It seems like an old hotel, you can see it from the bed I was in. When I wanted to take a shower, they forgot to give me a towel. I had to ask for one first. My child had to go down to the receptionist to ask for a towel. Drinking water was only given to drink together outside the room. In the bathroom, there were lots of black ants coming out of the sink. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room, I had to ask for Baygon to spray the mosquitoes. The hotel must pay attention so that their guests are comfortable staying there....we booked two rooms.

Comfortable One-Night Transit Stay – Tilamas Hotel Sidoarjo I stayed one night at Tilamas Hotel, Sidoarjo, as a transit stop close to Juanda Airport, and overall it was a great experience, especially considering the price. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and definitely good value for money. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, with complete amenities, and everything worked properly—including the AC, which cooled the room very well. However, I did notice one spider web inside the cupboard near the mirror, which was a bit disturbing and could easily be improved with more detailed housekeeping checks. I tried the in-room dining service. The food itself was okay, but the taste and portion could be improved, and the waiting time was quite long—around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Personally, I would rather not offer in-room dining if the waiting time is that long. Based on staff information, the service is handled by an external vendor (not a third-party app), which explains the delay. Honestly, using Gojek/GoFood might work better for both guests and the hotel. I also shared photos for reference regarding the salad garnish served with my Nasi Goreng. It looked very unappealing and unpleasant, and honestly, it would have been better to leave the garnish out completely—even rabbits wouldn’t eat it (trust me 🙂). That said, the service really stood out. The Front Desk team were professional, friendly, and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff did a great job overall. Because of that, my one-night transit stay was enjoyable. If the hotel offers a membership or loyalty program, I would love to join—especially if there are special offers or discounts for repeat guests. Hopefully, I’ll be returning again someday.

Good service, friendly, location is very close to the ampel mosque, the price is not expensive, not cheap ... just yesterday there was a little.. experience.. in the middle of the night I want to urinate,,, the water is not running.. *************find water in the next room get..

Had a great time. The environment was good and all the fasilities provided could be enjoyed. Definitely will come again in the future. I faced some difficulties but it was handled well bt the workers.

The location is actually top notch, located close to the city Centre and easy to reach all the most famous destination. The cleanliness is the best by far, I was ordering 2 times to get new towels and they prepared it well. On top of that, I was asking to change the cover of the bed and they did it at their best. The only minor in my opinion, but to me is bothering my last stay at the hotel. On the last day, I was getting breakfast as usual, ordering 2 sunny side up (half cook). I knew it was on Saturday morning and more busy compare the normal days. The cook was quite new I believe, he looked overwhelm with all the orders and suddenly he said that he ran out of the gas. Boom…all the cooking was off, all the staffs looked busy to get a new gas tube. It was around 15 minutes I guess until I came to the egg station again and asked to the same order. The cook was saying okay I will prepare it first then I would be sending to your table. No I said, I will be waiting here because the last time I ordered it he just said yes while other guests was also ordering the same thing. He was even not typing at all then how could he be remembering whose ordering the eggs. All and all, it was still a great experience and ambience to stay at this hotel. I would definitely be staying back in the next visit.

Full facilities, refrigerator, TV, water heater, strategic region Close to food sellers, don't worry about the popularity of a lot of food sold in the area, especially in the morning there is a market

The hotel owner, an older sister, is incredibly kind and caring. My brother didn't return to the hotel that day, and when she couldn't reach him, she called the police. When she found him, he had already been in an accident and was in a semi-conscious state. She kept in touch with me, took my brother to the hospital for examination, arranged a ward and doctors, and even helped find a caregiver and contacted embassy staff. She truly is my brother's savior! When my brother's parents went to Surabaya, she also arranged their airport pickup and helped take care of them. She's such a wonderful person! (And her Chinese is excellent!)

This hotel has a very strategic location, the price is very affordable, with adequate facilities. Cleanliness also gets a thumbs up. Comfortable, quiet, surrounded by gardens and a balcony with a good view, safe and comfortable. Hats off for synergy

The hotel environment is quite good, a transfer point in Surabaya. There are actually many food options nearby, but because my schedule was tight, I didn't have time to explore. I just bought a few packs of coffee from a nearby supermarket and went back. The next morning, I had an early flight, so I didn't get to properly enjoy their breakfast, which looked pretty good. But I was in a rush and only had a few bites before leaving. Overall, the hotel environment is very nice, and the price isn't too expensive.

The hotel is very strategic in the heart of Madiun city where you can visit various places just walk from the hotel. Thank you
