2-Star Hotels in Terengganu, Malaysia

Overall a great place to stay for short stay. Me and husband stayed here because he joined the Terengganu Marathon 2025. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights. The furniture is complete albeit a bit old. Toilet is ok and clean, hot water functioning well. Managed to check in early as room is vacant which is a plus star from us :). The only comment I had is lack of plugs (only one free plugs available in the room) the other 2 is used for tv and since it’s the only entertainment, we watch the tv so we only left with 1 plug (a bit of a downside since we both have to charge our phone one by one and also our watches too). Another thing is they only have 1 hair dryer in the hotel. So if you want to use, need to wait it free 😅 thats all from me!

Nice place for staycation and transit. Booked for 2 nights before heading to Redang Island. Pasar Payang was just nearby hotel and walking distance. Thankyou DJ Citi Point.

Check in was easy even though last minute booking. Staff were friendly. Room was good with all the amenities. Location was strategic, near to lot of restaurants.

Very strategic location. 2minutes walk from kuala terengganu bus station, 10 minute walk to pasar payang and closed to others shops too. Room was clean and well maintain. Water pressure the best. Thanks for the early check in. Definitely will come back if i were in terengganu.

The facilities are quite basic, and check-in isn't until after 3 PM. Cleanliness was also an issue, with hair found on the bed and the pillowcases yellowed and stained. However, if you can overlook these drawbacks, it serves as a decent option for a short layover. It's right by the airport, only a 2-minute drive away, and offers a free airport drop-off service. You could even walk there with your luggage in about 5 minutes.

Stayed in the female dorm during peak season. I was assigned the upper bed even though no one else was staying in the room, would’ve been nicer if staff let me take the lower bed. Otherwise, the stay was okay. Strategically located.

The location is very convenient, it takes a few minutes to walk to Chinatown for breakfast. The Chinese boss was very thoughtful. He added WeChat in advance. My flight arrived late at night. The boss sent a detailed self-check-in guide, which went smoothly. The room is beautiful Nanyang wind, all wood decoration, spotless, very recommended!

Hotel is located right in the middle of bustling city. Many eateries and marts within walking distance. They do provide free car park behind the hotel. Bed was roomy for dorm type unlike the capsule one. 6 shared toilets for about 20 rooms on the same floor. Mattress is a little soft to my liking. Air cond is cold enough for a room this size. Cleanliness in the room was great but not the toilets. Appreciate if the management can improve this. Will definately come back to stay here again. Below RM70 per night for this kind of stay was a good bargain. They also provide lounge area with TV to my surprise.

The hotel environment is quite good, only the problem of electrical wiring in the hotel needs to be improved because it will give comfort to the customers. The hotel is quite small but reasonable with the price offered. I hope that the management can deal with the main problem, which is the black out of the air cornd, which is dealt with immediately so that The incident that happened to my family will not happen again, thank you
