Nice apartment, there are washing machine (but without dryer), kitchen, hairdryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and toothbrush. We stayed in 4pax room with one single bed and two double bed. And the most important, the mrt station just infront of the apartment. Also there are many shops and restaurant infront of the apartment, great location indeed. If hv chance back to Shenzhen, i’ll stay here again.

The location is quite convenient and surrounded with whatever you’re thinking of. Reachable to malls and Luohu port, 20 minute walk. Near Line9, and line 1. Essential amenities are provided. The decoration of the hotel looks modern and minimal, good sense. Recommended and I will be back next time.

A hotel with good hospitality that makes you feel very welcomed upon entering the lobby. The lobby has a nice tea smell and at the lobby the staff will serve you tea when you’re waiting at the lobby(you can also request yourself). The lobby is equipped with sockets for device charging. You can also store your baggage for free before & after checkup at their baggage room. They can also help you to receive and store parcels (e.g. from Taobao) up to 1 month. The room overall is very clean, all amenities are still very new as I heard they just renovated few months ago. The room is very much sound proof and you can only hear voices from outside when you are very near the room door. Room cleaning is top notch and the staff will refill the tea bags for you every day as there are tea sets in our room. The room has warm lighting and you can choose the level of brightness of the room. My room has 2 mirrors with lights. The sink is separate with the bathroom which is convenient when you are staying with more than 1 people. Would recommend to stay in this hotel as it has a strategic location which is super near to the metro station (less than 100m) There are also convenience shops and shops that sells food/breakfast at the same street. Check-in time is at 2pm and you can also delay check-out up to 2 hours upon request👍🏻 Mineral waters given every day after room cleaning is also more than enough, with 8 bottles of water every day (4 bottles in the fridge and another 4 beside the kettle). We can also get free smaller mineral waters at the lobby.

The hotel is walking distance to the Line 2 (Hubei) subway station, takes about 10 minutes. There are many eateries near the Dong Meng shopping streets which is about 10 minutes walking. The hotel is a standalone buidling with the elevator up to 7th floor. The breakfast is served on the rooftop so have to walk up 2 level. Overall it is ok for a night stay.

Besides the confusing name ”Maker Hotel vs Mellow Orange Hotel” this is one of my recommended hotels here. Also a Trip.com award winner, the room is small and a bit old but it's actually pretty clean and comfy. Most of our neighbours are foreigners and I think most are here to check out Huaqiangbei Commercial Street (华强北) which is located just across the road. Perfect hotel to stay if you intend to buy some electronic stuffs opposite.

I stayed here on a transit trip. The hotel was very clean and there were many delicious restaurants nearby, so I enjoyed it very much. The receptionist also spoke good English, so I felt at ease. I took the subway to get to the hotel, but it was a little difficult to access. It's more convenient to take a taxi. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, so it's a good idea to use it.

Good location in Dongmen pedestrian street and surrounded by good local street food. Easy to move around. Hotel staff are friendly. They even allowed me to check out at 2pm instead of 12 noon without me asking. Thank you.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull especially the manager. The room is quite spacious. Breakfast is also good. The hotel has good location. The shopping mall is also in walking distance.

Our stay at this serviced apartment was fantastic! It offers exceptional value for money, with high-quality rooms and a prime location near Sunac, the indoor snow complex. It was incredibly convenient for our ski trip, making it a great choice for anyone planning to hit the slopes. The staff were a highlight—extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality really enhanced our experience. The only drawback was the ongoing construction in front of the property, which made it a bit difficult to locate for first-time visitors. However, once we found it, everything else was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient ski trip base!

I would like to correct my entry below. The Gangxia subway station Exit E escalator is on the same side of Baofuyi Street as the hotel, but the lift is not. This lift is not marked on the trip.com map.

Always is the human touch that make me want to rate beyond 5 stars to the hotel. Vennie Chen (apologies if I didnt spell it right) learned about the hiccups that I had during my stay. She handle it professionally, the way she handle the situation makes me feel warm and welcome, the sincerity she shown is up and beyond, comparatively or even better than most of the 5 stars hotel out there. Xiao Long tong xue at frontdesk is smart and energetic. He understands how to service guests from different cultural background. The hotel room design is so special, most of the electronics items is controllable via ”xiao du”. Location is good. try this hotel to get a different staying experience. Overall a pleasant stay, and experience the beyond with Vennie and xiao long.

