Had a really pleasant stay at Soji Hotel Purwokerto. The hotel has a modern and cozy vibe, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, the bed was great, and I had a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around the city. Breakfast had a good variety of options and tasted great.

Lovely experience in the lush forest with loads of nearby attractions and places to walk and explore. We enjoyed the cabin that was really cool. It felt a bit rubbish that you had to pay for every little thing. And we didn't like how you couldn't just buy water from the reception when you needed more (despite providing it daily). We did the campfire with marshmallows which was fun, the waterfall is beautiful and you can swim in it! We also didn't like that, as foreigners we had to pay an extra 120k for both of us to enter the area, it should really be included in the cost.

Great strategic location, close to Sate Pak Manto, and also a short 10-15 minute ride to Solo Balapan station. The hotel is clean, and best of all, it has an elevator, which is a big plus for anyone who doesn't like taking the stairs.

__evas_Super super great location, close to Lawang Sewu, a mall, and a bus station. A cathedral and an army museum are within walking distance (tho you can skip the museuk tbh). Staffs are great, very polite, helpful, and quick to offer solutions. Quite loyal with the food and they provide water in the corridors. With that price, ofc there will be some setbacks, amenities are minimal, no fridge, no hair dryer (you can ask them directly), but they do provide water bottle everyday. Overall a great service and a pleasant stay

Inadequate parking, it is better to park outside next to the hotel, so that it is easy to get in and out, if you park inside it is sometimes difficult to get out because it is blocked by cars Hopefully in the future, the parking area can be given more attention, so that guests are more comfortable

GGuest UserCame there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected. I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain. Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for. Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for. The rest of the stay was great. I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.
