NNgāraitiWhen we arrived, the black and white decor set a sophisticated ambiance... tucked behind a busy local street. Surprised by the technology. Everything is voice activated with Xiaodu... my chinese is a little... non-existent, but translation apps made it easy. 👌🙌 Amazing. Fantastic location not far from the cbd, within walking distance. Surrounded by little shops and restaurants, everything you could need. English-speaking is a little sparse, but the generous and kind staff, always aim to help. 💥💖💯

It would be better if there is a place to hang clothes near the bathroom. Breakfast was at 8:30 am. The eggs were cold, and all the steamed buns, cakes, and bread were gone, leaving only one or two steamed sweet potatoes. The only other option was rice noodles, but they tasted terrible! Many customers only ate a few bites before leaving the rest in their bowls. The milk was made with powdered milk, but they didn't use enough, so it had almost no milk flavor. Even the children couldn't drink it, saying it tasted like the water used to wash dishes after drinking milk!

GGuest UserIt's a very nice hotel. When you walk into the lobby, you will feel it is clean and tidy. The decoration style is simple and fashionable. When we arrived at the room, it was clean and all the furniture felt like new. The price is not expensive, only 140 yuan, which is very cost-effective. More importantly, it is close to the high-speed rail station and only takes five minutes to get there by car. Really good and worth recommending.

MM596174****This hotel really exceeded my expectations and must give full praise! Xiao Huang at the front desk was very warm and thoughtful. Let’s talk about the facilities. The equipment in the room is all available and brand new and easy to use. Smart curtains and constant temperature showers are particularly easy to use. The mattress is moderately soft and hard. I don’t want to get up when I lie down. Toiletries are also big brands and quality is online. The fitness equipment and lounge sofas in the public areas are also well maintained, without a trace of oldness.
Finally, the environment was boasted, the hotel was clean and pleasant, the corridor carpet was spotless, and the room was bright and clean, and there was no smell. And the environment is particularly quiet, although it is located in a lively business district, but the sound insulation effect is excellent, the window is closed at night, the noise outside can not be heard at all, can sleep well. There are also a lot of green plants in the lobby, and the fresh greenery makes people feel comfortable as soon as they enter the door. The service staff are also very enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout. Such a hotel, I will definitely choose it next time I travel!

GGuest UserThe front desk service was fantastic; seeing that I was checking in with a girl, they upgraded my room for free. The room was incredibly spacious, probably around 40 square meters, clean and hygienic, with well-placed lighting. The parking lot was excellent, with plenty of spaces. The breakfast was suitable for all ages, the restaurant was very artistic, and the room rate was surprisingly reasonable – exceptional value for money. They even included two breakfasts with my check-in. I did my laundry in the complimentary laundry room before bed; the hotel thoughtfully provided laundry detergent and disinfectant. The night was very quiet, and I slept very well. I will definitely stay at Guanghan Hotel again in the future.