We booked this hotel at the last minute to extend our exploration of Shenzhen beyond the day and it's location was perfect for us, 5 mins walk to One Avenue and Citylink underground malls, with Exit 12 leading to Line 2 (Futian HSR, Sea World, Window of the World, Hubei, Daimeisha) and easy transfer to other lines. It turned out to be one of the best value stays in Futian. Beyond the humble lobby, the hotel packs a lot of cosy and homely services in their guest stay experience. Reception staff kindly upgraded us to a window room at our request. It was very clean, spacious, full of smart tech, yet comfortable and relaxing with tasteful natural accents (a landscape art above the bed, green shower tiles, wood furniture). Included are in-room minibar beverages, a healthy teatime station, goodnight snack and 24hrs warm tea at the lounge, gym walking machines, laundry corner, even a robot that will deliver your online delivery meals directly to your room. They also offer breakfast, which we did not take. We are almost sorry we had to check out. We will definitely choose this hotel for future weekend trips to Shenzhen!

This hotel is very close to the airport. The price is also affordable. The room is large and they offer free drop-off services to the airport. I would use this hotel again if I come to Guangzhou.

Good location near to Beijing Lu pedestrain road & Big Buddha temple. Hotel is clean & staff are helpful. There is a fully equipped laundry room & gym area. 24 Hr coffee machine next to the counter. Decent breakfast with bread, salad, noodles, steamed buns, corn, potatoes, egg & porridge with hot milk + soy bean drink. Simple supper is also provided - porridge, dessert & fruits Nice cosy area for guest to mingle around when having breakfast or supper

It's a wonderful experience to stay with Orange. The room is clean and tidy, reception is friendly and they hold my couriers even though I have checked out the room. Self service laundry service is provided and suggested to increase more.

Pros: The room is spacious and equipped with basic items. Location is fantastic, near to metro and the tourist shopping street. Water pressure and heater is good. Bed and pillows are comfortable to sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful to what you need. Cons: The chiller is not working at all and our food was spoilt after a day. Lack of wardrobe space and tables to put our stuff. Need more power sockets with built in travel adapters will be even better. Overall, happy with the stay and accommodation costs is very reasonable.👍

Great airport pick up and drop off service. Loved the room, brilliant value. Just an overnight stay so can't comment on food or area. Note. For pick up, I rang when I landed, and hotel asked for wechat so that communication was easier and it worked out fine.

This is one of the best hotels that we stayed in. The room is so spacious and airy with a beautiful view outside. Inside, it’s very comfortable that you could lay back or stretch out on the sofa to watch movies. We really appreciated that there is a washing machine with liquid soap provided in the room. This place is centrally located near all the shops and restaurants. The cleaning ladies are super nice. They tidy up and replenished all the necessary items everyday. The front desk gentleman is also so nice to upgraded us to a higher floor. We had an outstanding stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you.

Room is clean with all the necessary amenities, eg, tooth brush,sandal it's is very near gong bei custom so, it's is very convenient to go to macau, overall I feel happy with the hotel

The hotel's parent-child theme is very well done. Children have learning opportunities in rooms with different themes. There are cars in the hotel rooms for children to play, which is very considerate. There are children's play facilities on the first and third floors of the hotel. The first floor is a large wave pool, and the third floor is a video game center, which is suitable for children to play and is definitely a good opportunity for parents and children. In addition, this hotel is located near Hengqin Port, making it very convenient to travel to Macau. It is worth noting that because the area where the hotel is located is still under development, shopping malls, restaurants and other facilities are not in service, so you need to walk ten to twenty-five minutes to eat or shop elsewhere. The breakfast buffet in the hotel tastes good and has a wide variety of food. I recommend everyone to give it a try. All in all, this hotel is very cost-effective and worth a visit.

The hotel has a nice decoration style and a good location near Fuhuali in Zhuhai CBD. It is very close to Gongbei Port and nearby business district attractions. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. The room is large and spacious, clean and hygienic, and the bedding is comfortable and easy to sleep. The room has a super large TV and can be projected. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and has a smart toilet. We drove here by ourselves. The hotel provides free parking services. Overall, it is OK. The children are very happy. I will come again next time I have the chance~

Cheng Mai S Hotel is a great hotel. It's worth it to stay here. The hotel is facing the sea and enjoy. The places are nice and clean and tidy. Their services are great too, fast and friendly.

I've seen a lot of Hong Kong visitor staying here. Very convenient. Close to the night market (10-15 minutes walk). Room very spacious. Will stay again.

The apartment was great and very spacious. It was great for a family of four. The location is ideal if you are visiting Chimelong theme parks- which are about ten minutes away in a taxi. As it is an apartment, it was disappointing there was no cutlery, plates, mugs etc. There is a new shopping mall below but there is not a huge range of choice of places to eat and finding breakfast early was challenging.
