I went to Canada for a short visit to relatives and stayed in this hotel several times. It is next to City Hall in downtown Hamilton. There are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants downstairs. It is not far from Go Center, so it is very convenient for eating and traveling. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is also OK. You can overlook Lake Ontario through the window of the room. During the stay, I went to Niagara for a day and checked out. I forgot to take a newly bought facial cleanser. When I came back to check in on the third day, I explained the situation to the front desk and asked if they could help find it. The staff was a young Indian-looking woman đ glanced at me coldly, perfunctorily said a few words, and then never said anything else. Well, when you go out, just ask for safety and don't care. The overall feeling of this hotel is not bad, suitable for short-term stay.
Our check-in process was bad. Even though we booked 3 rooms, only 2 were recognized by the hotel. It took more than 30 minutes to check in, and the âsolutionâ suggested by the hotel was to pay for my 3rd room. In addition to me being charged by Trip.com (C$777.21), I had to pay an extra $250.00 approximatey for the 3rd room.
The 3 rooms my family stayed in were rooms 312, 317 and 318.
I will dispute the amount of $250.00 to my credir card company.

The Four Points by Sheraton in Sarnia is a modern, new hotel with fantastic amenities. The fitness center is great, offering a wide range of machines and treadmills perfect for a solid workout. Breakfast is included and served at the adjoining Boston Pizza, where guests order from a menuâstandouts include the classic breakfast with eggs cooked any style, a choice of bacon, ham, or sausage, three toast options, and crispy home fries. The rooms are clean and modern, and the open-concept lobby provides lots of comfortable seating. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. Guests can also enjoy access to the second-floor pool, though it can get a bit noisy in the evenings due to people passing through the halls. The only drawback was the air conditioning units in both my room and a friendâs, which were noticeably loud at night.
The breakfast buffet (semi-warm) was limited, largely ultra-processed food, and definitely differed from the picture in the elevator. The toilet kept running for a long time after flushing creating a distracting and annoying noise. The staff were nice. The TV was disappointing.
We celebrated New Year's Eve in this area. The hotel was nice. The hallway was clean and bright. The room was clean and had a separate living area. The staff was friendly. We will be back for our next trip.
The hotel is located next to the 401 highway. I chose this one because I was going to the airport the next morning. There is free parking and breakfast is not included. The room is fully equipped: coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave oven, etc. The problem is that the drain pipe was blocked during the shower, and I quickly took a bath. Such a problem was reflected to the front desk, she said that she would inform the relevant departments. I hope I won't experience it again in the future ...
Great places to stay! It is quiet and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean and I felt bigger than other hotel rooms from the other competitors. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of free parking. I would and will stay again!
The beds are a bit narrow and a bit crowded with children. The room is relatively large. There is no elevator on the second floor. Pay attention to more luggage! Free Wi-Fi and free parking.

ĺ˝ĺ˝Before making a reservation I didnât realize there would be a huge amount of so called RESORT FEE plus relative taxes for just one night stay, but I admit that itâs my own fault for not paying much attention to the exact spot on the app where this additional tax will be due upon check-in. I also have to say many will be flocking to the confirmation stage just because the hotel put a nice price on the surface, and they do a good job for that kind of advertising.
The room I stayed is a suite concept, which is nice. The cleanness is acceptable. However, i was charged 2.99 each for two bottles of water, which I never came across in my previous stays at other hotel chains.
PPhoebeeeCThey gave us a different room then the one we were asking (we booked a two bed one, but ended up having a king size room which is an upgrade i guess?) The facilities are relatively old but the room is decent and they have great service. However parking is 40/45 per night. Itâs located right in the water park building so there are lots of people using the lift.
RRuilinby Lake Ontario. Get off at Union Station of the subway, turn to Streetbus No. 509 and 510 in the subway station, and you will arrive at the hotel entrance.
The girl at the front desk is very elegant.
Inside and outside the hotel are stylish and stylish, and the rooms are fresh and beautiful. Very comfortable.
Equipped with coffee machine, several coffee capsules.
GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I donât think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didnât open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isnât important anymore if we canât move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasnât that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
GGuest UserThe hotel looks like what it should be. The hygiene is OK, at least the sheets look new. The bathroom is small, and the washbasin is very compact, so you can't put anything. The room has a balcony door, but there is no balcony. The door can't be opened, which is understandable for safety. Kitchener is a very small town. King St. is the main street. This hotel is at an 11th intersection at the south end of this main street, next to a tram station. As for food, this town may have better pizza and hamburgers. Anyway, I ate at a Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant with a rating of 4.3. I regret it. I guess there are few choices so the rating is high.
SSandra MacauStayed here at the start and at the end of my holidays. Arrived late after more than 24 hours travel and had to go around to find the shuttle bus stop, which was not easy as I read was near door R (terminal 1) and I couldnât find it. Need to go down and only then youâll see the R. Shuttle service is nice because it runs 24/7 but we were really unlucky and both times waited a long time for it. In the morning around 6:00am we almost couldnât get in the shuttle as it is first come first serve but thereâs not a queue and even though we were the first ones at ground floor others went inside first. I get that they donât reserve the shuttle but could give a number when guests arrive at the hall for waiting.
The staff was extremely nice during check in especially the girl on the first stay that explained everything about the pool and jacuzzi as well as the restaurant.
The room is not that big but itâs usually just for a night stay and itâs enough! Toilet has all the amenities and water pressure was good.
The pool and jacuzzi is open 24 hours but I didnât had time to try it.
Had breakfast during the first stay and it was better than I expected. Thereâs eggs, cereal, bread, a variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, oat milk, fresh waffles. Really liked the breakfast but on the second stay e we had to leave at 6:00am and thatâs the time the restaurant opens.
I will definitely stay there again if I need a hotel to stay at Pearson airport.
JJacqueline DempseyRoom 1145 air conditioner was extremely noisy. Â Hard to sleep due to that and outside noise (hoons reving up at 1am). Â Shower, bed and linens were good. Â This hotel has a guest laundry on b2. Â The restaurant service was terrible, brought soup and main meal at the same time. Â Quality of the food was average. Â Airport shuttle was 20 minutes late for airport pick up, 10 minutes late for drop off, it services the Hilton Airport hotel as well. The king room was quite large.
