"Excellent right from arrival till departure. We were pampered! Hotel is super clean no smoke smell and brand new. And the hardware are of quality and good workmen ship. Will last long! Rooms are spacious with separate toilet and bath. Bath floor is anti slip which is very essential for elderly. Beautiful design! Oxygen and humidity provided with a mini fridge! Welcome gifts are delivered by the cute robot with delicious almond and sweet raisins! Every morning they asked how was our night! The bed is super comfortable not like those lousy spring beds in more expensive hotels! Plenty of restaurants around and BEST is just opposite the town square where lots of activities going on. No need to take taxi. They are very concerned about your wellbeing and asked if we are ok after every visit to higher attractions! Highly recommended to every one"

"I do not speak Chinese and Hotel staff spoke only a little English however they made every effort to make my check-in and stay enjoyable. I was given ideas for places to eat. The hotel room was perfect for a traveller; lighting was very good and different types of power connectors. The bed was very comfortable with quality bed linen. Highly recommended. Taxi drivers did not know ‘Home Inn’ and taxi company didn’t have hotel on database, maybe known by another name? Hotel should clarify with taxi companies."

"We booked a suite, which was super large, with a perfect living room and sofa. Both the living room and the room had diffused oxygen equipment, which was on all night, and I slept very soundly. When the weather was good, we could see the snow-capped mountains in the distance, which was very healing. It was just a little bit of a decoration. If the breakfast could be better, it would be even more perfect."

"Service: The front desk clerk was very welcoming. Knowing we were experiencing altitude sickness, he upgraded us to the aerobics room free of charge, which was a very kind gesture. Facilities: The hotel facilities are very good, including an aerobics room with good oxygen supply. The breakfast menu was average, and there was plenty of seating. Environment: Free parking is available. We arrived late, and the parking lot in front of the hotel was full. The front desk staff immediately found a spot for us, so we didn't have to find it ourselves."

"The location is good. It takes about half an hour to drive to Panlong Ancient Road the next day. It is right on the main road of China-Pakistan Friendship Road. It is a two-story building with good room space and complete configuration. The main problem was that I found that the rental car had a flat tire when I came back from dinner. I asked for help from the guy named Bai at the front desk. He helped me change the spare tire so that I could go to the repair shop to change it. I really have to give a thumbs up 👍🏻"

"This is a hotel that has just opened. The corridor has a slight wooden decoration smell. The corridor window is open, but there is no decoration smell in the room. The room is very spacious, the bedding is clean, the front desk service is very good, and the breakfast is quite rich. It is worth recommending."

"The hotel is truly beautiful, and you can tell the owner puts a lot of thought and effort into running it. On-site dining is available, and the food is delicious, which saves guests the hassle of looking for an outside restaurant. However, the soundproofing is absolutely terrible! I strongly suggest the owner replace the doors with soundproof ones and implement more soundproofing measures. For a traveler like me, no matter how many performances the hotel offers or how stunning the decor is, nothing is more important than a truly deep and peaceful sleep. To be fair, the hotel's bedding is incredibly comfortable, soft and plush. The hotel also provides oxygen enrichment facilities, but they are incredibly noisy, making them impossible to use while trying to sleep. I hope the hotel continues to improve and focuses on addressing the actual needs of its guests."

"I came across this very cost-effective hotel in Taxkorgan. The hotel is new and clean, and all facilities are very modern. The curtains are automatic, the toilet is smart, the light in front of the mirror is great, and there are humidifiers and oxygen concentrators. The best thing is that you can see the top of the snow-capped mountains from the room!"

"This is a very nice hotel with spacious and bright rooms and comfortable beds, which allowed me to have a good sleep. The staff's warm service makes people feel warm. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities, which made me feel relaxed. The hotel is equipped with an oxygen concentrator, air conditioner and humidifier, which are very practical for tourists traveling in high altitude areas. Oxygen concentrators can effectively relieve altitude sickness, while air conditioners and humidifiers can provide a comfortable living environment."

"We had a fabulous time at this hotel in Tashkurgan! The room was spotless and we have a view of the snow capped mountains. Lovely sleep and it was equipped with everything we need. Also had dinner in the hotel, which was really good, with special tea on the house. There was also a whole box of dried fruits and a lovely note to welcome us in the room. The best part of the stay was the photography tour to Golden Grassland to see sunrise, which the guesthouse arranged for any guests who are interested with their lovely staff. Najia came with us and he taught us how to capture the perfect shot and helped us take many gorgeous photos too!! Also, I was caught in the rain in town and when I text the hotel for help, Qiaojie kindly drove over to pick me up!! Breakfast in the morning was a very good spread, and when the coffee machine ran out, the lovely receptionist Guli made me a special cup from the restaurant. There were also oxygen tubes available in the room for whomever that needed it (we didn’t at all). Overall it was a really really wonderful stay, the hotel is a short walk to the Main Street but I must say the 5 stars are for the super friendly helpful and warm staff and we would totally recommend this hotel to anyone coming through Tashkurgan!"
