⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Family Escape at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel, Anji County (11–13 July 2026) We recently stayed at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel in Anji County from 11–13 July 2026, and overall it was a wonderful family experience. This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. A more professional arrival service would better reflect the quality of this beautiful resort. 🌧️ Typhoon Weather — More Indoor Activities Needed During our stay, a typhoon affected the weather and some outdoor facilities were closed. Our stay at Giraffe Manor was truly magical and unforgettable! 🦒💕 The location of our room was perfect — quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It honestly felt like we were one-on-one with the wild, rather than staying in a typical hotel. A very special thank you to our concierge, Yang, who deserves a special mention. We communicated with her throughout our entire stay through WeChat, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was always incredibly quick to respond, very polite, kind, and helpful with anything we needed. Having someone so attentive and reliable available whenever we had a question made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. We truly appreciated all of her help and felt that she went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. ❤️ Breakfast with the giraffes was definitely one of the highlights of every morning. 🦒 Watching the giraffes and all the other animals living, exploring, and enjoying their surroundings was such a beautiful experience. It felt like we were simply guests in their world — observing them in their natural environment and becoming a small part of their space. This is definitely not a “behind-the-bars” type of zoo. The animals have so much freedom and space, which makes the experience feel incredibly special. There are also so many things to do around the hotel. We received a bunch of coupons at check-in for different activities, which was a great bonus. There are a couple of restaurants nearby as well, serving great food, so there’s plenty to enjoy during your stay. Our room was cleaned beautifully every day, and the car/cart service around the property was very convenient whenever we got tired of walking. Everything was well organized and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. We’re so happy we chose to stay here. It’s one of those places that feels like a little fairytale and creates memories you’ll remember forever. And a huge thank you again to Yang for making our stay even more special! ❤️

The hotel's service was excellent, and the lobby was beautiful. Check-in was on the first floor with a great view. The hotel staff was very good, and after checking in, there was complimentary tea available. The room was spacious, lovely, clean, and tidy. Parking was very convenient in the underground garage, and there was a supermarket nearby for easy shopping. West Lake is also very close, making it convenient to visit. After checking out, Alan, the concierge, kindly helped me store my luggage, which was very helpful.

The hotel was fully booked on the day of our check-in, and we arrived over an hour early. Several staff members introduced us to various activities to pass the time, including a dedicated room for movies, board games, and a swimming pool. While waiting for our room, the service and amenities at InterContinental Danyang were exceptionally warm and thoughtful. The room was a family lake-view suite, accommodating four people. The hotel's location, far from the central lake area, was incredibly tranquil, with no tourists by the lake. Away from city light pollution, we surprisingly saw the Milky Way on our first night, a rare sight in East China. The swimming pool offered different children's activities daily. The botanical garden had a vast array of flowers and butterflies, along with a koi and swan pond where we could feed the fish. The hotel's two wings also featured a lighthouse and an observation deck. The buffet dinner had everything we could ask for, and on Chinese Valentine's Day, they even gave out roses. The fish head dish at the Chinese restaurant was absolutely superb. Breakfast deserves special praise; despite the hotel being fully booked, we could order noodles via our phones, and the staff proactively asked about our coffee preferences. This is exactly the standard expected from an established InterContinental brand, and even with the summer crowd, the service and quality were uncompromised. Finally, a special shout-out to our thoughtful butler, Emily. From the moment we checked in, she was incredibly attentive. On our last day, we had an early morning departure for a yacht in the central lake area. Without hesitation, Emily helped us arrange a late check-out, even during the busy summer season. To be honest, when I heard that the InterContinental was being rebranded, I had some reservations, worrying about a potential drop in service. However, after staying here, I can confidently say that this is by far the best hotel in China, in terms of both quality and service, that we've stayed at with our child during the summer season. Both its hard and soft assets are top-notch, and its service easily rivals that of established luxury hotel brands. I rarely choose to stay at the same hotel twice in the same location, but InterContinental Danyang has made me eagerly anticipate my next visit.

I extended my stay because it was so good. The exquisite afternoon tea, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner, are all highly recommended. The room was clean, hygienic, and free of any odors. Upon checkout, they even gave us a souvenir gift to eat in the car, which was very convenient. I especially love the Yiwu Jindou Hotel and will definitely come back again.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, the room is spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the separate small room ✌️. The gym equipment is also good, quite large and sufficient. Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. Stepping into the room felt like coming home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo. Environment: There's construction across the street, but it didn't affect anything at all; there was no noise. The hotel even provides earplugs, which is a nice touch. It's also conveniently located right next to Banji. Service: Miya, my apartment manager, was incredibly dedicated and responsible – thumbs up! 👍 The breakfast at this hotel is also delicious, especially the scallion oil noodles 🍜. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars.

Had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at the Fuchun Resort, a place I've long admired. The architecture, rich in Chinese aesthetics, blends seamlessly with the natural environment of Fuyang, creating a truly harmonious feel. Hiking here was wonderfully wild and scenic. The resort's thoughtful service was evident in every detail: from the welcome greeting and the consistently helpful and responsive personal butler (Benson) before arrival, to the doorman's proactive and natural assistance with luggage, and the waitress's meticulous inquiry about dietary preferences at breakfast. All these touches reflect the hotel's high standards of service and made me feel truly respected. I even left my hat in the calligraphy class and only realized it when the instructor notified me and said it would be promptly returned to the lobby. The shuttle drivers were also very punctual, almost always available on call. The housekeeping staff were diligent and friendly. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, and the travel photography service was particularly high quality. Fuchun Resort truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end resort. I'd love to visit again!

This hotel is great, Treasure Island theme, cabin style, very special; the whole villa is still under development, the concierge brother drove us to visit the whole mountain with a battery car, and patiently explained, the scenery is beautiful, if all the development is completed, it will definitely come back to see; The service here is absolutely five-star, from the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant, it feels absolutely at home. The view in the room is also very good, spacious enough, even the snacks and drinks prepared in the refrigerator are also very high-grade; breakfast is a luxury package, Chinese and Western combination, can not be finished at all. This is one of the few hotels that have stayed in recent years.

Our stay this time was extremely satisfying! The hotel boasts beautiful scenery and a tranquil environment, offering excellent overall privacy. The room had high ceilings and was spacious and grand, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was rich and abundant, and the taste was on point. All staff members provided warm and attentive service. A special thanks goes to Manager Lily Hu, who, considering the dampness common on the first floor, thoughtfully arranged for a dehumidifier – full of thoughtful details. Our entire stay was very pleasant, and it's definitely worth coming back!

The room was nice and spacious, and the hand-rowed boat ride was enjoyable. The wetland was quiet with no other tourists, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the bird-watching activity we were looking forward to was canceled due to rain, and there weren't many other free activities available. The complimentary fruit was a bit underwhelming. Other than that, the staff service was excellent.
