Well-located hotel, spacious rooms, excellent service. Delicious breakfast. When we arrived at the room, we were ”surprised” by the plate of tea and coffee. We will definitely be back.
Excellent hotel, very quiet rooms helping online work. All modern, clean and functional. A perfect hotel for business stay. Important to result the quality of the restaurant's food at dinner: all delicious and perfect. This hotel will be my choice in a next visit to Rio Grande.
I had been hosting at Hotel Plaza São Rafael several times, and I like the hotel to the memory of his love and the city of Porto Alegre since I was a child.
However, at this last occasion I found several indices of a reversal in the quality of the hosting, and the staff in general, very heartily and well trained, but some others, clearly without vocation for the hotel industry. In the last place I stayed in a very old room and needed a pension, the bathroom boxing, unexplainedly, was located at the highest point of the floor, causing water accumulation and extravagation outside the boxing at each bathroom. Very uncomfortable dressers. When you arrived at the hotel and until the next day, the card recording system for accessing apartments was not working, which required you to go to the reception every time you were absent to attend a staff member to accompany you until the The hotel was a very good hotel, and the hotel was a good hotel.
The parking system is a separate chapter, the worst EPark service I had the unfortunate opportunity to meet all the world. Whenever you need to leave your car, you would have to wait 20 to 30 minutes at the hotel entrance, the impression is that they would pick up your car in another municipality. Dear service, charged in advance, extremely inefficient and uninquiet with its insatisfaction.
Breakfast is good, but it can improve a lot and there is a shrinking and excessive surveillance of guests entering the room for breakfast, there is more than one approach on which number of your room, your name, who is the person who is with VC at the table and that while VC is drinking coffee.
This time, the hosting has left much to desire.
But to be fair, I emphasise the cordiality and professionalism of all staff at the reception centre, the very good bed and the cleaning of the very good environments.
Wonderful place, I am very happy, service level 10, clean facilities, well organized, delicious breakfast, we have lunch at the hotel, good food, very few types of fees charged per person. We will be back.
Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Plenty of things to do without having to leave the hotel, including activities for children. Very attentive staff.
I didn't like the outsourced parking, where you pay 38.00 per day. This should be included in the daily rate.
Also, the bathroom in the room doesn't have an exhaust fan to eliminate odors.
In any case, I would definitely stay there again.
For those who like me value a good location and practicality, I recommend that hotel very much, close to the beach, the lake, good food places and the beach where it has a lot of attractions.
Most staff are very friendly and nice, and breakfast is very varied and tasty.
I saw several complaints about the cleaning but in general, when we arrived the room was well cleaned, but there were towels missing and the liquid savoners were not supplied (even one of them got off), we took savons and had no place to put, as suggestion, I would say that you should have at least one soap/support to put the shampus and related.
We had to ask for the room cleaning three times, I believe that because of the number of people in the hotel the cleaning teams could be overloaded but still that part left a little to desire yes.
The two points that staff demand a lot about the issue of manoeuvres/parking and the lift are real. When you arrive there is no clear instruction about where to park to download things, there is no vacancy for everyone at the hotel parking (even paid), then you get half that ”throwing” the traffic until you resolve it. The lift is even delayed and with low weight limitation (which does not affect me, so I kept the positive assessment note).
The hotel is going through reforms but it didn't sound, at least while I was there.
You have no cable TV as you say in the ad, only 2 or 3 open channels.
Summary: in general, the cost-benefit is good. I found the lowest price in Torres with the facilities it offers. It has some things that could be improved, but yet nothing that has affected our stay much.
The first time I came to this city, I stayed at this hotel, I have always stayed at the ibis hotel, the hotel facilities are very complete, the health is very clean, I will continue to stay next time.
I missed a chair/sit to be able to sit. I had only a bed to sit, it was bad. I asked for a chair to be provided, but I had irregular legs. It suggests keeping a small chair and table base for us to do some activity with notebook.

Amazing
GGuest UserThe structure of the hotel is incredible, excellent value for money. The breakfast is from a colonial cafe! I would like to thank the attendants Douglas, Lucas and especially Jazi. Jazi was extremely empathetic in her service, making my family feel welcomed and special! I hope we can return soon.
GGuest UserPrimordial service from arrival, reception employee Marcos is always helpful. The adequate facilities are very well sanitized. The breakfast was wonderful, compared to the previous experience at the Hotel Brisa Tower in Maceió.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, right opposite the rodoviária. It is very clean, functional and comfortable. The staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast is amazing!
We stay in this hotel every time we need to take a bus or a flight, highly recomended.
GGuest UserThe hotel is good but call the reservation on Friday before and I asked the official if I could use the pool and she replied yes, I brought bath clothes and only reach the pool was closed for event, I was very annoyed, I was angry because I called questioning.
BbarthWonderful place, I am very happy, service level 10, clean facilities, well organized, delicious breakfast, we have lunch at the hotel, good food, very few types of fees charged per person. We will be back.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, no complain about the hosting in itself. However, at the check out, I was charged about 149 real services charges that were not explicit at the time of the booking, on the platform, I reported the value of 8,47 as expenses to be paid at the hotel, without counting that the accounts did not beat, The value of the NF is about 74 to less than I paid in total, so, despite the excellent hotel, I felt that I was wrong, and in my humble opinion, there was no transparency, whether the hotel or the platform.

GGuest UserI usually stay here for easy access and for being close to the road station, but I have observed the systematic fall of quality of the morning coffee and the facilities in general (beds and showers). Due to this fall in quality, I am already considering seeing other stay options in the vicinity of the next stays in port Alegre. It was a hotel with a great cost benefit, but it is now being difficult to stay there for the reasons described above.
GGuest UserI stayed in apartment 301. We arrived midnight after a long 9-hour trip from PR. We have been in this hotel several times, and until then we had only praises to do ... but this night from 08 to day 09/07/2022 was a real nightmare ... when we were lying in bed around 00:00: 30 I realized that you connected a noisy engine with a bulb bulb hitting ... that stayed for 2 or 3 minutes .... impossible to sleep with it ... I turned off the air conditioning think it could be our air ... I slept again ... 15 or 20 minutes after more 2 or 3 infernale minutes ... 15 or 20 minutes of silence and ... 2 or 3 minutes of very noise again ...e so happened hours on wire ... if you had been stepped up the car in a fuel station and sleeping ... would have been better.
