I have rated this hotel 5* as I loved my stay here and the facilities are great. Nice big tidy room with a decent view of Hefei, great shower with bath too. Lovely gym and swimming pool - neither too busy. Super friendly staff on the front desk to check in and check out. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Would recommend this hotel and I’d stay here again

My mother and I enjoyed a wonderful six-night stay at Swan Lake Hotel. Our room had a breathtaking lake view and the hotel was close to two major shopping malls and a park. Customer service, particularly from Ms. Iris, was exceptional . She went above and beyond to assist my mother in locating a nearby pharmacy for essential medication and even managed to secure an extra night's stay for us despite the bustling events at the hotel. Moreover, she promptly contacted us about our forgotten items upon checkout. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and the daily complimentary snacks and toy were a nice touch. Highly recommend Swan Lake Hotel!'

I was on a business trip and had nothing to do so I went for a stroll in the park. I came across this hotel and checked in. To be honest, the bed was really big, there was an office area, the toiletries smelled good, and the place was quiet to sleep. I will come again next time.

From the very beginning, Sun Xue Fei went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and special experience. They even added me on WeChat to help with communication, offering translation services to make everything seamless. The room was beautifully decorated to celebrate our 3rd anniversary, with thoughtful touches that made us feel incredibly special. We were especially grateful for their quick response to our last-minute request for a cot for our 2-year-old son. Originally, we hadn’t planned for him to join us, but since we couldn’t find a nanny, the hotel accommodated us wonderfully with the cot, making the stay even more comfortable. We are so thankful for their personalized service and for making our anniversary so memorable. Emerald Lake Hotel truly exemplifies hospitality at its finest. There are few people now, 106 rooms, 7 guests Five room types in the magic beach resort The resort has not been done yet, the hotel is in the suburbs, there is nothing around The hotel has no obvious traditional layout, everything is landscaped Parking in the open-air parking area next to the hotel entrance Breakfast is OK, there are few people, it is a package. Service, there is a battery car, someone takes it to the room (or you will get lost) The room network is not good, the room does not have air conditioning, the floor is particularly high The front desk is in a separate place, more like a glass room

It has been an amazing night for us. We are very sensitive to the cigarette smell. People like to smoke indoors in China so it is challenging for us to find a place with good nonsmoking environment. The staff 小何has been so supportive and patient with us. She worked with the team and provided us a room with pleasant and clean smell. This shows that the hotel cares about how we feel. The view is great from the room. The breakfast is with high quality. It was a great stay.

I really love to stay at this hotel when I travel to Hefei. It's close to all the things I need. The staff is super nice. Next time, I will ask for a room with a better view. The mall or the south side

I was upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise me. The staff was nice in general, and responded quickly to my requests. There are some areas for improvement. At the breakfast, I ordered dumpling. The service staff, who prepared dumpling for me, did not wear a mask. I saw him using his dirty hands, which just cleaned his nose, to add ingredients to the bowl. This was disgusting. The signs for the elevators near the entrance to the mall are misleading in indicating the floors that the elevators can reach.

Superb room with plenty of space. Great lighting and spacious bed for relaxing. Only downside was the room air conditioning was not working due to the overally system being turned off in 15 degrees weather. However, the staff did offer to open the room window and offer to switch room to an alternative facing room (assuming does not have air conditioning either).
