Stayed at 8/10.
It's far from the Borobudur Temple and it takes a long walk (about 260 yen for grab), so the location is 3 points, but the hotel itself is service, cleanliness, food (cheap), Both the facilities (you can also see YouTube in TV) were highly evaluated.
I think it is a little high price range around Borobudur, but it is recommended if you want cleanliness.
Also, he talks slowly with a smile until he can understand English at check-in, and the evaluation of the staff is 5.
The hotel is located in the downtown area, so even solo travelers don't have to worry. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the public areas have a sense of design. I really like it and it's definitely a good trip!
Turn right and walk 200 meters out of the hotel to find supermarkets, restaurants, and snack stands!
The staff is so enthusiastic. When we failed to get a taxi, she took a motorcycle to take us to catch the Borobudur sunrise tour
The front desk girl Anin is beautiful and kind! It was a really good trip!
My room washroom encounter the stinky smells on the 1st night, very unfortunate the phone inside the room also out of order too. I’ve to close the door properly before sleep yet still have unpleasant smells in the room. I’ve told the night shift front desk officer about it, however he seems don’t understood and didn’t get the issue settle. Hence, I’ve requested to upgrade on the next day to the day time front desk officer, Herman if the issue can’t be solved. However, it’s fully booked, so I felt upset and helpless. Therefore, I’ve stressed to him I’m unable to give good rating in this case and get him to my room and experience it. He immediately
understood the issue and get someone to resolve the issue after I went out for early dinner. Afterwards the issue only comes back in a while and gone. Herman had got the cleaner take note of the issue too over the 6 days 5 nights stay.
I would like to give the compliment to Herman for this case. Besides, though the breakfast served only simple food, however I think is good for nutrition and everything are fresh. Especially the juice and fruit sections.
AMAZING. Our favourite place we've stayed in all of Asia after a few months travelling! The bungalow and area is as beautiful as the photos and it's worth staying just for the incredible floating breakfast. Great value for money for what you get. Bobby the owner was chilled out and friendly chatting to us and other guests making us feel welcome. The views are incredible... Watching the sunset over the fields with a volcano in the backdrop was our favourite moment of Java. Pool was spotless, flowers were stunning, the design of everything inside the bungalows and outside were impressive and so artistic. The bungalow also had great air con, we didn't see any bugs or mosquitoes which surprised us and had a great hot shower.
The location is far from restaurants but we ordered food via grab and were happy to stay by the pool anyway as we didn't want to leave the relaxation.
If you book make sure you book more than one night as you won't want to leave!
The hotel is located inside DP Mall. The room is quite spacious. I could hear the sound of the television from the room right next to mine (quite clearly—I could almost follow the news they were watching). It didn’t really bother me though. They offer 24-hour welcome drinks (only hot drinks like coffee and tea—I was expecting iced coffee). The room is equipped with a smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, and more. The staff is warm and friendly. Upon check-in, you’ll need to download an app to get your room key, and an OTP will be sent to your smartphone via SMS for confirmation. I was a bit frustrated since my daily phone uses a foreign number (which couldn’t receive SMS at that time). Luckily, I had my secondary phone with an Indonesian number (though it has terrible battery health). I didn’t know whether they provide a physical key or not (I didn’t ask). Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. Just please provide a physical key (a wooden one maybe, to match the eco-friendly theme).
The room is comfortable, but the bathroom smells of urine. The breakfast is okay. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be paid more attention to, but that's all.
NNurshahida ZainudinBooked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Spectacular view when you wake up in the morning. Breakfast spread was great for both days. There is a small playground beside their cafe that my kids could play as well. Service was awesome. Will come again if I visit Solo again.
AAnonymous UserGood room, breakfast, service, and access. Maybe, you can increase the lighting on the room, it's little bit too dark I think. But overall, it's a good job! 👍
AAndreas DamarMy second visit at this hotel. Their petit rooms which have excellent inferior are the best option for someone like me who only visit 1-2 nights & doesn't really have much things to carry with. PLUS ONE for their free refill on drink water, coffee, and tea. Thus are very helpful that i dont need to bother myself to go out looking for groceries store at night.
AAnonymous UserThis is always my first choice for me whenever I travel to solo. I love the cleanliness and fast check in process. However the parking space is very limited but they have extra space across the road right in front of the hotel.
GGaryDLarge room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.
GGuest UserHad a little problem when checking in as im booked the studio 30 room since 2 weeks before even paid 900 thousand more than a cousin who booked the hotel 2 days before but when im checking in they said my booking is studio 25 not knowing that Trip.com using 3rd and 4th party for the booking causing misunderstanding and thus i had to wait for 1 hour with babies crying. Luckily the problem solved but that is one of the worst experience booking with trip.com. Still, i will give them chance again as theyre fixing the problem and give small gesture for apologizing

GGuest UserOne earlier stay at this hotel, I found several small insects on the floor and thought nothing much of it. But this time after waking up I discovered bites on my body, in several places (arm, leg). It was apparent to me that this was the result of bed bugs. I had heard this from someone else who stayed at this hotel, but was skeptical. Now I am not.
I am dismayed, as I had planned to stay for a week or longer at this hotel in the near future. When I spoke to the desk clerk about the bed bugs I suspected were the. cause of my bug bites he said he would alert ”housekeeping”. I told him I doubted that a change of bedding would suffice. Bed bugs are most often in the mattress, and likely need strong measures to take care of ridding the problem.
Otherwise I find the hotel very nice, with a restaurant that will accommodate my requests to alter menu items to conform to my food preferences (vegetarian). And a room refrigerator that I can use.
Staff is always very accommodating.
I hope the bed bug problem can be fully resolved.
