The hotel was booked, but the actual hotel was not open, and the 2 people were transferred to another hotel under the flag. It was quite far away and we were not informed in advance. It was only when we called the Plaza Hotel to confirm before we left that we found that the hotel was closed because of the epidemic. After asking, the hotel will tell us to change the hotel. It is still lucky. I know it before I leave, otherwise I have to go the wrong way.
The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere, the reception is on the second floor without an elevator only stairs. Beside is McDonald's which is open until late. The bus 21 is just below the hotel is a plus that you can easily go to the city in 11-16min and free with the mobility pass the hotel gives, the bus runs almost every 25min. Overall the customer service is good.

We loved this service apartment! It is nice and comfortable, the beds were good and we slept very well. The location of this apartment is convenient as the bus stop is just a few steps away, we were also able to walk to most tourists attractions. The apartment has everything we needed, the host were helpful and responsive, we would stay here if we come to Salzburg again
My husband and I stayed at numa Salzburg and absolutely loved it! The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed—everything felt fresh, cozy, and well thought out. It’s one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, and the location was great for exploring the city.
The only downside was the check-in process. numa operates without on-site staff, and unfortunately, we didn’t receive the registration link in advance. It took us about 30 minutes to sort things out and finally get access to our room, which was a bit stressful after a long journey.
That said, once we settled in, everything was smooth. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish stay and are okay with self-service check-in, numa Salzburg is a fantastic choice. Just make sure to get your check-in info beforehand!
It doesn’t matter where you drive. The most feared is free parking. It is self check-in. Before you check in, you receive a large room code, you can enter by yourself and have a checklist, informing you which room you are staying in, the key is inserted in the door, and there is a small kitchen. Area, kitchenware is available for cooking early check-out is also self-service, everything goes well

The public areas of the hotel are decorated very carefully and beautifully, and the service staff are warm and friendly, leaving a good impression. The hotel's internal facilities are a bit cramped but the location is very good. It is close to the sightseeing bus terminal, the Opera House, Mirabelle Garden and the Mozart Memorial. Dining around is also more convenient. Inexplicably, the room booked two months in advance is a few hundred yuan more expensive than the middle of May every day, and Trip.com is not clear.

Very Good
GGuest UserWe stayed with our car. This is a good place they provided free parking. Since parking is quite expensive in old town , we chose to take bus to go in town center. Bus stop just right across from the hotel that goes to old town directly. This Hotel provided mobile app to ride on bus for free. All these were arranged perfectly for our stay. There is the best seafood buffet next door for very affordable price. There is a super market right across by walking distance.
TTianyuliufang3824Highly recommended! The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the train station. The bus terminal, offering direct routes to all attractions, is just downstairs. Guests on the upper floors can enjoy direct views of Salzburg Castle, and the rooms are notably spacious for European standards.
SSKMCarmenDidn’t really have a good experience on this but thank god Trip did compensate a small fee. The room is good, the hotel is good BUT whoever that has booked please read this:-
1. Make sure they send you a pin code to enter the hotel at least 3 days before or else keep emailing and calling before you reach. There is no workers all automated if you reach and have no code to enter you are stranded! Yes there is a phone to call but Im not sure why the phone doesn’t work properly!! I called 7 times only to 1 time they pick up. And finally after waiting in the cold for 30 mins they let me know the pin code to enter. Its very hard to contact the hotel maybe because im not using local phone number. Contacted trip and they themselves couldn’t contact them in time. According to the hotel, there should be an email from them with instructions and code.
2. Yes, I do love the concept of having no one to check in but at least leave like an ipad or a screen for guest to check and contact???
3. Rooms were nice, blinds were automatic. Clean and have smart tv. They do have elevators thank god.
Besides the ‘PIN number’ enter check in, its all good.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful experience in this B&B. The room was clean, which echoed with all the reviews here. You could experience the passion and perseverance of the owners in keeping everything not only neat and tidy, but amazingly dustless and spotless! If you look at the mirror, and the tissue box in the toilet, the level of shine and reflection is at its top! The bed was big and comfortable. The design of the room was modern. Tea and coffee are available inside the room.
Breakfast comprised of a wide variety of fresh fruits chopped into small cubes and delicately put into little cocktail glasses, all sorts of bread, yoghurt, ham, spreads. Alex would welcome all customers warmly with offerings of coffee, tea and eggs that were made by him. I saw on reviews that he made perfect eggs and it was really true! The fried eggs that I ordered were prepared with crispy edges, what a morning delight!
All the details and passion ( and the amount of time and dedication one can imagine) that this family put into this B&B deserve a 5-star rating. From its hardware to attitude, this is the best I have ever experienced as a tourist.
GGuest UserIf you want to use leisure tickets to visit the lake area, you need to pay attention to the time. You must take a bus from Havana before 6:30 at the latest, otherwise you will not be able to return. Transportation is something you need to consider. Everything else is OK, acceptable, no pros and cons, and the cost performance is still relatively high.

GGuest UserFabulous hotel! Warm, clean ,and friendly ! The staff are extremely helpful explaining how to see the sights, find the buses and trains and the best places to eat . The hotel is so handy for everything.. all within easy walking distance
Free tea and coffee station was lovely, with a cosy place to sit . Microwave if you need it too.
Nice bar . Beautiful bedrooms
Small supermarket opposite hotel. Taxi rank outside.
Now ,the breakfast was amazing!!! Everything you could possibly want, beautifully presented. If I go back to Salzburg , I will stay here!
Thanks. to all
GGuest UserGood points
•The room was very clean
•The bed was fluffy
•The sink, toilet, and bath area had heated floors (it was warmer than the room, so I left the door open)
•The access to the tourist spots was good
•The soaps smelled nice
Other points that surprised me or disappointed me
•There was a 50 euro deposit (I think this is normal overseas)
•For some reason I paid 10 euros when I checked in (I don't speak English, so I don't really understand, and there was no sign of paying on site when I paid in advance)
•There was no crosswalk to cross to Europark across the street, so it was a long detour
•I wish they had a kettle that could boil water instead of Nescafe
•The temperature of the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted (I tried to turn it up because it was a bit chilly, but the temperature couldn't be changed up or down)
AAnonymous UserEverything about the property is perfect. Not too far from the center. Easily accessible by public transportation. The room is very clean. There are hair dryer en coffee machine available. However, make sure that you contact the property before arrival to ensure that you receive the code to access your room. There is no reception.
GGuest UserVilla alma is the best accommodation for a trip to St. Gilgen. This accommodation is very clean, stylish and well-managed .There is an outdoor space where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Wolfgang River, where you can enjoy a dry sauna. The dock to get to SchafbergBahn is within walking distance and very convenient for sightseeing. The delicious breakfast was also provided, so I had a happy time. This is a place I want to visit again. I really recommend it. Thank you to the staff who were very kind and warm.
