Breakfast is OK, parking is free, just opposite the hotel. Dinner is also good, order your own food. Ctrip charges already include tax, but the hotel has once again received it, hateful! Repeated communication, Ctrip did not solve!
The hotel is located by the lake and is uniquely located. Open the window, it is the blue wave of the lake, the mountains in the distance are rolling, the clouds are lingering, like a natural ink painting. In the early morning, I was awakened by the first ray of sunlight and birdsong, opened the curtains, the lake was sparkling, the mist was light, like a dream. In the evening, sit on the terrace or on the lake benches and enjoy the sunset. The sky is dyed bright orange and red, and the lake is reflected in the sunset, which is suffocating. Whether it is strolling along the lakeside plank road or watching quietly

The people were extremely nice and staff was super helpful.
I forgot the charger and travelling solo it is quite a bad situation to be in. But the hotel staff was super supportive.

The restaurant's food was delicious, and the environment was beautiful. The breakfast selection was plentiful, the most abundant of all the hotels during the entire trip; very satisfied.

Light switches were not working properly in the room and it left a tired feel to the property. The management team should consider updating the facilities to reflect most Mercure hotels

GGuest UserFront desk staff was courteous and professional. The corner room on the ninth floor had a great view. Open bathroom is a little strange and toilet is extremely small. Compared to other van der Valk properties this one ranks much lower than others. Very slow internet, little choice of TV stations, no streaming services etc.
GGuest UserNice family hotel. We were with the family for two nights. Pool and wellness were very good and the girls have had very good fun. Also nice that there was a table tennis table on the t**** floor.
GGuest UserSingle room was not clean. Water leakage at bathroom ceiling colored brown so it was a sign of a long term leakage.
The room was also smelling bad.
The breakfast was really nice and an employee did lots of effort to bring back a bag which I left behind.

GGuest UserUnfortunately, I didn't stay at the site because of flight changes.
But I couldn't get a refund from the hotel. Later, after coordination, Ctrip refunded me. Although I was not satisfied at first, Ctrip refunded me in the end, which also protected my rights.
To be honest, applause is welcome here.
