Value for money stay at the hotel. Breakfast was reasonably good as well.clean, comfy and helpful staff. Had a good stay st this hotel. Just opposite Restaurant Pusing which served a great chicken dish with ginger. Also close vicinity to the various famous food stalls and kopitiams.

Improvement needed: The main entrance location is not convenient for elderly guests or people with accessibility challenges. A big no for the parking system, which operates strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. I spoke with the receptionist — a young Indian gentleman — and explained that my mother uses a wheelchair. I asked if he could help reserve a basement parking spot for easier access. He refused and made no effort to find an alternative solution or show any empathy. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which reflects very poor customer service. Since this is part of the hospitality industry, front desk staff should be well trained in customer service and communication. Unfortunately, he seemed untrained and unaware of how to handle guests with special needs. The good/positive thing: 1. The hotel lobby and several floors have been renovated. A water dispenser is available, and there’s a 7-Eleven store conveniently located on the ground floor. 2. The driver and security guards provided outstanding service. When they noticed my mother struggling to get into the shuttle van, they showed genuine care and empathy. They immediately coordinated to reserve a basement parking spot for us. The arrangement was ad hoc but handled quickly and thoughtfully. Their warm-hearted support truly touched my family and me. The hotel owner is lucky to have such kind and compassionate staff members — they made a lasting positive impression despite the earlier unpleasant experience.

Decent hotel situated at a good location close to Ipoh city. The room was spacious and well-equipped, but the cleanliness was questionable. It was as if the room had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests had left. The bed sheets and the pillow cases also seemed as if they had not been washed properly. Other than those complants, overall I had a decent stay at this hotel.

Everything as described.. clear direction for check in and check out procedure.. Proposal to the owner.. should add on racks and hangers for clothes and towels. The toilet needs an exhaust fan to make the floor dry. Overall we are happy for the stay. Nice morning sunrise view..

M Boutique Hotel was a great choice for our overnight stay before heading to Cameron Highlands from Singapore. Conveniently located near the airport and bus terminal, our trip was seamless. The hotel's cleanliness, friendly staff, and comfortable stay made it an excellent base. We appreciated the luggage storage service, which allowed us to explore the town without worrying about our bags. Plus, there are nearby restaurants just beside the hotel, making it easy to grab a bite to eat.

It is a very lovely guest house with great atmosphere. Especially, I have to thank a staff who was on duty on 18th night shift sincerely. My grandmother was uncomfortable on that night, we were looking for pills to stop her stomach ache from the reception at around 3am in the midnight, the staff was very kind, he drove my sister to the nearest convenience store to get the pills and finally my grandmother felt better after that.

I love the place. Walking distant to LWOT wit ample amenities. The hot water pool is the highlight with the view of forest. So beautiful. The place is clean and just enough amenities provided.

Nice view, serene environment, clean and new spacious room with 2 direct access parking lots, Scandinavian simple designed. An awesome stayed in it for 2 days. Family members are given high score for this property. Rare EV friendly condo in Ipoh, there are 7 chargers within the compound. Highly recommended for couples and family trip in Ipoh. Satisfied with the room and service ! Location is in the centre of New Town of Kampar . Surrounded by shops and shopping centres. So convenient and easy access . Definitely will stay again in the future 👍🤲

A decent 3-4:star hotel. The room size is spacious with balcony. The amenities is basic but sufficient if you are going to be a touch and go guests. The shower water pressure a bit low but the hand wash tap comes with hot water. The breakfast was great. Malaysian food and good variety.
