The best comment is that there is a pick-up service. It is indeed not easy to get a taxi in Changbai Mountain. I chose this hotel because of this. The location is good, close to the lively area, and there are popular food and beverage stores in a few steps. There are some coffee shops and cultural and creative stores next to it, which are good to visit. It is close to the Chinese Merganser Park, and you can also walk to Genting Palace and Genting Market. Although there is no elevator, there are only two floors, the stairs are not long, and the staff will be very enthusiastic to help move up and down, so it doesn’t matter whether there is an elevator or not. The room is bright, the wooden facilities look warm, the floor heating is quite sufficient, the big bed is comfortable to sleep, and the bathroom is quite clean. The toothbrush supplies are really great (normal toothbrushes and fragrant toothpaste, not the kind of small hotel's flat toothbrushes that shed hair and toothpaste that can't foam. It's so good that I want to ask the store for a set of disposable toothbrush supplies to take away, but I don't have the courage 🥺). I will recommend this hotel to my friends when they come to Changbai Mountain (I will stay there again if I come by myself)~

Very convenient location if you would like to go to Changbaisan mountain. There is a bus stop very close by that will take you to the mountain. You have to purchase access/transportation to the mountain on WeChat so make sure to ask for help from locals if you are unsure of how to do that. The owner is a very kind and hospitable woman. As someone who cannot speak Chinese she graciously helped me with many things. She cooks delicious food as well, just make sure to talk with her about what you would like to eat. The room was clean but be aware that there is no air conditioning. I went in early summer and felt fine. There are options to warm the bed in case it gets cold. Overall, I was happy to stay here and I would highly recommend this place to others.
