The service of the staff is polite and very caring, from the door/Front/especially the restaurant. The Indian food is very tasty in the breakfast options. After check out, there is a luggage storage service and you can also use the swimming pool at the Marriott on the opposite side.

Exceptional Hospitality & Delicious Cuisine! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, always greeting us with warm smiles and genuine care. Every interaction, whether at the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant, reflected a high standard of professionalism and kindness. The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the food. Each meal was a culinary delight – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the lavish breakfast spread, the authentic local dishes, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was memorable. It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city, opposite the mall, breakfast is not bad, the hotel has a gym, American life equipment, and a sofa in the room.

Hotel location is good but it’s an average hotel for business travelers only

The stay was excellent; the rooms were clean and tidy.The spacious room offered a stunning view of the cityscape. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel. Modern amenities, including a large television and high-speed internet, enhanced the overall experience. The pristine bathroom provided luxurious toiletries and plush towels. Impeccable service from the attentive staff made the stay truly memorable.

On a business trip to Hyderabad, to be honest, this is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities are modern and the rooms are clean. They are almost the same as domestic star hotels. It is not an old hotel. It is great. I will often stay at this hotel in the future. It is also important that the hotel buffet dinner is 499 rupees. It is delicious. The spicy chicken is quite suitable for my Chinese stomach. Until now, the Indian food in this hotel is acceptable, and everyone is highly recommended. Taken day and night outside two rooms! The executive room where I live can see Hyderabad on the eighth floor!
