The air is so clean it almost tastes sweet. 🛏 The Room: Waking Up Inside a Painting: I booked a family room, and the massive wraparound balcony was the real showstopper. Every morning, I'd step out to see clouds rolling through the valley below, with the sunrise painting the ridges in gold and pink. Evenings were just as magical—sunsets that turned the sky into a slow-burning fire. The room itself was modern and well-thought-out: smart controls, excellent water pressure, a spacious walk-in shower, and that crisp mountain chill seeping in at night. My stay at Lavande Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by the healing ambiance created by the lavender scent and soft lighting – truly excellent! First off, the free parking was incredibly convenient; I didn't have to worry about parking at all. The internet speed was also very fast, making gaming in the room super smooth. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in. The bed was extremely comfy, and the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Plus, there are so many restaurants around the hotel, offering a dizzying array of choices; you can enjoy all sorts of delicious food right outside. In the evening, the young lady at the front desk greeted me with such energy and even offered me tea – the service was genuinely heartwarming. Because I'm a light sleeper, they kindly upgraded me and reserved a room facing the residential area, which was quieter. I particularly liked the room's aromatherapy scent; it smelled wonderful, and I even bought a bottle from the front desk when I checked out [chuckles]. Since I arrived late and overslept, the front desk even extended my check-out by an hour for free, which I was extremely satisfied with. I always choose Lavande Hotels; the beds are indeed very comfortable, and the room decor is a standard Lavande style. The facilities are quite comprehensive, but it would be even more perfect with a toilet seat cover. There's also plenty of great food nearby. Overall, it's genuinely excellent, and I'll definitely be back after my trip in a few days!

The front desk layout and decorations were beautiful and upscale; my child especially loved the giant globe and robot decorations, haha. The complimentary handy kit with disposable masks, toilet seat covers, earplugs, cotton swabs, and makeup remover wipes was a thoughtful touch, and anything we needed was delivered very quickly. The rooms were spacious and classy, ​​with comfortable and warm lighting. Most importantly, I forgot my wedding gift at a friend's wedding, and the front desk immediately notified me. The hotel bed was soft and comfortable; I slept wonderfully. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Luzhou. Highly recommended!

This is a very warm and welcoming hotel. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and attentive, and the room service aunties were also very kind and friendly. The hotel boasts an excellent location right by the Yangtze River, making it perfect for watching the sunset in the evening. Plus, it even has a tennis court. I just have one small suggestion: the dinner on the first day and lunch on the second day (a complimentary single set meal from the hotel) had essentially the same dishes, which was quite disappointing. The price of the presidential suite was also not bad at all. The staff were very friendly and helped me out whenever I asked. The free breakfast was quite a nice touch.
