As usual, I received great service from Hilton the moment I stepped into the Lobby of DoubleTree, Agra.
The Lobby manager was fantastic in helping my wife to take a glimpse of the evening Taj Mahal and helped me to procure some urgent equipment.
At the restaurant, North 27, the service I received was sincere and very hospitable. The staffs were very helpful in explaining the Indian food and how to enjoy them fully. Lily and Biaki were both fantastic and loving and found myself amazed they were still trainees. You can hardly fault them and they were just like little bees flying around us to serve us and make our dining experience excellent. Have to give it to the restaurant management, they are doing a great job!

I had an exceptional experience at this 5-star hotel! From the moment I arrived, the warm Indian hospitality was evident. The welcome was grand, complete with personalized touches that made me feel instantly at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.
A special thanks to the manager, who graciously accommodated my late check-in without any hassle—such flexibility is rare and truly appreciated. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with everyone genuinely eager to assist. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with outstanding service and a personal touch, this hotel is an absolute must-visit!
Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute.
The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.
A relatively old hotel in the tourist area, clean and hygienic, but the facilities in the room are relatively old. There are so ***y tourists that it feels like sitting in a vegetable market for breakfast, which is very noisy. The worst thing is that the hotel does not provide bottled mineral water, which is what foreign tourists need most, because the hotel refuses plastic bottles. Either drink the hotel's own canned water (which feels like tap water) or buy expensive glass bottled mineral water (which is also inconvenient to carry with you when visiting tourist attractions)
None of the best hotels in Varanasi. The location is excellent. It is the only clean accommodation on the dirty Ganges river. But the price is not too beautiful, and the rooms are of course super small, but this is also the only disadvantage of this home. It is recommended to stay for two nights.
Nice environment, swimming pool, good staff attitude, friendly reception, good breakfast in the restaurant, rich variety, room facilities are a bit old, others are good.
Amazing place to stay n loving staff mainly Pem, Ravi ,Prachi n Jyothi
Thanq for your hospitality n making us so comfortable
Very near n clean n near to all the amenities near by

Over all very good if i have any membership or any rewards u can check staff have lots of patience to hear us n provide the details
Thanq again
Amazing hotel!
It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality.
Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle.
Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel.
When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it.
The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.
The radisson is located on civil line which is near to everything, the hotel has a modular vibe to it with good lighting and amenities, the staff is polite and the food cost is also not too much, overall a great hotel to stay in prayagraj

But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel
Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call
Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy.
After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need .
Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food .
Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices
Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃
Finally guys ( red)
GGuest UserDriver steals customer money!!! first of all, We had no big issues with Radisson Hotel Agra while staying there for three nights, but we have a story we like to share with future hotel customers to prevent what happened to us happens again to you. after Agra, our next destination is Jaipur, so we asked hotel travel desk to help us arrange car transportation to Jaipur, thinking hotel driver should be more reliable. the travel desk is working with agency called 707 Tours, and they booked a car and driver from Jaipur called Sameer-Travels. we requested stops before Jaipur, one is at Fatehpur Sikri, and second one is at Chand Baori stepwell. the first part of our journey was non-event, but at our last stop at Chand Baori, the driver told us bags were not allowed at the site, and he insisted that we have to leave all bags in his car and he would lock the car and it was safe for us. at the stepwell site, we noticed everybody else carried backpacks with no issue. after 20 minutes visit and back to the car, we noticed right away that our bags were opened and searched, we kept our money in three different places, and each place's money were missing some. the thief tried to make the steal un-noticeable but we noticed it right away. we confronted with the driver and he denied everything. we reported this to Radisson hotel, its travel agency and our hotel in Jaipur. We want to share our story so you will be more careful in your next India journey. I add two photos here for your reference.
PPANCHALGreat location super hospitality as always. My three-night experience was comfortable, with well-maintained rooms and courteous staff. The dinner was good, featuring a variety of flavorful dishes.
GGuest UserReally enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our vacation was unforgettable. There were a few minor downsides, but we didn't pay them any mind. The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The pool was great and warm. I especially want to highlight the breakfast and dinner buffets – they were magnificent. We had a fantastic time at Marriott Arghe and will definitely be back!
GGuest Userwe had booked a half board package and the stay and the food were excellent.the reception staff was very attentive and always eager to see to the comforts of the guest. particularly the duty manager Ms Prachi was very helpful and supervised with keen interest and came forward to see that the guests were never inconvenienced. the restaurant staff were always on their toes and in spite of large number of diners , was seen serving with smile and there was no delay in executing the orders. the cooks were also eager to help and prepared dishes that were not placed in buffet. the dinner was good with lots of varieties and was very tasty.

GGuest UserMy fiance and I were so so SO blown away by this hotel's hospitality. We were celebrating a birthday and they treated us with a birthday cake surprise! Everyone in the hotel knew we were celebrating and they were just so kind! It was honestly so sad to leave this place!

YYHD728Hotel location is convenient, facilities are complete, comfortable to stay; restaurant food is not bad! If there is a smoking room, it is perfect. It is still recommended to stay, the price is very high.
