Staff was friendly and helpful! Room was fantastic with a great view of the gulf. The entire hotel smells like a pina colada.

Super nice hotel with super nice room. Had the 1 king/2 queen suite, it was awesome! Showers were super nice! Beds were cozy and the decor/furniture was exceptional. Didn’t utilize the restaurant/bar but it looked very nice. Staff were super nice. Security on site all night. Unbeknownst to me, I accidentally smushed my panic button on my car keys as I was carrying bags through the hotel to leave early in the morning. When I got outside, security was walking to my vehicle to investigate. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We are traveling to North Carolina and our stay was for one night. The room was really nice and clean. The location was great. Bass Pro Shops and several other stores are within walking distance. I would like to thank Ms. Willis, (General Manager), Too Tall (Kitchen Manager), and Front Desk Manager (sorry I didn’t get her name), for handling a situation that occurred in the restaurant. These folks went above and beyond to be professional and apologetic. It’s so good to know some places still believe in Great Customer Service! Thank you so much!

As much as I want to give this place a five, I can't ONLY because then it couldn't grow!!! I wont lie, I couldn't find much on this place prior to visiting, however, the hotel is right off the highway and in a very lit area. The staff was great and the entire hotel smelled and appeared clean even with multiple baseball teams and dance teams in the building. The room: Our room was just a two-queen suite. Nothing special, but it was extremely spacious, and clean from front door to the shower. My inlaws room was just as clean on the same floor. Breakfast I have to slow down here because the breakfast was a bit off. Remember earlier I said there were multiple youth sports teams. SSOO, the breakfast area was a bit in a mess. They were not prepared for this at all. But I can't really hold that against them. 75 plus kids at the breakfast area is a lose-lose for us all. Service The pool was clean, the rooms were clean, and staff was on it from our entrance to our exit. Im not really sure I will ever be back on Jackson, MS but if I am I know where I am staying.

The grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

Most Holiday Inns are about the same. What sets this one apart is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The little restaurant and bar is good, but it is now closed for the covid. Plenty of parking, Home Depot and eats close by. Good a place as any and affordable. I stay here often

When we arrived, the employees are so friendly and upbeat that they even carried on till we checked out! We stayed in the suite with 6 of us and it was great. The room was huge, and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, and everyone was full, which was perfect before we got back on the road to Florida. Lastly, the location, we felt very safe in. And we appreciate the extra measure they take to continue that! We will def be back when we take another road trip to Florida again in the next year.

The stay was great needed microwave in room more variety of breakfast meat other than that everything‘s great this is my 10th year doing cruising the coast second year staying at the Hyatt hotel and always continues to stay there less otherwise because I enjoy this stay the view and the hospitality great clean rooms everything‘s on point

We booked two nights here at this hotel, Friday 05/20-05/22. The hotel at check it was busy and the staff seemed to be to busy to answer simple questions or have any suggestions about things I asked. We went to dinner that evening came back and were having a small birthday celebration with our friends and a total of 5 children ages 10-8 months. We were told there was a medical emergency and need to move to the restaurant. Ok we understand and we moved to the restaurant in the lobby. A few minutes later they again told us a medical emergency and we need to go out side on the small patio. That fine and I understood. 20-30 minutes later we were told to move away from the doors and windows due to medical emergency. We also did that, at this point the older kids are getting upset and asking a lot of questions. We noticed several cops moving quickly to the elevator. We were asked to not look through the windows. Someone outside told us there was a death in the hotel. It was said loud enough for the older kids to hear this and they were extremely upset to the point of crying. A “security” person came out and told us (loud enough for the kids to hear as we were on the small patio) there was a death in the 3rd floor (where we were staying). The body was found and it was, “ as blue as a blueberry” with a smirk. I requested that I can get my stuff out of the room to leave. The kids are crying and upset as was my wife. I was escorted to the room collected our things and moved to another hotel. I called the next morning to ask about a refund and was told I would have to call back later. I called later and they said they would not charge us for the following night and they would call me tomorrow about the first night of which we did not stay due to the way the situation was handled and the event that happened a couple doors down from our room. I called the next day and was told the general manager would call me about this. The manager did not call, the assistant manager called a day later to tell me the general manager will give us a discount on the room but would not be refunded the whole room charge. She did say they learned from the event and will work to make things better next time this happens. The hotel was not clean and the room smelled very badly of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The floors were dirty and the air condition was also really loud. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

I’ve stayed here twice. And I’ll be back again. Conventionally located, easy in and out. The ocean view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were stunning, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a luxurious escape. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my stay was perfect. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Plus their breakfast is soooo good!! 5 stars!!⭐️

Very nice property that is poorly maintained. Although the following were included in an email to me prior to my visit, NONE OF THE FOLLOWING WERE AVAILABLE ON OUR 4th of July VACATION: Made to order breakfast (instead, wet powered eggs and a chafing dish of grits) Bar (oh! There WAS a bar. It was just not EVER OPEN) Room service upon request (NEVER made our room, delivered clean towels, ran out of tissues and toilet paper and had to go to front desk for more which appeared to take as much effort to get me these supplies as it took to build the pyramids in Egypt!) There wasn’t even an ink pen or pad in the room! Obviously I am disappointed by the lack of service at this Hilton property! The room price is high and service non-existent. The owners should pay their workers more because those who showed up for work deserve it and are obviously overwhelmed by the amount of work that is presented to them. This property is the WORSE MANAGED HILTON PROPERTY I have ever had the displeasure of staying!

Telephone in the room wasn't working. The houseman knocked on our door at 10:40 to ask if we were going to check out or stay over, which he acknowledged that it wasn't check out time yet but he needed to know. I told him we woke up late and was trying to call the front desk to see if we could get an extra 30 minutes to check out and he stated that he didn't have anything to do with that (Rude). At exactly 11 a very unprofessional housekeeper name Crystal knocked on the door to say it's pass check out time and demanded we exit the room within 5 minutes or I wouldn't get my deposit back. We exited the room semi-dressed to be met by other guest leaving & fussing about how rude the same housekeeper was to them and they would never stay again. I told Crystal that she had very poor customer service and she said, ”that's how we like it around here”. I made a complaint to the front desk and the clerk apologized, which I appreciated it but the apology should have came from Crystal. I told the clerk I was trying to call the front desk with my cell phone when I got up to request a late check out but it said all circuits are busy. She told me the phone lines were down all morning. (SMH) I will NEVER stay here again!

This place was perfectly located. We weren't too far from our event, eateries, or entertainment. Hotel is nice. Staff was courteous and helpful. Super friendly. The room was equipped with basics i.e. fridge, TV, super comfortable bed, etc. The TV service is through satellite so a wider range of shows to watch as well. Housekeeping were the real stars. Despite being full, the hotel was spotless and rooms immaculate.

I stayed on a Saturday night as a stopover on a cross country road trip. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The staff were upbeat, polite, and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and very well designed. The walk-in shower with excellent water pressure was a welcome treat after a long day in the car. The only negative was the hotel was full of families staying for kids’ sports tournaments so there were endless hours of wound up kids running up and down hallways, etc., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. I drove back through Jackson a week later and stayed at a different hotel a block away and it was a miserable experience. I regret not staying at this Courtyard again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The next time we’re in town, this will be our go to hotel. The room was clean. The staff was great! We got to breakfast a little late, but the food was still good. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.

Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable. Only complaints are that the 5am coffee isn’t as hot as it should be. The coffee urn is very old looking so it’s probably not well insulated from many years of use. And the TV service is awful. You should upgrade with smart TVs.
