Location is very nice but not taking good care. If no more tourist are there they keep hotel like as it is. Swimming pool was not cleaned, when we went to pool he started cleaning smelling water and also food i ordered the curd was bitter in taste asked him to take new one he said we have that curd only.

They go out of their way to make you feel at home, ensuring that even the smallest of needs are met promptly and politely. The rooms were incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained, providing a relaxing sanctuary after a long day. Another thing that stood out was the food.  We loved the breakfast spread - from poha-jalebi to paneer paratha, it was scrumptious! MMonalika BoseHotwater amenities are terrible and in this cold weather. While furnitures are polished but upholsteries of chairs are very dirty. Not wiped or dry cleaned for long. Telephone no. Of Reception was written as 204 which caused confusion and irritation to other customer whose room ni. Was 204. It was later striked off. In contrast to poor facilities, the BEVAVIOUR AND POLITENESS OFBSTAFF AND RECEPTIONIST WAS EXCELLENT. --------- I Did not take photographs of the dirty chair cushions as it would have been highly damaging to Hotel. Please ask them to replace the cushions or at least clean it if possible.

SS.S. JassalService part is Very Good.. But furniture needs an urgent replacement/up gradation. Ambiance / location is very good , at present as on 26/3/2024 ,under extension, likely to be very attractive in the coming time. Linens are suppose to be upgraded. Any way was a very good experience to be in a Tent house area. Located in a very Cool and calm area as well as very close to the market. Thanks....

GGuest UserFirst day was horrible. Hotel booking divert to other hotel which is very low quality and not suitable for even lab-our class. How can they have shifted to other poor hotel when we have confirmed booking. Second day again after lots of fighting shifted back to this hotel. Hotel is ok not good. Second day they have given one more separate room to compensate our first day stay in other hotel. This happened to one more guest also they have also shifted to poor hotel even after confirmed booking. Take strongly with hotel management.

Plumbing is very poor & faced very bad experience by unable to use wash room & huge wastage of water for > 4 hrs onwards! staff is very humble & remain humble to serve with limited resource availability. State govt/tourism to look in such valuable properties & allocate budget to well maintain.
