3-Star Hotels in Lesser Poland, Poland

Beautiful place. Magnificent location. Luxurious breakfast. Hotel's staff usually was very helpful - not perfect because one slim bald and three-day unshaven guy with glasses liked to direct me to using Internet for solution (and one his woman colleague said it once.) what is against of concierge's duty. A cleaner did her job wonderful but she could be more diligent because I detected hair in places and it could there where miss is impossible.

Brilliant location and great price. Was a comfortable stay and we actually preferred it to a hotel was good having a small kitchen ,especially in the mornings. Has free wifi and the reception is a WhatsApp message away with quick reply to any needs. Would book again

Although the price is low, the rooms are clean and the location is good. You can walk to the train station. recommend.

Overall it's good. It's a 20-minute walk from the scenic spot, which is quite convenient. It would be better if the hotel could provide ticket booking and free pick-up service.

We had a very good stay at the hotel. Friendly staff, room is clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facility , breakfast is great with lots of options and hot food. There are many drink choices from coffee to tea to hot chocolate and juices.

Enjoyable stay, though the shower drain was very slow causing a bit of flooding and it's the first globally known hotel I've stayed in that charges for toiletries (40+ countries). I understand hotels only bring up requested toiletries which is good for saving the environment and costs, but with Ibis Budget right next door, it's a bit of a disappoin**ent.

There is no hairdryer in the room. The water pressure is very good. It is easy to wash hands and take a shower. The front desk staff is very nice. The breakfast is rich. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. The bus runs every 15 minutes. You can also walk to the tram stop in ten minutes. It usually takes 30 minutes to get there. You can reach all the attractions you think of.

The best thing was the location. They clean it when you ask. The worst thing was that there is no 24-hour reception, although it is not a problem either.

Close to the Old Town, a shop where you can buy water and groceries near the hostel was open late, so I was able to stay comfortably during my trip.

The hotel is in a great location between Auschwitz and Energylandia. It is a really nice hotel. Unfortunately, they are not so good at keeping it clean. In the 5 days we were there, they didn't even manage to refill the toilet paper in the room. We had to do it ourselves. There is a restaurant below the hotel and our room was right above it. Loud music played in the garden until 11 p.m. You would have thought the music was in our room, it was so loud. Otherwise, the room was really big. The fridge in the room was also very loud, so you couldn't sleep. We turned it off. The breakfast buffet was OK. I've seen better ones, but also much worse ones. You can see that the hotel is a bit old. But overall, it was good for the price.
