NNicholas Jeremyafter 3pm there is no one manning the reception. if you arrive late due to your road trip having some delays, do not fret. call them using the TRIP app instead of your mobile (if you are a foreigner with a overseas service provider) to avoid roaming costs. We had an issue with the book in, but all settled when we reached the professional service desk who was good with English and they guided us through the check in process.

However, the elevator requires a card to be activated, so it is considered safe. There is a simple restaurant and sales department on the first floor, which is convenient for supplies.
