The owners were incredibly welcoming. I usually don't pay much attention to hotels when I travel because I have a preconceived notion about them, but this time I couldn't book a hotel in Changbai Mountain, so I chose this one. It was super clean, and the service was comparable to a high-end hotel! I would definitely choose this hotel again next time; it's economical and affordable!

Facilities: Opened just over a year ago, the hotel boasts state-of-the-art facilities, smart home technology, and is extremely convenient. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: I like the decor, and the room has floor heating and central air conditioning for winter. Service: Excellent, very satisfactory, highly recommended.

I highly recommend the Changchun Xinfa Hotel (Shanghai Road Wanda Plaza Branch)! The hotel's location is superb, very close to Changchun Railway Station and People's Square. It's also just a ten-minute walk to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The room's cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. What surprised me most was the配套服务 (complimentary services). The free laundry room and fitness center were incredibly practical, and the robot service added a lot of convenience and fun. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and responded promptly. For a budget hotel, the environment and services offered here provide exceptional value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and family travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changchun!

Booked a double room and stayed for four days. First of all, the front desk girl was really enthusiastic. If the room was cold, she would give you two hot air blowers, move them to the room and turn them on for you. The hotel is in a great location, opposite the downtown park. The bus stop downstairs goes directly to Yanji High-speed Railway Station for one yuan, and there is also a direct airport bus. The No. 29 bus costs one yuan and goes directly to Yanji Airport. It is close to Yanji West Market, Water Market, and Internet celebrity wall. The hotel is on the same floor next to Master Zhang's ginseng chicken soup, and the ceiling of Yanji Chuan upstairs is Fengmao Chuancheng. I am from Yanji and live in Shandong. I live here when I come back to visit my elderly. I won't delay. I will choose this hotel again in the future. I wish the store a prosperous business and the girls at the front desk a happy life.

The location is great, close to the Changbai Mountain North Scenic Area, with convenient dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was lovely, and the service was thoughtful! The hotel is located in Erdaobaihe Town, which has many free attractions like the Chinese Merganser Park, Jianshuihe National Wetland Park, and Yunding Market. All are very close to the hotel and within walking distance!

Facilities: While small, the hotel is well-equipped, including a laundry room and a gym. The room's lighting controls are excellent, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas. All amenities work well. Cleanliness: The room and bathroom were very clean, with no odors, giving the room a fresh, tidy feel. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping district. The style is simple and elegant, and the parking lot is separate and has a direct entrance to the lobby, making parking and access very convenient. Service: The check-in desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, and the cleaning lady in the elevator even greeted us when we saw her. The service was excellent. The breakfast was a bit lackluster, with limited variety and few freshly prepared dishes. The restaurant layout is also a bit cramped, with the serving counter and tables very close together, requiring you to slouch to get through.

The owner was very helpful in letting me check in and get inside the hostel. We had some kind of language barrier but it was very minor. The place was very clean and everything was working well. Showers were good, washing machine was good, TV was good. Everything was good except the sofa. The pillow cover of pillows on the sofa needed to be washed. I just had one minor problem though--the bed mattress was kind of hard for me. I also stayed in other accommodation (but not a 3-star hotel) and I find that the mattresses overall are kind of hard. Anyway, if I would be asked, will I stay here again? Yes. Definitely!

Room 1 has a window. The staff 々 is very kind. Foreigners can also stay. It is very close to the market in the morning and can be reached on foot.

This is the second time we stay in this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpfu as usual, and rooms are confortable. We appreciate the location, as the metro station is downright under the hotel building and there are a lot of small restaurants for breakfast or dinner nearby. Unfortunatelly, because of winter temperature, we could not enjoy the rooftop.
