Loved our stay here! The rooms were clean, spacious, well furnished and comfy. The aircon is amazing. The breakfast spread is good, but quite slow service and refilling. Our cappuccino was very delayed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the security, door men and bag service men. Location is fantastic, walkable to BCS Mall and Grand Batam mall.

Highly recommended hotel! The service was tip top! During check in I checked with the front desk staff whether they have any double bed room left because I booked a twin sharing room but my son was with me during the trip so I will need to squeeze with him in a single bed but unfortunately, on the day all rooms were fully booked so they did not have any extra room. But when I opened up the room door I was surprised by what they had done with the room they actually joined the twin sharing bed into one bed. They even gave me a complimentary dinner. It's really nice of them. Will definitely book from them again.

It’s clear that all your teams efforts is committed to delivering outstanding hospitality. Not forgetting Mr Farhan, Mr Wafi and Mr Dicky who handles the breakfast area. Totally awesome ! They ensure that all guests cutleries are cleared away immediately from each table so that they can have a seamless and hearty breakfast. Hotel is very clean and easy excess to everywhere. From check in process very smoothly. Rooms are very clean and well equip. Bed and pillow are comfortable makes you sleep soundly. Breakfast have variety food to choose from bread station, porridge station, noodle station, main menu dishes, fruits, salads, cakes and dessert so mych to eat. Restaurant condition is vey big and clean. Staff are very friendly supportive. Thumbs up to Aston 👍🏻

The breakfast spread was impressive and good in terms of taste, with a variety of options to choose from. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Free flow of small bottled waters. Tv is smart tv so can access youtube/netflix (have to sign in own account). Location was great with many food places and convenience stores around and a mall nearby. Staffs are helpful and approachable.

Person in charge is very responsive. They allow us to check in earlier n check out at 2pm . Enjoyed our stay with comfortable bed, sofa, fridge etc.

not a new hotel but refurbished hotel but still in good condition. we stayed for 3D2N. the room is not too big but because I booked a connecting room so it feels spacious for the 4 of us. the room is clean, they changed the bed sheets with clean ones when we first checked in the hotel. the towels also smell good. the breakfast is also delicious. there are fried rice, sausages, chicken porridge on 1st day , chicken soto on 2nd day, fruits, salad, several choices of pastry, eggs cooked with several choices. grilled chicken for the 1st day/ sweet and sour fish for 2nd day. vegetables, fried noodles, dessert is banana kolak for the 1st day/ sweet potato kolak for 2nd day. And several choices of drinks. the staff named Adalina is very friendly. offered us coffee drinks and delivered them to our table. we love her hospitality and for sure we will come back again. before I left the hotel. I registered to become a member hotel with them during check out time because I think next time I will stay at Swiss bel hotel in another city or country. but until today I have not received an email reply from the hotel.

Had a small celebration for our anniversary here. The staff was really thoughtful and decorated the room. We liked it alot. Will definitely be back

First and foremost. The location is very convenient. The Environment was super clean and cosy. The staff are very professional / friendly / polite and helpful. The management gave me a birthday surprise after my breakfast and served with a birthday cake. (See photos) The staff sang birthday songs in the restaurant. It's awesome and gladly appreciated. Thanks to management and staff . Tumps up for the management and staffs . Will definitely recommend my friend to this hotel and of course will use Trip.com for their next traveling plan.

Booked Superior Queen Room with windows and requested high floor however receptionist gave me level 2 corner room with no window. Went back to the counter and request for change of room both receptionists expression knew they give me the wrong room and though I won’t be fussy about it. Their attitude and service was so bad. There is no mini fridge and hair dryer in the room too. The room is not soundproof can hear people talking at the lobby and loud closing door. But location was good. Very near Nagoya hill mall and other cafes. Affordable price too. Might consider book this hotel again if going back for short trip.
