I talked about air conditioning in his hotel. The air conditioning is not good. It is not cool at all. It is hot in summer. He has got time, answering questions, partly english spoken and busy with translation work anytime... Shower, Toilet are ready to use. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, it was this front desk, which was particularly slow, but after the handover the next day, another front desk was still very active and spoke and worked very happily. The hotel uses a card to take the elevator, which is very inconvenient. Especially when there are more than 2 people staying in the room, if another person goes down and comes back up, he or she has to ask the security guard to swipe the card without a card.
