I approached the front desk to inquire about to extend my stay. The two staff members I interacted with were both rude and dismissive, speaking to me without making eye contact and answering in a very loud voice. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that front desk staff members are often busy, but there is no excuse for treating guests with disrespect. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter with the staff members in question and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. I hope that my experience will be addressed and that future guests will not encounter the same issues.

However, there is not much around this area and most fields are empty or under construction. Chaka Lake is a beautiful spot but the city is not so attractive. So also the hotel is not having any good spots around it. We also took the dinner in the hotel. The breakfast is okay but typical Chinese but they didn’t provided hot water for tea or a coffee. The staff is friendly and they provided extra heater and humidifiers for the cold nights. Overall, the hotel is a good choice if you stay in Chaka to recharge your batteries but it’s also good to move on after the stay.
