The room is very clean and its very near to Masjid Al Hakim. Only 5mins walking distance to the beach too. The toilet also clean and they also provide water dispenser, so no hustle to worry to buy mineral water together with the iron (upon request). I also used the laundry service which is very good and the price also quite cheap. I went during Ramadan, hence anyone who want to discover Padang during Ramadan, i would really recommend to stay at this hotel!

Very friendly and efficient staff, with a commendable Indonesian friendliness. 10/10. The hotel's location isn't ideal for exploring the city, but Grab does the job for little money. The rooms are clean, and sheets and towels are changed daily. A very adequate porch in front of the room with two seats and a small table. It's a shame about the mosquitoes, which prevented us from enjoying the outdoors as much.

Amazing
EerzammIt is the best hotel nearest to every POI in bukittinggi. The hotel's Saka Cafe level 4 provides great ambience and view overlooking scenic town view and panoramic view of the mountain and valley. The superior family room we were staying in is spacious and comfortable most suitable for 3 people. The breakfast was decent serving traditional delicacy. Toast and cereal for kids are available. The seating is limited but there was no queue problem. The exception is the only lift operational is slow serving 6 levels. However, we got around this by using stairs which are quite steep and hard on my poor knees. So, if you are visiting together with elderly with walking difficulty perhaps it would be best to stay in the rooms nearest to the ramp nearby the reception.

HHuseeThe hotel’s location is definitely a plus—it’s close to the sea, which offers easy access to the beach. The receptionist was very welcoming and made check-in smooth, but unfortunately we weren’t allowed to check in early. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the amenities are clearly outdated and in need of renovation. While the staff’s attitude was great, the overall condition of the hotel falls short of expectations.

MMuhamad GandiI booked this accommodation for my wife who was going to take the CPNS test. When she arrived there, she was very happy because the homestay was clean and close to the test location (walkable). What impressed her the most was the friendliness and generosity of the staff, coincidentally she arrived early (around 10 am) and the type of room she had booked was not ready (because check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm), the staff even offered her a place to rest and went straight to the room that was ready (a better type than the one she had booked) without any additional charges.

AAin JaafarI booked a room with two king-size beds, but instead I got one king bed and one single extra bed. The shower pipe in the bathroom was broken, and the air conditioner was not cold. However, the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided good service.
