Location:Very close to airport. Below is 7-11,and mamak store. Very good location. Cleaniness:Bed sheet has stain ,toilet have small crocoach. Toilet water stuck. Room is smelly Facility: Toilet door no lock. Have hot water. Provide soap and towel only. Charger got two, one beside the bed, one behind the tv. Behind the tv have limited spare, cant use for phone charger

Stayed at Place2Stay @ Sri Aman for a short trip. The hotel is basic but decent for the price. Room was clean and had the essentials, though the facilities are quite minimal. Air-conditioning worked well, but soundproofing could be better—some noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. Location is convenient, especially for a stopover. Staff were polite but service could be more attentive. Overall, a reasonable budget option if you’re looking for a no-frills stay.

Generally comfortable except the folding door a bit malfunction. Easy access for OKU. Price worthy for such strategic location. Requires only 3 mins walking distance to BMC Kuching. And there is a kopitiam and 7-11 beside the boutique hotel as well.

Great cheap hotel for no fuss stay. Location is perfect with eateries and drinks around. Convenient shop and attractions just a quick walks away. Just don’t forget to bring your own tooth brush set.

This hotel is perfectly located in the city center. The cleanliness was satisfactory, despite the hotel showing its age. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kapit.

there are so many kinds of things here like fully equipped vending machines, clean room with equipped television and even a mini fridge and nice toilet👍🏼 will come here again definitely sooner or later!!!

1.bidet not clean.. also shower room got customer hair even the the room just after the cleaning services. 2.TV no signal.. 3.system announced can check in 2pm.. when i got there 2.30 pm still cannot check inn, front desk said room not clean yet.. 😂 and i need to wait more than half an hour.. 💁🏻♀️

Attentive staff, clean room and toilet, and within walking distance to all of Kuching's attractions. Recommended for those who want a budget travel experience.

This is my second time visit Pacific Orient. As expected, the is nice and clean. Check in and check out is fast and easy. I got my room facing the Bintang mall building and it was fantastic. Here, parking space is limited. So whoever wants to park their car, better come early or make early reservation. The morning breakfast was simple. Not much they can offer. After all, don't expected too much since room rates offered was less than 100 ringgit. Definitely will stay here again if had a chance to visit Miri.

This is a great hotel for regular business trips or leisure travel, offering excellent value for money. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place, but for a standard hotel, it's top-notch. Plus, there's a restaurant downstairs, so after a long day at work, you can just head down for dinner instead of having to go out and find a place to eat. It's really, really great!
