This hotel, in my opinion after staying there a few times and comparing with those similar in the vicinity; Just great! Airport transfers provided; friendly and helpful drivers, followed by friendly Front desks personnel and clean rooms. Not to forget about its location with great food with reasonable prices. The location is fantastic, right next to a shopping district, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The room is well-equipped, clean, and smells fresh. The elevator access is convenient and safe. The service is attentive and thorough. This hotel offers much better value for money than others at the same price point. Highly recommended!

Location near to airport, maximum 15 mins drive. Good for passengers with overnight transit. Free shuttle bus is provided at specific timing. Contact the hotel upon and arrival for pick up and arrange for departure with the receptionist. Amenities in the room are complete and comfortable bed. No breakfast available. No morning call.

This hotel apartment was quite good for a one-night stay. Upon entering, I found the room layout to be logical, with all the essential amenities provided, and the environment was clean and tidy. While it lacked elaborate decoration, its simplicity and practicality were a plus. From the window, you could get a close-up view of some river bridges, which is a real treat for those who enjoy falling asleep to a night view. The internet connection was also stable, and overall, it offers good value for money, making it perfect for a short stay. Highly recommend!!

I genuinely recommend this hotel! The overall quality is excellent, with a simple yet sophisticated decor that creates a great ambiance. The in-room facilities are brand new and complete, the smart devices are easy to use, and the soundproofing is superb, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed stay. The service is meticulous and attentive, and the staff are genuinely friendly and kind. The food is also quite delicious. My entire stay was comfortable and pleasant. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel.

The room facilities are incredibly comprehensive; it even has a washing machine and a kitchen, which is unbelievably convenient for long-term business travelers! No more worrying about laundry, and you can even cook simple meals yourself, which is both healthy and hassle-free. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good, so I got a really solid rest.

The sixth-floor sky garden was quiet and relaxing, and it's within walking distance to COCO Park, making it very popular with guests from Hong Kong, Macau, and other international visitors. I was lucky enough to be there during the May Day Coffee Festival, which was absolutely buzzing! The market was vibrant and full of atmosphere – lively and perfect for photos. It was also super convenient for getting around and shopping.

The room was exactly as it was in the images. It was cleaned everyday and very well. There is no weird smell and the hotel staff was available for support even at 2am in the night. Few things to know: 1) the building is accessible through a staircase only so one needs to carry their big bags over around 3 flight of stairs (2 floors). 2) the image of building exterior is not of glass facade as in the cover image but it’s a new property so feels premium. 3) kitchen is functioning but no kitchenware is provided so bring your own pans, plates, spoons and even dish washing liquid. Having said all this, we were extremely happy with our stay and will be booking this again when we visit Guangzhou.

From the moment I landed, I called for airport pickup, and then from check-in to check-out and drop-off back at the airport, everything went incredibly smoothly.
