Facing race course, room is clean and comfortable. Pillow need to be improve, I was stayed in other Holiday Inn, they provide a firm pillow, but these pillow is too soft, I have to stack 2 pillows together.

Hotel is very cleaned and hotel management not asked extra money also, when i saw reviews of hotel people commented they charged extra but for me they didn't asked it's good

I had a fantastic stay at chancery pavilion The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city, yet it was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting banglore

My Observations : > This property is located at a distance of 1.10 KM from Mahatma Gandhi Metro Station. > Eventhough the property is close Rickshaw Drives will charge 80 to 100 Rs. to drop you there. If you can walk then you can reach with in 15 to 20 min. > This property don't have inhouse restaurant. You have to order via swiggy or zomato. > If you are vegetarian you can order from Paakashala. Food is great. > This Property offers flexible check in I had opted for 10 am which they gave me after waiting 30 to 35 min at reception. > Room Cleanliness, maintenance, amenities are average. You will get AC, Geyser, Towel, Toiletries, 1 Water bottle etc. > If you stay further from check out you will be charged 200 rs per hour. > On normal days boarding metro is a task in peek hours so note that while booking. > Purple line metro will take you to KSR Statiom to M.G. Road.

The shopping mall is connected. Super convenient for simple shopping. Supermarket, and food court is available at convenient. They also have self-laundry self service. Highly recommended for busy schedules travellers. I ***aged to dropby the mall and few things on the move.

Booked with payment made completely online. But the hotel didn't receive the payment it seems. But they allowed me once I showed them the payment message.The room with queen size bed is very small as you can see in pictures.

Rooms were ready by the time I arrived the spot. Awesome experience and I have stayed here earlier as well. Both the times the rooms were ready, neat and clean.

This hotel is very convenient for traveler who wants to stay near airport and it is very clean and modern, staff are very friendly and helpful , well as lots of local restaurants and other small shops nearby is highly recommended,
