I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to relax. One small suggestion for improvement would be to install a towel rack (or towel bar) in the bathroom. It would make it much more convenient to hang towels

The best hotel receptionist ever with a friendly personality. The location is great with lots of eateries nearby within walking distance. Will definitely come back to stay again. The property also has a small beautiful fountain in the front.

Very clean and neat hotel. Saw some review of not having 24hr hot water shower, however I did not experience such issue. Everything is fine during my 2 nights stay. Surrounding have alot of eateries which I have been spoilt by choices. There is also a night Market on every Sunday which is worth going for some street food.

Spacious and nice room with strategic location. Close to Pasir Gudang centre and Johor Baru City centre. Close to eating/restaurant, just walking distance.

In an industry where staff can sometimes be restricted by corporate red tape, Janet and Roen are a breath of fresh air. They aren't afraid to defy conventional rules when a situation calls for it, proactively taking things into their own hands to ensure the guest experience is absolutely seamless. It is incredibly rare to find individuals who are so deeply committed to guest satisfaction that they will personally intervene and go off-script to make sure every single detail is taken care of. They completely removed any stress from our stay, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Amazing hotel, amazing service. Kudos to Roen and Janet for elevating our experience and showing what genuine, empowered hospitality is all about!

When I first entered the room, there was a bad, moldy smell, which made me hesitate. However, I got used to it after a while. The hotel's location was great, with a variety of massage places and restaurants nearby, as well as a convenience store. The only downside during my two-night stay was the lack of a refrigerator.

If just want to sleep,it’s fine. Near to many eating places(cafes and restaurants) which is 1-2min walking distance. Have to bring own toiletries. Hand soap and towels provided though. Toilet door faulty, needs to exert force to open and close and loud noise when doing. No lift, have to climb up 3 floors but treat it as exercise. Overall, good if u want everybody to be in the same zone.
