No complaints throughout my stay. Room was clean, complete amenities and even provided non slip mat and extra slippers as requested. Queued for a while to check in tho. Fully quipped gym. Breakfast at semeja had good variety. Took a while for jamu to be fully refilled though. Had dinner at monomono, yummy and value for money dinner set and wonderful attentive service by Ramdan who made the visit extra special. Would love to return someday.

Staff are not really friendly like others accor group but still up to standard hospitality. Location bit far from city center. No hand towels and face towels in the bathroom but it's ok not required. Overall meet expectation.

I had an excellent stay at Pullman Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my visit. The dining experience was outstanding — breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured guests were well taken care of throughout. Facilities such as the fitness center, pool, and meeting areas were well maintained and added great value to the stay. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to access key business and leisure areas. Overall, Pullman delivers exceptional service, comfort, and quality. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The hotel itself is very cozy, with a pleasant scent that made the atmosphere even more relaxing and enjoyable. The food was also excellent—every meal we had was delicious and well-prepared. It definitely added to the overall great experience. We would especially like to commend one staff member ALDI RUSTANDI who stood out during our stay. He was exceptionally helpful, polite, and went above and beyond to assist us. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel. In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake. It was the cake I love that I mentioned before. Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture. And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

This was my fourth visit to the hotel (twice for work events and twice with family), but this time I booked through an app, and unfortunately, we encountered several disappointing issues. Firstly, the app did not provide information that the swimming pool would be closed from 1 PM to 6 AM. Although we were allowed to use the children's pool, it would have been uncomfortable for the kids to swim among people decorating for a party, so we decided against it, much to their disappointment. Secondly, the room was advertised for four guests, but amenities were only provided for two; however, after we informed the staff, the missing items were promptly delivered to our room. Thirdly, the app stated breakfast for four guests, but only two were initially accommodated. Again, we had to complain, and this was quickly rectified. Lastly, the room description on the app mentioned a city view, which our assigned room lacked. Furthermore, we found dead cockroaches and other insects, which were immediately cleaned after we reported them. I usually book two connecting rooms, but this time I wanted to try a different room type, which turned out to be somewhat less satisfying. Despite these issues, the hotel's facilities are truly outstanding – absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The views and photo opportunities are superb, and the staff were very friendly, even helping us take pictures at some of the best spots. Thank you, GH Universal. I hope the points I've raised can be addressed for future improvements.

The first time staying at Padma Hotel was an amazing experience. From the beginning of check in, the room was upgraded from Deluxe Room to Premier with Balcony. Then got complimentary afternoon tea with all the menus that failed.. It was really delicious.. The room facilities were amazing.. No need to ask about cleanliness.. Then at breakfast the menu was plentiful and all delicious. We were served by the waiter ”Gilang” who was very friendly and quick to serve us.. The Adventure Park is quite spacious and complete, you won't get bored especially if you bring children.. Always be successful Padma Hotel Bandung ❤️

We were looking for a hotel for a birthday staycation, something calm, relaxing, and kid-friendly. Novus Giri Resort and Spa checked all the boxes perfectly. I enjoyed a 2.5-hour massage and spa session while the kids had fun swimming in the heated pool. We ended up not going anywhere at all, even lunch and dinner were at the hotel. The Indonesian menu at Soeasana Restaurant did not disappoint. We ordered the Pa'piong Sapi Toraja, and it was absolutely delicious, especially since it was our first time trying it. It was beautifully served in bamboo, wrapped in banana leaves, with a rich savory-sweet flavor. There were also plenty of activities for the kids, including a kids club, Farmland Mini Golf, and Rabbit Village where they could feed the rabbits. What stood out the most to me was the resort’s architecture and interior, very thoughtful and beautifully designed. Overall, it was such a lovely experience, made even more special with a complimentary birthday cake from the hotel. Highly recommended!

Crowne Plaza Bandung was a pleasant stay for few nights. Room was ok, but felt rather noisy with the ubiquitous noisy motorcycle mufflers filtering into the room all night. Double glazing/noise reduction glass appears to be lacking. Windows need a thorough clean as well as the room carpets looking rather dirty in parts. On a positive note, bed is comfortable, location is favourable and all hotel staff interactions were friendly, helpful and polite. Special mention to the restaurant manager whom graciously assisted in offering and delivering a special delicious healthy juice to my table at breakfast over several days. Breakfast in the restaurant had a fresh and extensive variety of delicious local Indonesian dishes as well as the usual western staples. Our room was conveniently located on the Executive Lounge floor which was a spacious and relatively quiet to enjoy the evening canapés and drinks. Another special mention to Faisal for his kind assistance with our train tickets and all of the obliging staff in the Lounge fulfilling my multiple coffee and drinks requests. Pool on level 5 was inviting for a swim with a pleasant view over city and towards mountains. All of the concierge and door attendants were very helpful as well as the special service assisting to cross the busy road outside hotel was appreciated.
