I stayed 2 nights in this hotel, the exterior design of the hotel is nice, the lobby is small, the receptionist does not speak english, the staff in general is nice but the communication with them is difficult. The room was very small, I requested one double bed room and I was given a room with 2 beds, one double and one single leading to a smaller room that you can’t move around in, I had my own pillow with me and requested a pillow cover for it, but they did not understand my request. My room was located just above the main entrance which was noisy, noise from adjacent rooms was heard too, the bed was comfortable, the TV was small, No blackout in the curtains, the AC was set on heater only which was turned on and the room was very hot when I arrived, no option for a cooler AC, and when I open the windows it is noisy. The sink cupboard door handle at the bathroom was not clean, No facial tissues available, you cannot order breakfast at the room, the only option is to eat downstairs, the breakfast food items were not special, no table service available, you have to help your self with everything. I would look for a better hotel if available during my next visit to Uzungol.

Garden View House is located up n steep hill - if you have luggage and arrive without a vehicle , this might be a problem. Mahmet, who is the caretaker, might be able to organize a taxi for you if you arrive via bus. The map on the site will lead you to the house - there is no name plate on the house and as I arrived in heavy snow it was very confusing. The room is comfortable with great views. Mahmet is a very kind and supportive man that will help you with whatever he can. The owners respond quickly and are very nice.

We stayed here for two nights, and I strongly advise you to find another hotel. The customer service we received from this hotel was very, very bad, and the issues we had during our stay revealed that the hotel takes no ownership for problems - even problems that it actually causes. To our amazement, no manager was available to talk to us during the entire two-day duration of our stay. The staff had confirmed by email in advance of our stay that they would look after some important packages for us, which would arrive before we did. However, when the packages had arrived, they told the shipping company that they did not recognise our names and sent them away, which resulted in us never seeing them again. They tried to blame the shipping company, but we were able to obtain confirmation that it was not the shipping company's fault. This may seem like a problem that would not affect you, but my strong view is that no significant problem would be handled any differently. The management of the hotel were clearly comfortable to leave ill-equipped reception staff to cope without any support. I have never in my several decades of travelling encountered a situation where it was not possible to speak to a manager at any point during a stay or to have anyone take responsibility for resolving a customer's compliant. Aside from the terrible customer service, I believe the quality of the hotel is nowhere near high enough to justify the relatively expensive cost of staying there. The breakfast felt like an exercise in cost saving (the only bread being cheap white slices, having to ask on both mornings for milk to be provided, no fruit, no variety in anything else), with none of the quality that we experienced in other hotels we stayed in across Turkey. I know that it can be tempting to ignore a poor review when there are others that are more favourable, but I hope my advice is helpful. I urge you to book somewhere else so that you can enjoy your stay in Trabzon more than we did.

The hotel is very beautiful, clean and elegant, its furniture is new and has a very high taste comparable to the five-star hotel, I stayed in Ramada Plaza and I did not find a difference in the cleanliness, hospitality and caring for the guest, many thanks to (Elif) the owner of the hotel with a beautiful smile, which adds beauty to the place, which is reflected in her refined taste With great colors, furniture, and great taste, thanks to Karim and Melek as well as Mehmet Ali for their kindness, high morals and great cooperation with the guests, I hope to visit Trabzon again and definitely this hotel will be my choice. I recommend it and recommend it to all travelers

A wonderful and comfortable hotel, close to the airport and services, and they have all the services, even Otel, and the treatment of the staff was very excellent, God gives them. Thank you to all the Otel staff, and we have another meeting that God's wish ❤️ Health Mascow with us certainly will have another visit soon with God's permission.

The hotel was in a great spot.. the view is magical..the hotel is old and needs maintenance but the staff are amazing. I would like to thank every one of them for the constant smile and their help and making my stay unforgettable, especially Wisam she was very helpful for all the residents. She speaks Arabic in case someone doesn't speak English or Turkish language also, I would like to thank Miss Arwa for her help in giving me extra time to stay as my flight was late at night it's a very friendly family hotel, but it needs a lot of maintenance. It's highly recommended for people who like to enjoy a beautiful magical view of Trabzon.

The hotel was very clean, elegant and luxurious. The rooms were very comfortable and large. In terms of both the size and comfort of the bed, and the cleaning of the rooms was perfect in a single word. I used the sports hall. It was equipped with quite adequate and modern sports tools. Staff were laughing and interested. I was very happy, I would definitely prefer if my way falls again.

This hotel I visited for the first time has received a safe tourism hotel certificate and offers a private service. The rooms are clean and easy to reach everywhere in the Trabzon center. Its breakfast was the most specially and elegantly prepared breakfast among the hotels I visited during the pandemic. You can enjoy the sea in a slightly pleasant way at the terrace. Also, the hotel has also a café and restaurant at the terrace again. You can come back to the same quality, eat something, drink your tea, coffee and spend time. I also thank you for being kind and laughing at the staff at the hotel's coffee shop.

Trabzon VIP apart обманывает туристов на деньги . Использует мошенническую схему через букинг и обманывает людей . Отказывает в заселении и не возвращает деньги . Занимается шантажем и вымогательством . Просит фотографии кредитных карт с обоих сторон. Сотрудники постоянно врут. Жаль раньше видео отзывы не видели об этом отеле . Ни в коем случае сюда нельзя заселяться . Многие положительные отзывы об отеле не настоящие либо уже не актуальные.
