It was beyond my expectation. I originally used the room voucher to redeem the accommodation and only wanted to stay for one night. After arriving at the hotel, I was surprised that the environment and service were quite good. The surrounding transportation was convenient. There were also robots delivering takeaways to the room. Everything was quite satisfactory. If I had to pick a regret, it would be that the swimming pool was not warm enough and the water was too cold. It was very cold after people got out of the water.

This hotel has a nice environment and is very decorated. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is considerate and thoughtful. In particular, the two front desk staff Liu Ling and Song Hongrui are very good and enthusiastic. Thumbs up! It is a well-established five-star hotel. The location is very convenient. It is close to the subway ring road and the highway intersection, which makes travel very convenient. Unexpected breakfast, a lot of special food, much richer than other hotels, and the hotel's heated swimming pool and gym. At present, no other hotel gym can compare. The environment, scale and equipment are very rich. This hotel is really great. I strongly recommend it. Classic business-style hotel on the northern side of Swan Lake. Suitable for weekend trips, convenient location to discover Hefei's modern side by foot. Fast, friendly and experienced service. German-style restaurant downstairs. Good Chinese-International mixed breakfast buffet. Spacious guest parking outside the building.

I was on a business trip and had nothing to do so I went for a stroll in the park. I came across this hotel and checked in. To be honest, the bed was really big, there was an office area, the toiletries smelled good, and the place was quiet to sleep. I will come again next time.

Lovely location with places to walk around a beautiful lake which could have been enjoyed more during a cooler season. The view from the breakfast place was enjoyable as well as the breakfast which has a lot of variety.. The free tea set was very lovely, and I enjoyed it. It would have been better to have a non smoking room because the smell and the carpet showed signs of smoking but I chose a bigger room instead of the recommended. I did not give the highrest cleanliness rating due to the condition of the carpet but everything else was very clean. My room had a bathtub and a shower . The bathtub always makes me happy! They have a lovely pool which is easy to access., You may have to share a lane due to swimming lessons but people are respectful and accommodating. There is another pool off to the side which is shallow and would be great for smaller children. It is the perfect combination of indoor but with natural light and you can see the garden. It is clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful but their English is limited so it is helpful to know some Chinese. My Chinese is limited but we managed just fine.

Service, there is a battery car, someone takes it to the room (or you will get lost) The room network is not good, the room does not have air conditioning, the floor is particularly high The front desk is in a separate place, more like a glass room

I recently had a very pleasure staying at this beautiful hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of resources available around the area for all budgets, making it an ideal choice for any traveler. The exterior environment is stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and offering fresh, invigorating air. Inside, the hotel is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are remarkably comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Special thanks to Jenny and Yanyan Zhang at the front desk, whose friendly and enthusiastic greeting refreshed my tiredness from the 10+hours flight , They kindly upgraded my room and patiently assisted with connecting to the Wi-Fi and proactively registering the vehicle number plate which made my check-in process smooth and effortless. Additionally, they facilitated a companion registration for my relative and offered an extra delightful happy hour. Parker Zhang from the executive lounge was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable tips on local services and transportation, ensuring I had all the information I needed and he is very approachable. ( I did not had my breakfast in the hotel as I was keen to explore more street and local foods outside , however I love their desserts from the welcome fruit platter and the happy, it definitely made with high quality ingredients,the freshest cream and does not taste too sweet (less guilty:) This stay made my first trip back home in five years wonderfully smooth and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you for your hospitality making my visit so memorable and I cannot wait to stay with you again :)

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is as good as always. The hotel is in a good location, the environment is very comfortable, the bedding is very comfortable to sleep, there is no odor, and the non-smoking room is thoughtfully arranged. The room butler service is very timely and any problems are solved immediately. The welcome fruit is thoughtfully presented. The main thing is that this time, the dining coupon for the executive lounge is also presented, which is particularly thoughtful for me who does not want to go out for dinner at night. The food is delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and it is clean and hygienic. It’s right after exiting highway, so traffic is not a problem. View from room and breakfast options are good. Bathroom was luxurious with nice jacuzzi.
