wonderful suggestion and service. Though I didn't stay in Meloc eventually I think I should send my compliments here too !! Two thumbs up !!

I booked the day before my stay, but the price was reasonable and good. There was a rooftop and I could go to see the starry sky at night. The male staff spoke English and answered questions such as the Collectivo platform politely, so I was able to travel smoothly after checking out. The shower was a little wet.
