GGuest UserVery dissatisfied. After turning on the air conditioner for half a day at 16 degrees, the room temperature was still above 25 degrees. I called the front desk and they said the air conditioner was central air conditioner and the fresh air did not cool. The solution was that a guy with a good attitude came and took me to three rooms to see if I could change rooms. He also sent an electric fan, but the problem could not be solved. The room temperature was still very high.
I was surprised. The customer said it was hot, why didn't they turn down the central air conditioner? What does it mean? The temperature in Hefei is hot at noon and cool in the morning and evening, but the room is still very hot. Why not turn on the cooling?

Everything I saw was spotlessly clean, tidy, and comfortable. What was even more surprising was the butler service; from their thoughtful greetings to their precise understanding of my needs, they were gentle yet discreet throughout. That feeling of being perfectly looked after instantly made me feel like the trip was absolutely worth every penny!

AAnonymous UserFirst of all the room is very big, 60 square meters. There is a dressing room, dressing table, study, tea table, dry and wet separated bathroom, large bathtub, and a double bed of 1.35 meters. Very spacious and comfortable to live in.
Secondly, the air conditioning was very powerful and there was plenty of hot water. The facilities are very new.
Again, all the staff were very friendly.
Finally, it is very close to the subway station, making travel convenient.
If there is a shortcoming, it is that the room has a little bit of decoration smell, which is not very obvious. I mentioned it and the service staff sent a Xiaomi air purifier.
Also, the variety and taste of breakfast can be improved.

GGuest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

QQianyehoujunjiThe hotel environment is very good! Convenient transportation and free parking. The lobby is grand and bright, and the intangible cultural heritage oil-paper umbrellas are unique! The room I booked this time was a twin suite. I liked it very much. The two large beds were spacious and comfortable! The breakfast environment is also very good! After retreating, due to invoice issues, Xiao Yu in the front office provided timely help, enthusiastic and professional! Will stay here next time!

As soon as we entered, the concierge helped us with our luggage, and the service was very enthusiastic. The front desk service was also excellent. I left something behind after checking out, and Liu Qi from the front desk even helped me mail it back.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and tidy, and the front desk guy is very friendly. Check-in was quick. We checked in at midnight and didn't receive any calls from the hotel until 2 a.m. the next day, which was great. The breakfast selection was also very diverse, with both Chinese and Western options. The customer service was also very responsive, and our takeout order was delivered promptly. Five stars recommended!

The location is excellent, very close to the train station, with a subway station right next door. The environment is quite good, and the high-ceilinged lobby feels grand. The front desk service was decent; my room was upgraded before arrival.
The executive room wasn't particularly large, but the facilities were well-maintained. The elevator requires a key card to operate, which adds to the safety. Guests also receive complimentary fruit upon check-in, which is a nice touch.
The executive lounge's light meals offer a decent variety, though the only made-to-order items are noodles and wontons, which were just so-so.
Breakfast had a good selection, including special local dishes like Huainan beef soup and freshly stewed chicken soup with small wontons. There was also a cart service offering a unique 'sa tang' (thick soup) which tasted good. The made-to-order egg rolls were also delicious. The chef at the noodle station was particularly enthusiastic, explaining everything and even helping to prepare an Anqing-style wonton soup base. The service was exceptional.
Overall, a very good hotel. Highly recommended.
