Great hotel with understated elegance and a real touch of luxury. On my recent trip to Uzbekistan, I stayed in several different affordable hotels and guest houses, Hotel Caravan Serail was by far the best one. The cost per night was a little higher than the other places that I stayed but boy what a difference a few extra euros made! The room was super clean and elegant. The bed is very comfortable. Everything was very well maintained. The staff too were excellent, there was a slight mixup with my room initially, but it was dealt with very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this hotel as a great option for an affordable place to stay and if I ever visit Samarkand again, I would definitely book this hotel without hesitation. I only stayed one night but wish I had been longer. Oh, the breakfast is pretty good too!

The hotel is located in a residential area, but it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the scenic spot. It is inevitable to pass through the alley when returning to the hotel at night, and the lights are dim. It is also difficult to find the way when calling Yandex. Women should pay more attention to safety.
The appearance of the hotel is two different worlds from the inside. Once you enter the hotel, you will feel bright and clean in the courtyard, which is full of local characteristics.
The family room I booked has a large space and a terrace, but it is adjacent to the terrace of another room and can be climbed over.
The hotel sent a nut plate and water, etc. There are facilities on the rooftop for self-paid use, and there is also a swimming pool downstairs, but we did not use it.
In short, the design is good, clean and hygienic, the service attitude is good, and there is no problem in English communication.

The hotel is just opposite the tourist attraction. Breakfast is simple and delicious. Several famous attractions can be reached on foot. The front desk service is very good. When you check in, you will be informed that the gym and swimming pool can be used for free. There is purified water in the corridor on each floor, which can be used unlimitedly.

Номер соответствует фото, чистый и новый. Завтрак не понравился, я бы пересмотрела концепцию и предлагала завтрак по меню, было бы куда привлекательнее, чем скудный шведский стол. Утром невозможно было спать, почему-то все неистово хлопали дверьми на этаже, хотя дверь легко закрывается. Гель для душа и шампунь и мыло для рук - все три средства были одинаковые, больше никаких наборов в ванной комнате не было.

Stayed 1 night . location is very good and near registan complex. it was off season january and hotel was undergoing some re decorations . wifi was off and kitchen closed due to off season but owner was very friendly and honest about it and upgraded room. Had a very good sleep and only off thing was water kettle broken. simple breakfast , but ok, again dueto off season, I reckon its very good in season. beutifull rooftop terrace which im sure is thriving in summer. can recommend

SSylvia TeohI didn't take pic of the room as it is basic but spacious enough. The hotel is strategically located in between various sightseeing sites. For travellers who opt for tram and bus, you choose the right location because opposite the hotel just accross the road, there is a tramvay stop and bus stop. Tramvay goes to and for the main train station if you are departing for Tashkent or Bukhara. While bus goes around the city. Take bus 22 to go around the city area such as Registan centre. Take bus 31 to and for airport. Really convenient, affordable, and I highly recommend it.

it is a family-owned property that appeals to many city travellers seeking solid 3.5~4 star rated european-styled hotel stay.
very conveniently located at University Boulevard, it has convenience store next street,
and one needs not worry about food =a lo of it, rows of restaurants next door

Вокруг много кафе и ресторанов, есть аптеки, магазинчики и т.д. В отеле чисто, просторно, удобные большие кровати, белоснежное постельное белье и полотенца, доброжелательный персонал, очень вкусные завтраки и прекрасно работает кондиционер (это очень важно в жаркую погоду). Есть все душевые принадлежности, фен, телевизор, вода. Мы жили в номере 27, очень большой, практически двухкомнатный номер с балконом. Отель рекомендую, но советую при бронировании выбирать номера с балконами, т.к. заметила, что часть номеров имеют только окно на внутренний двор и без балкона.

It’s okay to sleep at night when the hotel is near the roadside. If you sleep in, I don’t recommend staying on the roadside. I left early in the morning and forgot to give you a tip. The hotel was very enjoyable, the new, elegant decoration of the guest area, beautiful balefoot, When we checked in we increased the category of the acquired room, it was very pleasant, the room is large, light. Breakfast liked, everything is in abundance, a great variety , I think for any taste, very delicious and satisfactory. Located in the hotel step-by-step access from the main sights. Enjoyable and polite staff. Hotel definitely recommend.
