3-Star Hotels in Gangwon State, South Korea

Location: A bit of a walk from the parking lot. Building: Very noisy in strong winds. Cleanliness: So-so. Heating: The bedroom with the bed was cold, the ondol (heated floor) room was hot, and the living room was just right. Both the bedroom and living room were drafty. Breakfast: Great view, delicious food, and satisfactory service.

For the room rate I was getting, this was an excellent option. Room was fairly spacious and even comes with a washing machine and drying stand! Bed and pillows were clean and fairly comfortable. Location was fairly central with Daiso and EMart within walking distance! Overall a nice hotel for a comfortable stay for day trips to Seoraksan and surrounding sights. Highly recommended!

Overall, the condition is clean and there is a lighthouse beach nearby, so it seems like a good place to go. There is a parking fee, but you can park on the street nearby. I stayed on the 5th floor, and the wall was a view of the construction site, so it was actually nice! I recommend going outside to see the sky or the sea, and if you are sensitive to noise, wear earplugs and sleep. I didn't mind the noise from the accommodation itself, but I could hear the construction site noise from 8 in the morning, so it was a little annoying! And be sure to visit the coffee shop and burger place nearby! They are delicious. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ Have a nice trip! 👍

Location is very nice Everything is quite tidy but need to bring your toothbrush and slipper as per its eco friendly policy

The room was clean, with good AC. The view from the balcony was stunning. In the evening we could enjoy the sound of the tide. The beach was right across the street. There was no toothbrush in the room, which is a normal thing in Korea, I guess, so be ready for it. But there is a convenience store in the building, so it was not a big problem

Located right on Anmok Beach, the view is breathtaking. That alone makes this place worth staying at. The in-room bathtub was also a nice touch, allowing you to enjoy the ocean while soaking in a half-bath. It's also located near the coffee street, so if you want to enjoy the ocean without feeling intimidated by a nighttime stroll, this is a highly recommended option.

The room was clean and nice. It had a refreshing view of the small stream right next door, and it was quiet. I was very satisfied! The price was also good. There was a convenience store right in front, and I was able to purchase affiliated products like the cable car and swimming pool at a discount.

The building feels a bit old, and I can hear people talking loudly in the hallway, so I think the soundproofing isn't that great, but the bedding was clean and the room was warm, so I had a good rest. There's a convenience store on the first floor, so it's good for buying things I need, and the ocean view from the room is nice. It was nice that they provided sparkling wine and caprese as welcome drinks, and the barbecue set was delicious. The ocean view from the sky lounge restaurant was also nice. I also ordered breakfast and had it, and it was delicious. It was nice to stay for a day and leave.

Nice clean hotel across from a nice beach for surfing. I was initially disappointed to find the hotel was across a very busy road from the beach, but the hotel itself is quiet and the rooftop in the morning was a great way to take in the sunset. I might not book here again because of the busy road but the hotel is nice.

I went to see the Daegwallyeong Snow Festival, and it was convenient because it was right in front. It felt like a clean officetel. It was convenient to use nearby amenities and shops. The price was reasonable, so I think I'll use it again next time. The bedding was clean, and there was a range and washing machine. It's a good place to travel with family.
