first I got a room that was not clean, there was still a lot of hair on the bed, the floor was also a bit dirty, the paint was peeling off due to toilet seepage (it seemed). then I asked to move, and the room was the same (there was water seepage, peeling paint) but the room was clean. it seems all the rooms are like that. the door is a bit difficult to open and close. yes even though the price is cheap, please improve the facilities so that those who stay are comfortable. from the outside it's good, but once you enter the room, that's it lol if the place is really strategic, close to the highway and food stalls. Hot water: yes Amenities: none Tissue: none

Staff: Very welcoming, polite, and accommodating. Room: Comfortable beds, great air-conditioning. Amenities: Breakfast, WiFi connection, restaurant, coffee bar. Good • Nearby convenient store, Indomaret. • Nearby mall, Tunjungan Plaza. • Nearby market, Pasar Kembang. Bad • Breakfast wasn't great, minimal selections. • There's an entrance fee whenever entering the area via vehicle. • Toilet floor was slippery when it's wet. • WiFi connection was slow.

I stayed here for 1.5 nights before catching a tour, and checking out at 11:30pm was no problem. It's close to some city attractions and shopping malls, although crossing streets on foot in the neighborhood is dangerous and inconvenient. The room was basic but clean. Wifi was strong but air con was too weak. I had to use ear plugs at night, with lots of noisy people in the hallway. Overall, an average experience and appropriate for the price.

Cozy and comfortable, fast response in handling customer complaints. But harus bawa toiletries yak karna hotel belum menyediakan. Mungkin nanti bakal disediakan. Kebersihan nya mantep. Kalau di review sebelum nya mungkin ada kecoa, pas saya cek in bersih gaada bau2 kecoa, bed cover dan selimut bersih bgt malah. Cakep euy.

The hotel is really nice, the environment is good, and the sheets, duvet covers, and blankets are quite clean for the price. I especially love the bed; the mattress is just the right firmness, not too soft or too hard, it's comfortable.

Staying here is very suitable, the location is very strategic on the main road, and typical Banyuwangi souvenirs are also available. The problem of tranquility, comfort is very suitable and not far from culinary places in the city of Banyuwangi...👍

This hotel located in the middle of the town, have 2 malls nearby. The location is strategic for strolling at night and you have access to 24h eateries like McD. The staff very accommodating and you have needs like massages, going to certain places, they show you how to reach. You can hang out at the veranda, you can hop of Grab/Gojek or Angkut easily when you walk out the hotel. The hotel’s room is undergoing some renovation. You get to enjoy a bit vintage view, a bit Indonesian view.

Business friendly. Clean and things worked as expected. Friendly staff and management . Looks like a well managed hotel.  Breakfast is usually  included .  Will be a repeat guest
