White House Hotel
4.2/598 Reviews
The grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.
Homewood Suites by Hilton Jackson Fondren Medical District

When we arrived, the employees are so friendly and upbeat that they even carried on till we checked out! We stayed in the suite with 6 of us and it was great. The room was huge, and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, and everyone was full, which was perfect before we got back on the road to Florida. Lastly, the location, we felt very safe in. And we appreciate the extra measure they take to continue that! We will def be back when we take another road trip to Florida again in the next year.

Staff was friendly and helpful! Room was fantastic with a great view of the gulf. The entire hotel smells like a pina colada.
Baymont by Wyndham Biloxi/Ocean Springs

We booked for a non-smoking room but we got a smoke/nicotin terrible smell room. The hotel clerk told us this is a no smoking room so he told us not to smoke. We don't smoke but the room was horribly smoke stinking. After we checked-out, we can still smell the smoke on our clothings. The floor is nicely renovated but it was too dirty with sand, soil!! beddings, toilet are clean. Breakfast is very simple but acceptable. Wichita Falls Baymont where we came from before Biloxi was excellent!

I’ve stayed here twice. And I’ll be back again. Conventionally located, easy in and out. The ocean view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were stunning, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a luxurious escape. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my stay was perfect. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Plus their breakfast is soooo good!! 5 stars!!⭐️
Gold Strike Casino Resort

Gold Strike is always the place to go in North Mississippi. The room is always great, the games pay and the promotion awesome! They have a 24 hr Cafe with great coffee and food. My husband and I have both won handpays and I have won rewards play. We only stay at Gold Strike any time we come to Tunica.
Courtyard Starkville MSU at the Mill Conference Center
4.2/587 Reviews
I was charged $262 for a simple standard room, the pool was closed and had to walk to another hotel just to swim. I woke up this morning to be charged $40 more overnight and after I checked out, my credit card was declined for $200, then $150, then $100, and then $50 by courtyard. Thank God I moved my money after the additional $40 this morning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and think I deserve a refund.
Courtyard Jackson Madison

Stayed for 1 night as a stopover. Arrived at 1am and service was fantastic at check-in. Lady was very friendly and professional. Room was clean and had all the basic necessities. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or outdoor area which was a shame as it looked inviting. Travelled with 2 young kids.
Hollywood Casino Tunica

The check in was fast, room was clean, quiet, loved the bed. The buffet wasn't open and the grill was really busy and that was the only place to eat inside Hollywood ******. There was no frozen drinks because of no shaved ice, wish we were told about that before we booked room. I was wanting to gamble and drink. But other than the 2 things it was Good.
Hampton Inn Cleveland, MS
2.9/519 Reviews
Hampton's are usually my favorite place to stay but this Hampton was not what I was used to staying at. As we made our way to our room in the hall and into elevator there was dirt and dried mud on the floors the tile in elevator was cracked and part missing. Got to our room as we entered, we seen the wall had been painted to cover up marks or something they used a different color paint which I thought was a little tacky. The only thing good about the room was the bed it was pretty comfortable. The next morning I got up to make coffee in our room but could not because the holder that holds the coffee filter was missing so I could not make coffee. So we went downstairs to get coffee and there was no coffee in the big coffee pot. As for the food did not look good for what little we seen. We got down stairs around seven and it had not been refilled with food. We asked the lady I think she was running the front desk and kitchen area if she could make some coffee she did but it took so long and we had to get on the road. Worst experience we have ever had at a Hampton. I wish I had taken pictures.
