Well, we stayed there one night honestly, the continental breakfast is what got me coming back didn’t realize they don’t have king size bed, which be my husband we’re looking for, but we’re too tired to look for another hotel. The location is great and yeah, but next time I think we need a king size bed but the hotel was really great. Service was a little slow for my reservation. I had to wait about 30 minutes, which is kind of a long time other than that everybody was great wonderful the staff spoke English, which is helpful overall it’s a great hotel. I would recommend it in. The views are amazing as well. You can see the sun coming up from your window I really enjoyed that, but I believe it’s more like for single people or groups of people not so much couples but there again, the food was amazing in the morning.
The breakfast is good and the service is also very good. The hotel also helped me print boarding passes for free. There is a tour group downstairs that can be reported. I personally think it is quite affordable. It is recommended, and it is safe nearby
The room was very good, but if there were things to improve. We weren't left any towel on the first day, the second did not leave the towel on the foot. The room for breakfast in some hours is not enough. The bathroom steam extractor doesn't serve.
These are things I haven't had any problem in other times and now yes.

Excellent
Clean room, regular size with a double bed, 2 boxes, a dressing and a dressing type.
Clean bathroom, a little small for me, but you can sit perfectly in the toilet
It has TV, but never use it where I host, air conditioning.
The bathroom, in the afternoon is super wet, I suppose it is for the outer climate, surely the sun gives it in the afternoon, and we have to close the bathroom door so the climate is cold well
The room was cleaned every day, and at least my window was open, but never checked if it was at the hall or out, I always ventilated with the weather.
The entrance lift doesn't work, and if it makes much wet heat, it's a bottle up the jajah stairs, but good.
I touched that the neighbors of the other room, went out to plate the corridor, did not stop making noise the OGTS, they should tell everyone that to plate go to the room.
The hotel has a living room, room, computer and kitchen shared, I think very good,
But when I wanted to use it I saw the kitchen was closed, I think we need to talk with reception or something like that.
The hotel's entrance is within the shopping centre.
Finally, everything seemed excellent, except those noisy neighbors.
For 2 nights pay about 800, so it's more than excellent, and the hotel is in the centre, like 5 streets of the cathedral
There are many shops where to buy clothes and eat up the street.
It seems to leave a bad review but not, the opposite, I liked it quite and for the price, even more.

EEnrique MiceliCasa Mexicana is ideally located in a charming traditional colonial house, right in the heart of San Cristobal de las Casas, a Pueblo Mágico. Its location makes it perfect for exploring the city’s vibrant andadores (pedestrian streets). The hotel spans two spacious buildings, with décor that’s not only Instagram-worthy but also harmoniously reflects the rich cultural heritage of Chiapas. It’s an excellent choice whether you’re traveling with family or as a couple.
The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the value for money is outstanding given the quality and character of the property. While Casa Mexicana features an on-site restaurant, we didn’t get the chance to dine there. Nonetheless, I would absolutely return for another stay.
GGuest UserThe staff was good. The price was right. Breakfast was good although I would have liked to see some bread choices. Cafe American made with very good coffee. Towels in room are in need of being softer. Very course. They smell of being in the dryer too long . There is a sitting/eating area with an atrium and very nice plants growing. There is a travel agency connected with the hotel. They are very good. I also arranged my transportation to and from the hotel. Being picked and returned to the airport.the management of the hotel is very conscientious
GGuest UserA surprisingly nice hotel with a clean spacious room, including interior air conditioning and a private balcony.
The hotel includes spaces to relax, a decent restaurant offering some local cuisine choices.
It is also well located for easy taxi access to the airport and Tren Maya station, and it is walkable to reach the town (although not a scenic walk along the main road - but there is a big supermarket 10 minutes down the road which is a handy to buy snacks for day excursions).
GGuest UserSuch a a beautiful place in the jungle and not far away from both the archeological site or the town.the staff is really friendly and the accommodation offers a 5* feeling.
SScribanCordial staff, good and adequate food, the Museum very interesting, refecting the work of the founders Frans and Trudy Bloom. The historic grounds are cozy.
GGuest UserThe place is nice. If you are not 100% an animal lover, I do not recommend it. There are several not very nice animals hanging around the hotel. And there is a lot of noise at night, the rooms have quite a few insects, such as ants, those that don't bite but climb on your things or clothes.
I would recommend the place to fumigate the rooms, out there they have a pretty nice Alberta area. To leave the hotel you have to order a taxi or arrive by car.
LLINThe breakfast is good and the service is also very good. The hotel also helped me print boarding passes for free. There is a tour group downstairs that can be reported. I personally think it is quite affordable. It is recommended, and it is safe nearby
